Great apartment for individuals who work remotely and need quiet place with good internet. Grocery store is on first floor, beaches and restaurants are couple hundred meters from the apartment. I have stayed here 5 times so far and i love it.

1. Reception helped us navigate into the underground parking garage - note it is 10 euro per night for parking (as we had a rental car, we used this service to ensure our car was safe and secure)
2. Apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to/from the beach promenade, which has restaurants right next to the beach which stretches around this part of Makarska
3. The room space and bathroom were large and more than sufficient for 2 guests travelling with a medium-sized suitcases
4. There was a kitchen, with stove, microwave and fridge, which we used to cook a meal
5. There is a local supermarket and chemist just behind the apartment

We had a great week at Agava, I can only recommmend the place. :)
The only thing I would mention is that the room was a bit noisy. The walls are bit thin, which means you can hear noises from inconsiderate neighbours (e.g. dragging chairs across the kitchen in the middle of the night) and the airconditioner is a bit loud, but we got used to that after a few days.
The beach is just a very short walk away which very convenient, and there's a small shop (Tommy market) right in the same building which is also very nice when you need something quickly.
Our room was cleaned every day, I really did not expect this in an apartment so this was a very nice surprise! The bed is comfortable and the room itself is very spacious, you have really everything you would expect in an apartment! I would go back anytime!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach front, many restaurants and cafes nearby, a Tommy Supermarket downstairs which was great to be able to cook in the kitchen in the room. The family that runs the property was so lovely and very helpful when needed! Would highly recommend booking here!

Everything was first class, wonderful. Miah and Vice are both lovely people, not forgetting Nellie, who looked after us, by keeping our room clean every day, clean fresh towels etc,thank you Nellie. It was our first visit to Croatia but it wont be our last. Miah and Vice, your apartments are fantastic, and are deserving of 4 stars even 5!. The beds are so comfortable too, something i have many times not experienced. Excellent clean property, friendly, helpful staff, nice decoration and lovely balcony and sea view. Good location with only one drawback, the Tommy Supermarket bins were emptied at 04:10 am every morning and the noise that the trucks made whilst collecting the rubbish was simply LOUD, waking us up most mornings. Close to the beach (5-10 mins walk downhill.

Property really clean management very attentive, only problem was the garbage collection our apartment was above the supermarket so we were woken up some mornings at around 4 o’clock, to the waste collection from the supermarket. Otherwise apartment was good really modern and spacious we eat out all the time so didn’t cook in the apartment, cooking area quite small.

I recently stayed at Hotel Agave in Makarska and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a fresh and welcoming ambiance throughout. The apartments are spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Each unit is well-appointed with modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a comfortable and inviting environment.

Very good appartment in Makarska.
Very nice appartment 250 m from det beach. We spent 4 nights ar the top floor. Big appartment with a big balcony with boble bath. Very good and helpful service. Supermarked on the groundfloor and pharmacia and bacery in the house next door.

Vi hadde rom i 1. Etg. Rommet var fint, men det var lite utsikt fra verandaen, mye store planter.
Sikkert mye koseligere i 2. og 3. etg.
Alt i alt er vi fornøyde med oppholdet.

I was so surprised by this hotel. First of all, its clinically clean! Everywhere - in the apartment and the hotel overall is extremely clean and modern. Second of all, it very much feels like a fancy hotel rather than just an apartment-hotel.
The size of the apartment was huge, much bigger than we expected - in a good way. We had 3 balconys! And we even got sea-view although we had only booked balcony without any specifik view. Thank you for that! There was also water in the fridge when we arrived which was nice! The maid-service also was very modern, where you click a button inside your room to decide if you want cleaning or not.
The staff was really really lovely and helpful. They helped us with everything and were overall just lovely and nice.

Nytt anlegg som ligger litt opp fra sentrum, rett opp fra strandpromenaden. God seng og fin kjøkken/stue. Manglet enkelte kjøkkenredskaper. Hyggelig personale, og god mottagelse i resepsjonen. Uteområdet er pent, men var ikke tilrettelagt for å sitte å slappe av. Butikk og bakeri rett utenfor. OBS når du bestiller at dere bestiller den leiligheten dere ønsker. Lett å bomme på leilighetstypen i forhold til utsikt. Vi fikk dårlig med utsikt og liten veranda.

Schönes Appartement großzügig und geräumig. Gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine und dem nötigen Geschirr.Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, kleinere Reparaturen wurden auch sofort erledigt. Das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt.
Ein kleines Manko ist das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite heraus, das war hin und wieder etwas störend.
Alles in allem zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Fint hotell med gode fasiliteter ikke langt fra stranden i Makarska. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Terrassen er noe innebygget, og på ettermiddagene ble det for varmt å sitte der.

Trevligt par i receptionen, hjälpsamma och vänliga! Stor lägenhet som var fullt utrustad. Saknade bare någon krok i hallen att hänga upp ytterkläderna på. Rent och bra daglig städning. I samma hus finns ett bra supermarket och i närheten även ett bageri. Tar bara några minuter att gå ner till strandpromenaden. Lägenheten ligger relativt nära två större vägar, men bra isolerade rum, så det störde inte, men på balkongen hördes trafiken ganska mycket. Vi tycker det är trevligt att bo när lokalinvånarna bor och arbetar. Bra wi-fi

Mukava ja viihtyisä perhehotelli Makarskan keskustan tuntumassa. Isäntäväki on hyvin huolehtivainen ja omistautuva, auttaa kaikissa tilanteissa, olipa kyse huoneen varustuksesta tai paikallisista nähtävyyksistä. Kaikki järjestyy käden käänteessä. Tulemme ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Superhyggelig og passe stort apparatents hotel.
Hyggelige par som driver dette koselige lille leilighets hotellet. Vi hadde de-luxe leilighet i 3 etasje, penthouse, med stor terrasse uten innsyn. Alt var rent og pent. Vi fikk parkering i kjellerens garasjeanlegg mot ca 600 Kuns. De vasket våre strandhåndklær, uten ekstra kostnad. Bra beliggenhet ift. strand, og havn. Noe trafikk utenfor, men hører ikke støy inne, dagligvare, minibank og baker i første etasje av hotellet. Badestrender er bare 150 meter fra hotellet, men var stappfulle. Vi gikk på andre siden av bukta og fikk mere «space» og ro på svabergene. (Ca1,4 km å gå).
Alt i alt et bra opphold i vakre Kroatia og Makarska.
- Utsjekk klokken 10, var for tidlig, de strakk seg til 10:30 og låste inn bagasje siste dagen.

Trevligt lägenhetshotell med bra läge, nära till supermarket och bageri samt stranden. Receptionen är nyrenoverad och hotellrummen i bra skick.

Kanonboende i Makarska. Grym lägenhet, kliniskt ren, sköna sängar, grym utsikt över havet osv osv. Sen väldigt trevlig, hjälpsamma och serviceminded ägare (man och fru). Ger 10 poäng av 10 poäng möjliga.
En annan sak som är kanon är att det ligger en supermarket i bottenvåningen på fastigheten och precis bredvid ligger ett bageri, så man kan köpa nybakat bröd mm.
Agava ligger strax övanför den långa stranden och strandpromenden, som går hela vägen in till hamnen. Oerhört många restauranger där och de vi besökte hade god mat och trevlig personal.
