Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is over priced and over rated. For a Korean tourist, it might meet the criteria given that the pool has the potential for great instagram photos, which is the main reason to visit. The service at the pool is terrible. You have to get a staff member who then calls for another staff member to come and provide service at the pool “bar”, which doesn’t serve alcohol. That would be ok if the hotel didn’t blame COVID for the reason that they can’t serve alcohol. However, they can serve all other drinks. Then they ask everyone to exit the pool for 10 minutes each hour. Check in wasn’t efficient. The balconies are very small and a strange triangle shape with no furniture. The dinner room service was bland, but breakfast was good quality. The bed is comfortable and the bath was great! The lunch facility was advertised as “all-day dining” but it opened at noon. When it did open, the staff were rolling and cleaning silverware so it was very noisy and unpleasant. Overall, this wasn’t a 5 star hotel at all.

Hidden Cliff for couples

The lobby is a bit small and the hotel was full of couples. It wasn't a kids friendly or family oriented hotel. Overall, the place was alright, but I would doubt if this venue would be my first choice next time.

We had a really wonderful time here, we were upgraded to the family suite which made our experience even more incredible. It’s such a beautiful hotel, it’s located in a garden and a park that is historical. The hotel architecture is modern and astounding to be in. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again! 😊

Awful staff

staff were so rude. Especially Minji Yeo at front desk. Asked for late check out of only 30 minutes and she shouted at me saying that my credit card on deposit will be charged if it becomes 31 minutes. Afterwards was told that they could offer 20 minutes. Such a ridiculous property.

호텔은 좋았어요. 위치도 좋고 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 전체 시설이 청결하게 유지되고 있었고요. 문제는 샤워실 배수구에서 작은 실지렁이가 올라와요. 4일 숙박했는데 3일을 실지렁이를 봤습니다. 외출 후 샤워하러 들어갈 때마다 혹시나 또 실지렁이가 있지 않을까 긴장하고 불안한 상태였습니다. 웰컴 지렁이 같았어요. 물을 뿌려서 배수구로 내려보내면 지렁이가 꿈틀 꿈틀 하면서 떠내려가지 않으려고 버티는데 저는 이런 종류의 해충을 혐오해서 참기 어려웠어요. 처음에는 잘 참았는데 마지막 날까지 또 나오니까 정말 화가 나더군요. 이게 모든 객실의 문제인지 제가 묵었던 객실만 그랬던 건지는 모르겠습니다. 호텔 측에서 문제의 심각성을 제대로 인지하고 있는지 의문입니다.

연말 여행 즐거웠습니다

제주도에서, 연말~1월1일까지 4박을 하는데 기존에 갔던 다른 호텔들과 고민고민하다가 힐링과 바다바람이 덜한 히든 클리프로 선택해봤습니다.
아이와 와이프가 좋아했습니다.
조식도 엄청 가지수가 많은 메뉴는 아니었지만,
스크램블과 제주흑돼지 소시지, 백반 메뉴, 각종 샐러드 등 괜찮았어요
가족이 가장 즐거웠던건 호텔 내 수영장이었는데 아무래도 겨울이니 조금 추웠던 것 같습니다. 물이 나오는 곳에서는 따뜻한데 조금만 움직이면 추워서 수영장 온도를 겨울에는 조금 더 고민해보셔야 할것 같아요

히든 클리프 앤 네이처 숙박후기

넓은 수영장에 물 온도를 춥지않게 관리해서 밤늦게까지 수영할수 있었습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋았고 호텔이 전체적으로 깨끗하고 조식은 음식 종류는 많지 않지만 부족함은 없었으며 맛있었습니다.

10월에 방문했습니다. 낮이었음에도 불구하고 수영장 물이 너무 추워서 30분 버티다가 나왔네요.
새벽엔 객실에서 공장이 돌아가는듯한 소리가 나서 프런트에 얘기했더니 그나마 덜 들리는 방으로 바꿔주셔서 이건 너무 좋았습니다.
일찍 일어난김에 조식을 먹으러 갔는데..맛있게 먹고나오는길에 ㅂㅋㅂㄹ를 보고 말았네요..
호텔이름만큼 자연친화적인 숙소였습니다..

수영장 좋습니다!

호캉스 하기에는 충분히 부대시설 구비 되어 있습니다. 여러가지 액티비티도 즐기려면 여기는 비추천입니다. 저 같은 경우에는 더블베드 있는 객실 사용했는데 클리프 전망에서 파노라마 전망해야 수영장이 보입니다. 뷰는 눈이 시원하고 밤에는 테라스 문열면 자연소리도 들려서 좋았습니다. 다만 객시 탁자가 이동식이아니고 벽에 붙어 있어 조금 불편했습니다 그외 전부 만족했습니다.

단 파노라마 뷰 방은 밤 10시 까진 밖의 풀 파티 때문에 좀 시끄럽지만 풀파티를 즐기시는 분들이라면 좋을듯

7층 전망대 야외 에서 맥주 마실 수 있었으면 더 좋을 텐데
관리상의 문제 때문인지 좀 아쉬웠지만

침대도 나쁘지 않았어요 베게 편안했구요 침구 청결 상태 괜찮아요~호텔이 너무 자연친화적이라 방 안에 벌레가 있을까봐 걱정했는데 앖었어요!
서비스도 친절해서 불편함 없었어요. 오히려 투숙객분들이 문신하신 분들도 많고, 취객도 많아서 엘베 탈 때마다 술 냄새 진동하고.. 좀 그런 부분에서 위화감 조성이랄까... 여튼 재방문은 안 할거 같아요.
2박 투숙했는데 조식은 메뉴가 바뀌지 않았지만 나쁘지 않았어요~

주차 관리하시는 분이 핸드폰만 보고있고 바로 앞에 차가 오자 그제서야 대충 야광봉 흔듬

입구에서 직원이 대신 캐리어를 받아주길래 방까지 올려주는줄 알았더니 접수대까지만 옮겨줌. 거리가 얼마 안되는데 왜 하는지 이해가 안됨

객실 문 하단에 깔끔하지 않게 바람막이 틀(?)이 붙여져있음. 겨울에 바람이 많이 들어오는거같음. 화장실 문은 유격으로 비스듬하게 닫힘. 베란다로 나가는 방충망은 너무 뻑뻑하여 잘 열리지 않음. 세면대에는 알수없는 꼬불한 털이 있었음. 고정된 록시땅 샴푸/린스/바디워시/바디로션은 편하게 쓸수있어서 좋았으나 위생적이진 않은 것 같음. 그 외 어메너티는 챙겨오고싶지 않았음.

직원들은 대부분 친절한 편이고, 수영장은 풀문나잇 한 번 가볼만했음

수영장 빼면 다시 갈지는 의문임

전체적으로 그럭저럭. 그러나 서비스에 대한 부분은…

우선 클리프뷰로 업그레이드 해주셨어요 좋은 전망 보며 청결한 객실에서 잘 머무르다 갑니다. 다만 침구는 푹신한 느낌은 아니었고, 무엇보다 가격에 비해 서비스가 좋지 않다고 느껴졌어요. 4월 중순인데 더워서 에어컨 켤랬더니 객실자체에서 개별적으로 온도조절이 안되고 중앙난방장치로 조정하고 있어 프론트에 문의했더니 간절기라 냉난방 통제해 안된다는 대답을 들었습니다.
객실 창문 열고 주무시는건 어떠냐고 응대해주셨는데 직원분이 무슨 잘못이겠어요 직원분은 매뉴얼대로 친절하게 응대하셨지만 이런 규정이 있는 호텔측 서비스가 너무 별로네요 추울때 따뜻하게 지내고 더울때 시원하게 지내려고 호텔 가는 거 아닌가요.. 1박에 25만원씩 내고 밤에 더워서 자다 깨는 호텔은 처음이었어요
혹시 몰라 적는데 청소해주시는 클리너 분들과 룸서비스 해주시는 직원분, 프론트 직원분은 정말 너무너무 친절하셨습니다. 직원분들의 서비스는 나무랄데 없지만 호텔 자체의 서비스가 좀 개선되었으면 좋겠네요

가족여행으로 다녀왔는데 객실상태 좋고, 조식부페는 가성비가 뛰어났으며, 수영장이 최고였습니다. 낮엔 가족단위로 숲속 자연속에서 즐기는 자유로움을 만끽하고, 밤에는 풀파티 느낌나게 조명과 쏟아질듯 많은 별들속에 흥겨운 음악들으며 간단한 음료수와 주류도 가능합니다. 밤 입장시에는 추가요금 있습니다.

가족여행 혹은 조용한휴식을 원하셨거나 연령대가 삼십대이상 이신 분들은 신중히 선택하세요. 20대 초반 어린고객들, 커플고객 위주이고 그러다보니 호텔분위기 또한 럭셔리함과 힐링과는 거리가 멉니다. 주말 이태원이나 홍대거리 느낌입니다. 밤되면 신음소리 복도에 울리고 시끄럽습니다.

온수풀이 너무 좋았어요. 물놀이 좋아하는 7살 아이와 아침부터 내내 놀았어요~~~ 구명조끼도 구비되어 있고, 선배드도 넉넉해서 좋아요. 코로나로 50분 수영 10분 휴식 제도로 중간 중간 쉬다보니 사람들도 많이 없어 밤낮 할 것 없이 북적이지 않아요 ㅎㅎ 룸크리닝도 요청하면 잘 해주시고, 욕조도 큼직해 룸에서 물놀이 즐기기에도 좋았어요. 다만 침구에 보이지 않는 먼지가 많은지 아이 피부도 알레르기 반응이 올라오고, 남편도 기침을 좀 했네요! 그외 모두 만족스럽습니다 ㅎㅎ

5성급 호텔이 맞는가?

전기차 충전소가 없어서 정말 너무 불편했고 공항가는 리무진 서비스도 앖어서 황당했다 아무리 코로나 때메 힘들다고 핑계를 댄다 하도 이건 5성급 호텔로서 너무 하는 거 아닌가 싶다. 조식부페도 너무 맛없다. 그냥 룸만 쫌 괜찮다
