Lovely resort and the lodges are very cute and cosy. The staff guided us to our pension in a cart as it's big. There's even a trail for walks and a horse surrounded by tangerine trees. Wish we booked to stay for longer !

Only thing was the kettle was made of plastic and smelled of burning plastic when boiling water. There's not much around so maybe prepare food before coming.

We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime. Very friendly and thoughtful staff, lovely garden, lots of play area for kids and even a horse to visit. Ocean views, quiet natural setting, and beach and volcano are only a short drive.

Not so great experience at Jungmun Log Pension

The first room that was given to us had no electricity so they gave us another room nearby. It was a nightmare because the staff did not tell us that we are not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl. The water closet overflowed which was extremely traumatic for me especially after you have been to the toilet! I had to quickly shower and get out of the toilet.

They gave us another room (the original one without the electricity earlier) but did not help us to move. We had 3 luggage and had to do it after 11 pm in cold weather. We were lucky to get the reception staff before they close the reception at 11 pm.

Everything is self service at this resort including throwing out the rubbish. The room is cleaned only upon checkout. The first batch of towels given to us had stains. We had to walk quite a distance to reception to change them and they then gave us fresh towels. Shouldn’t they have checked and done it in the first place?

It would be great if the reception staff had emphasized that we are not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl. It was not a nice experience for us to have the toilet overflowing into the shower area.

On the positive side, the room is clean but the bed is hard which was not very comfortable for me as I am not used to it.

Stay here only if you enjoy a rustic experience and only if you are ok to not throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl after your big business!

Family or scuba driving trip

The accommodation is located at Seogwipo Jungmun where close to beach side. Good for scuba diving trip because with valuable price. Also highly recommended for family trip. They have several types of Villa for small size family to big family. Staff are very friendly and the very nice view. Guest can BBQ at your own villa and the pension can prepare for you. Definelt I will come again.

The resort is beautiful and is located conveniencely. You can go to famous tourist points within 30 minutes. There was one lonely horse in the resort. I will recommend it for those people who drives and with kids.

Recommended lodge stay for jeju south area!

Check in to the lodge was quick and convenient, staff were helpful. We had clean towels daily and basic necessities are provided. Location is towards the south of jeju island, with the help of gps, it is easy to find. Just a few minutes drive, food, emart and some attractions are accessible. My family had a great stay overall.

Enjoyable log pension

The surrounding area is very quiet and beautiful. Room and beds are comfotable. Kitchen is well equipped. We also had BBQ outside the cabin. We enjoy so much and will highly recommened for people with car.

Good Place. If you pay more than $120.00/night (4 people) it may loose some appeal. The location was great. Close many attractions and resort areas but away from the crowds and noise. Best if you stay here with rental car but they have a good taxi and bus network in Jeju.

Cute resort, a different experience

The resorts were really pretty, which was the main reason I booked the place. Location wise, not much in the area- there is a mart about 10-15 minutes walk away (5 min drive), and the staff are always ready to help you order delivery. Great chance to have chicken and beer Korean-drama style ;) the rooms were comfortable, however it would have been better if they provided a thicker mattress for sleeping on the floor- Koreans are probably used to it, but we found sleeping on the floor quite hard. One thing that bothered me was having to throw toilet paper into the bin instead of the toilet- and if you stay there for more than 1 night, you need to clear the bin yourself- again, not something I'm used to in my country.

Nice hotel... felt part of nature

To start this was my first trip to Jeju and always had a confusion on the hotel I booked for my 3 night stay, as I was traveling along with my kid. The stay at hotel made me feel like I'm part of nature. My room was surrounded by greenery everywhere, very calm and nice environment. The hotel staff were very helpful. I recommend this hotel everyone who love nature and greenery.

Beautiful pension

My family stayed for 4 nights this beautiful pension. sweet room was enought for 4 people including 2 kids. each unit has grill and table outside , Staffs were kind and helpful. Location was pretty convinient to jungmun area. I will definetely come back here.

The pension gives an rustic cottage feel. The pension staff were helpful and provides free pickup from nearby restaurants and food recommendations. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will be back again if we were to visit jeju again. The only flipside is that it only has bedroom on the first floor of the lodging.

We had a great stay. The cabin was really cute and perfect for our family of 3. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The host was welcoming and helpful. Overall, we loved the sweet cabin. We liked having a kitchenette, the porches were nice, and the tangerine farm was beautiful.

Pros:
1. The room is spacious.
2. The staff is polite and speak fluently in English, it makes our life so much easier.
3. There are food delivery available. Anyone who stay there should try out the fried chicken, its pretty good. But do not ever try the cheese flavor >.<
4. The hotel also houses jeju orange farm and horses!
5. A clothes dryer is available but not a washing machine, so hand wash.
6. Pretty near one of the 3 famous waterfall in jeju.

Cons:
1. You can only reach this place by a car. But in jeju renting a car is pretty useful, especially with such good GPS system.
2. Located pretty far away from places of interest.

You must atleast stay here once!

This is one of the best resorts I've been to! The reception feels very welcoming and warm. The resort is managed by a family. They are really friendly and helpful, especially their son, Sam. They are well spoken in both English and mandarin, so there isn't any language barrier in the resort for us.

Resort offers many other services that are not included in the list provided by hotels:
- free delivery
- free chauffeuring to restaurants
- BBQ and cooking facilities

They even have a stable, so you could visit their horse, Eve, if you have the time. Some flowers field too. A very photogenic place indeed.

The only drawback of the hotel is that it is further from the airport, but if you're driving, it shouldn't be a problem. But be prepared for a road full of ups and downs and sharp bent!

Will definitely choose this resort if I'm revisiting Jeju. Value for money.

Charming cabins

Excellent customer service, beautiful views, great getaway! The resort has amazing service, several places that will deliver food to you and the resort will even call in the order for you. They even have a list of resturaunts that will pick you up and return you free of charge the owner and family are all very sweet and willing to help. They offer taxi service also. Advice would be to get a rental car for the island, because there is a lot to see and do. Most of the staff speaks multiple languages. I would stay here again.

Nice hostel close with the emart & the place good

Was there with a family of 4 on 8th Nov 2014.
is like staying in a country side surrounded by tangerine tree... very cooling during my stay there. But u need to have a car because there is no facility there.. u need to drive ard.. quite near if u were driving. .staff there are helpful, English speaking. I will still visit there .

펜션 단지가 굉장히 넓습니다.
프라이빗 하며, 사장님이 매우 친절하십니다.
복층으로된 통나무집에서 숙박했는데,
2층의 발코니에서 배달음식시켜먹었는데 참 분위기 있었습니다.
웰컴 과자도 종이가방에 담아 주시고, 수압 세고, 아주 따뜻한 온수에 에어컨 위 아래로 다있어서 시원했습니다.
조리도 가능하고, 담에 또 가야겠습니다.

분위기는 다른분들의 평가대로 괜찮았습니다. 다만 저녁시간 TV를 즐기는 저로서는 상당히 불편하더군요. 강제 자막방송에 시청중 화면이 꺼지는 현상이 자주 발생하더군요. 사장님의 친절하고 배려해 주시려던 첫인상이 불편했던 점을 일부 상쇄해 주기는 했지만 이 점은 조금만 더 신경쓰셔서 저와 같은 불편을 겪는 손님이 없기를 바랍니다.

2월말 50평형에서 네 가족이 2박을 했는데, 넉넉했다. 친정엄마가 경치가 좋고 펜션이 예쁘다며 만족스러워 하셨다. 다만, 복층이어서 그런지 2층이 더웠다. 그렇다고 난방을 안하면 1층이 추울 수도 있어서 그냥 참고 잤음. 바베큐 시설은 현관 바로 앞에 있고, 각 펜션마다 분리되어 있어 편했다.

위치 확인을 위해 전화를 드렸을 때부터 친철하게 응대해 주시고, 조금 늦은 시간 도착했는데도 방까지 친철하게 안내해 주셔서 고마웠습니다. 방도 2층 구조에 깔끔하였고, 멀티충전기 설치는 매우 편리하였습니다. 개인적인 일정으로 주변을 둘러볼 시간이 부족해서 아쉬웠지만, 다음에 가면 좀 더 천천히 쉬었다가 오고 싶습니다.

주변 접근성이나 위치는 렌트카를 이용하신다면 아주 좋습니다. 펜션 내부에 조경도 좋아서 가을이었으면 더 좋을 뻔 했네요. 하지만 나무 집을 특성으로 나무가 삐걱이거나 문이 잘 닫히지 않는 문제가 조금 있었네요

숙소가 전반적으로 이쁘네요. 1,2층 생활공간도 떨어져있고, 주변에 말을 볼수도 있고 감귤나무도 있어 애들이 엄청 좋아했습니다. 차를 타고나가 주변마트도 가깝고 중문관광단지도 금방 도착해서 굿굿이었습니다. 피규어박물관 할인혜택도 기억에 남구요. 수건도 듬뿍 마니주시고 바베큐시설도 숙소출입구앞에 테이블과 함께있어 우리 네가족 소소하게 즐길수 있었습니다. 토치랑 목장갑 대여도 해주시고 담에도 다시 한번 방문하고 싶은 그런 숙소였습니다.

選擇這裡的原因是看到許多不錯的評語，但真正置身其中會覺得比想像中有差落。雖然適合享受寧靜及愛好自然環境的人士，但度假村本身竟沒有度假的感覺！因此建議來濟州最理想還是選擇海邊酒店，有療癒的效果，比起在山中的度假村優勝得多⋯⋯

우선, 직원분들이 나오는 그날까지도 너무나 친절. 직원 마인드에 감탄. 층별로 화장실 및 샤워시설이 있어서 단체 숙소로 적합했고 2층 테라에서 바라본 중문 바다와 하늘은 정말 아름다움. 온수, 난방 적절했고 침대, 이불의 청결은 그 정도면 양호. 다 쓴 수건은 가져가면 새 수건으로 교체. 개별 BBQ로 주위 신경쓰지 않고 즐길 수 있음. 도착하면 짐도 숙소까지 이동시켜주며 주차도 불편하지 않았음.

10월하순 가족과 3박4일간 휴가차 머물렀던 곳입니다. 총체적으로 우수한 편이라는 평가를 믿고 예약했는데... 역시 기대에 흡족했습니다. 친절한 직원, 깨끗한 실내와 주방 및 욕실, 온수와 난방도 우수하고 대체적으로 만족했습니다. 멀리보이는 바다 전망이 좋으며, 자체 감귤농장이 있어 산책코스도 좋습니다. 지리적으로 중문관광단지와 가까이 있어 장보기도 편하고, 관광을 위한 교통도 좋았습니다. 담기회가 된다면 또 머물고 싶은 곳입니다. 자체 바베큐도 굿...

スタッフ全員とても親切でした。レンタカーをしてなかったので移動するには少し不便だったが、必要の時スタッフに言ったらすぐタクシー呼んでくれて遊びに行くには特に問題はないでした。
景色も綺麗だったし、静かでゆっくりできました。また行きたいと思います。

제주도 가격대비 최고짱 놓치지 마세요

아 정말 제주도 6번째 방문이었는데 제주중문통나무펜센&리조트가 최고였습니다
부모님 모시고 2박3일 머물렀는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 주전자를 태웠는데도 괜찮다면서 하나 다시 준비해주신다고까지 말씀해주시는 거 보고 서비스는 120프로 라고 생각했어요
쾌적하고 펜션들도 너무 이쁘고 다음에도 계속 방문하고 싶습니다. 절대 후회하시지 않을거에요

숲속에 와있것 같이 너무 좋았어요 다음에 제주도 가면 꼭 다시 가고 싶네요~

정말 여행을 왔구나~ 이런 생각들을 많이 하게 되었고 힐링되는 느낌이에요~

제주시 중심으로 다니긴했는데

돌면서 구경도하고 귤 시즌 맞춰서 다시한번 방문하고프네요~
아이들이있었는대 따뜻했으면 야들이 뛰어놀기도 좋을정도초 넓으네요

보리수

또 제주도 간다면 전 여기에서 숙박 하고 싶어요.

아담하고 조용하고 즐거웠어요.
도착이 좀 늦었는데도 친절히 이용설명을 해주셨구요.
바비큐 준비도 잘해주시고 아침에 나가보니 외국인들이 많이 보이더라구요.
흔한 호텔보다 한국의 특수한 통나무 숙소가 더 이국적이였나봐요.
귤이 익는계절이 아니였지만 아이들 한테 한개씩 딸수 있게 해줬구요~
또 제주도 갈 일 있으면 전 요기로 이용하고 싶어요.
최고급 숙박을 원한다면 호텔을 가야겠죠~
귤 밭과 통나무펜션이 적절히 잘 어울 렸던 곳인거 같아요.

감귤과 잘어우러진 바다가 보이는 독채 통나무산장

감귤이 정원수로 그득해서 참 멋지고, 바다가 보이는 호텔로, 중문에서 가깝고, 독채의 통나무산장으로 바베큐 해 먹을수 있는 웨버 시설이 갖추어져 있네요.

일단 객실은 아담하니 괜찮고 무엇보다 귤이 많이 달려있어서 볼거리도 좋고 친절해서 좋았음 무료 귤체험도 재미있었고 귤도 맛있어서 택배로 추가주문함

十分推薦～

今年暑假去時，剛好碰到大風雨，無法在外面烤肉十分可惜。隔天，雨停，戶外的公園整理的很漂亮，散步起來非常舒適。
屋內十分乾淨，閣樓上的房間床被都很乾淨，原木材質很好。孩子十分喜歡。

위치도 좋고.다른 재미도..

위치도 서귀포 중문 근처로 좋았고. 주변 경관과 펜션 누변도 좋았음..귤 따기 체험도 있어서 더 좋았고..8명이 갔는데 다 만족 하는 분위기

숙소 깨끗하고 넓은 정원에 바다가 멀리보이는 풍경이 편히 쉬다 오는데 적합합니다. 복층으로 침실과 부엌이 분리되어있고 1층 부엌은 5-6 명 정도가 식사하는데 좁지않습니다. 2박 동안 편하게 지내다 왔습니다.

다시 이용할것 같아요..
숙소에 감귤밭이 있어 좋았어요..
숙소도 나름 깨끗하고 나무향이 나서 좋았고 난방이 잘되어 있어서 춥지않게 보냈습니다.
다음에 제주도에 가면 다시한번 이용할것 같습니다..

아늑하고 포근한 펜션

중문에서 멀리 떨어지지 않아서 차로 이동하기가 편했고, 무엇보다 가족단위로 머물기 참 좋았습니다. 3박동안 매우 편안했고 직원들도 너무 친절해서 기분좋은 여행이 되었습니다.

저녁에 체크인을 해서 전체적인 부분은 보지못했진만 직원분들은 정말 친절했으며 꼼꼼히 안내도 해주고 주변에 어떤편의시설이 있는지도 안내해주셨고 다으만 전경은 언덕쪽이어서 전망이 굿...... 다음에도 꼭 다시 오고싶네요...

청결,서비스,위치 100점입니다

추석때 가족과 함께 머물렀는데 정말 청결하고 좋았습니다.
직원분들도 무척 친절하시구요!
편의시설도 너무 좋았습니다.

내부시설과 외부시설이 좋았어요~

통나무로 만든 팬션과 어울리는 조경이 매우 좋았어요~펜션에 전기코드가 적어서 불편했고 현관에 모기장이 없어서 불편했지만...전체적으로 시설이 좋고 친절하시고 매우 만족합니다.

사진처럼 엄청좋진 않았지만 직원들이 친절하시고 조용하여 가족들이 쉬기엔 적당했어요! 아쉬운점은 화장실에 창문이 없어서 통풍이 안된다는거 하나정도 ?
