방 3개에 화장실도 3개인 방에 이 가격이라니 사진에서도 방이 휼륭해서 선택했습니다. 객실인 사진 그대로 완전 좋았습니다. 심지어 큰 냉장고와 와인 냉장고도 있었어요. 그런데 문을 열고 들어가자마자 이상한 퀘퀘~~~~~~한 냄새가 났어요. 방마다 시스템 에어컨으로 제습이 돌아가고 있었어요. 3박 4일 일정인데 하루자고 다음날 환기시키고 자면 괜찮아지겠지하고 다음날 나가면서 창문을 두 곳 열어놓고 갔습니다. 층이 1층이라 왠만하면 안 열고 가야하는데 애들도 있는터라 환기를 안하면 안 되었습니다. 그리고 일정 소화하고 들어왔는데도 냄새가 나서 프론트에 전화했는데 같은 1층 옆에 옆에 방을 주셨는데 좀 덜나긴했는데 그 방도 안난건 아니라 우리방 환기 시키니 그 방이나 이방이나 비슷하더군요. 그럴바엔 짐 옮기기 귀찮아서 그냥 쓰겠다했어요. 좀 있다가 프론트에서 전화가 다시 왔는데 제습을 틀면 더 괜찮을 것이라고 했는데 작은방 두 곳은 제습을 틀었을 때 작은 소음이 지속적으로 발생하다보니 잠을 잘 수 없어서 끄고 잤습니다. 게다가 에어컨이 청소가 안된게 눈으로 보였습니다. 또 방향제를 주신다고 했는데 그걸로는 해결되는게 아니라 괜찮다고 했습니다. 3일 자보니 안방 화장실과 샤워부스가 있는 화장실에서 많이 납니다. 24시간 환풍기를 틀어놓고 했지만 냄새가 사라지지 않았어요. 1층이 아닌 3층 이상이었다면 괜찮았을까 궁금했네요. 나름 프론트에서는 해결해주실려는 노력이 보였습니다만 자체적인 원인을 해결해야 할 것 같습니다.

3개의 방 상태는 매우 좋았습니다. 샤워가 가능한 화장실 2개와 추가 화장실이 있어 3명이 묶더라도 여유가 있었고, 시설도 매우 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 한달살이같은 것을 하더라도 아주 넉넉하게 (금액은 좀 쎄겠죠) 생활 가능할 정도였습니다. 추천합니다.

씨사이드 아덴에서의 3박
비슷한 금액대에서 매우 넓은 객실이었습니다. 대부분의 서비스는 매우 만족합니다만, 객실에서의 편안함은 다소 문제가 있었습니다. 제공된 슬리퍼가 거실바닥에서는 매우 미끄러워 낙상의 위험이 있어 사용하지 못했으며, 층간 소음이 매우 심각합니다. 윗층의 아이 꾸짖는 소리 및 발쿵쿵 소리는 상상 이상입니다. 또한 주방 식탁 의자에 소음방지 패드를 붙혀놓는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 조심한다고해도 의자 끌리는 소리가 발생되며 사용자 조차도 거슬릴 정도입니다.

다른 후기에 가성비에 대한 만족스러움과 위생 및 시설 관리 상태에 대한 불만 사항을 보고 개인적인 의견을 쓰자면 저는 가성비에 대한 만족에 한 표 얹겠습니다:) 사실 중문 근처에 1년 정도 살면서 한 번 숙박해 보고 싶었던 곳이기에 후한 점수를 준 것도 있기는 한데.. 중문관광단지와 서귀포 시내의 여러 호텔을 다녀본 결과 이 정도 시설 관리 상태는 양호한 편입니다.왜냐하면 대부분 호텔의 관리 인원이 생각보다 적은 편이어서 제한된 인원으로 많은 객실을 세심하게 관리하기 어려운 곳이 많고 (심지어 5성급도..) 환경적 요인으로 벌레가 객실에 종종 들어오는 경우는 어쩔 수 없기 때문입니다. 제주도 전역을 방역하지 않는 이상에야.. 여튼 리조트내의 시설과 직원들의 응대, 쾌적하고 편리한 객실 상태에 만족하며 잘 머물렀습니다!:D

처음 가보는 숙소인데 인기가 없는 이유가 ? 가격대비 편의성인것 같습니다. 일단 가장 실망인점은 ... 침구에서 냄새가 났습니다. 침구를 제대로 세탁을 안한것 같습니다. 정말 실망입니다. 저희는 딱 잠만 자고 나왔습니다. 사워실은 물줄기가 약하고 침구에서는 쉰내가 나고 11시에 입실해서 8시경에 나왔습니다. 37만원정도 지불했는데 그 정도의 가치가 있는지 모르겠습니다. 아뭏튼 방과 화장실은 엄청 넓었습니다. 거실과 부엌도 매우 넓었습니다. 3명이 사용하기에는 매우 큰 아파트였습니다.
