The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and a lovely walk to Tucepi and Podgora. The staff are pretty miserable in the pool bar except for Eva, she was lovely. We are vegetarians and there is not proper labelling so you could be eating anything, not good enough in this day and age. The food is average and barely warm. There is also very little entertainment. Overall it's in a great location but i'd try a different hotel or apartment next time.

Front desk staff was generally disconnected/disinterested. The entire hotel common areas, hallways, lobby etc had an overpowering and obnoxious perfume smell to the point of getting a headache ! Not sure what it was masking ? Food was well below average or acceptable so we ate all meals offsite. Drinks were also poor as not fresh juice was available for mix- just syrup type. Gin/Tonic or Vodka/soda are the only option really. Wine was very poor and usually served warm along with ice cubes.
The room was nicely updated and the A/C worked well. The rest of the experience and property was disappointing. Would not stay again.

We researched hotels that were all inclusive and did not cost the earth and settled here. It’s a nice hotel. Lovely building and didn’t feel too crowded (apart from pool side at times). The management were good and overall we were happy.
Food wise - ok the first evening I was pretty disappointed - but again - for the money I thought there was huge range and nothing ever felt like it was about to run out. I think they could have done less slightly, better - but on the whole we ate well and the kids loved the buffet style approach and al the different types of food and drink.

People worked hard at the hotel - we had a good stay.

Nice hotel, good location, with decent quality food for an all-inclusive. Rooms in main building look to have been recently refurbished, and are fairly comfortable.
Like most places, there are never enough sun-loungers, so can feel like a dash in the morning to claim a chair.
We stayed in August 2021, and while face masks were encouraged to be worn in the buffet area, it was definitely optional. Plenty of hand sanitiser available at entry to buffet and main building (unsure of other areas). Cleaning staff were prompt in clearing and cleaning tables between guests.
The pebble beach at front of resort is popular with locals and tourists alike.

Great location. Lovely pool. Well maintained and clean. Nicely furnished and comfortable.
All inclusive drinks very poor overall. Beer ok. Wine on restaurant ok. Soft drinks awful. Very poor selection. Food ok but repetitive and on one evening we couldn't go in restaurant because of the awful overpowering smell of bad fish.
The evening restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful.
Some good evening entertainment but limited and not for young children.
Room small but clean. When the sofa bed was pulled out the door to balcony was inaccessible and couldn't be opened or closed.
No tea or coffee facilities in room.

We were moved to a different hotel 12KM due to a fault at Bluesun Neptun. Whilst this was very disappointing as we booked this hotel for its location, the subsequent hotel in Brela was lovely

Nice hotel near the beach.

Good beds, nice and clean soundproof rooms, a lot of space for your clothes.
All inclusive - well, could have been more variability of the food. Nice pools and sportpossibilities. Weekly free program included a lot of different sport, language lessons, miniclubs/-discos etc.

Nice hotel, more aimed at children and families

I travelled with my partner, we found the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was comfortable, we stayed in the annex so slightly further away from the main hotel. The Buffett was a good standard, a wide selection to choose from.
The only negative thing I would say is it was quite noisy and busy, so if your looking for a more peaceful place to relax then it might not be ideal.
Parking was free which was great, the down side to this was you had to ask a member of staff to let you in and out of the car park, however they did this promptly.
Overall I would recommend this hotel!

Place is ok. Avarage age for visitors is 50+. Rooms remodeled, nice and clean but small. Service in hotel is awsome, they are always there if you need them. I didn't like the food. Defintely, they need to do something about it!!! Very cheap and no taste!!! My overall rating is low becouse of food!!!

Do not book annex room!

My wife and I needed a place to stay for one night and there was a special on this hotel and their all inclusive package. Upon arrival there was zero parking and we quickly found out why it was on special. We booked a room in their \"annex\" building which was a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and front desk. When we walked in our room we were disgusted. The carpets were stained and old, the lights didn't work and it seemed like we were the only people in the building. After complaining to their front desk they seemed shocked that we didn't like the room. They upgraded us to their standard room which was better but still wouldn't recommend it. This hotel needs to provide photos of all their buildings and rooms and they are in need of major renovations and upgrades.

Hotel Neptun, Tucepi - strongly recommended

This was our sixth visit (each year from 2007 onwards). This year was our longest stay - 18 nights but in 2007 was our shortest stay - only 7 nights. We have enjoyed our stay very much each year, and that is why we return. For us, who are both over 60 years of age, Hotel Neptun provides a very carefree environment The rooms are airy and comfortable and. are kept very clean by staff. . Our showers have always offered hot and cold water at any time of the day.
The outdoor swimming pool in front of the hotel. There is a pool bar which serves drinks from 10 until 24. The animation team provide activities such as water aerobics, keep fit, music, miniclub and walks.
The atmosphere in the Hotel Neptun is calm and reassuring. The behaviour of the guests is generally polite, respectful and friendly. We have never witnessed any scenes of lewdness or drunkenness. Hotel Neptun is patronised by a fine mixture of old and young but probably with relatively few teenagers.
There are adjacent tennis courts and space for football or beach volleyball. Bicycles can be hired free of charge : a ride along the ;promenade is safe and a journey can be made one way for about five kilometres .
The staff on reception are very helpful and can advise about available trips e.g. to Split or Dubrovnik or by boat to one of the islands (with a fish lunch included).
I strongly recommend Hotel Neptun for families with young children and for couples of any age who wish to relax and enjoy sunshine.

Vi har varit 10 dagar på semestern, upplevelsen var god känd !! Väldigt trevligt och hjälpsam personal, bra rum ,gott med solstolar och parasoll, nära havet
När det gäller maten där skulle dem kunna jobba lite mer och tänka på folk med olika allergier !!
Även när det gäller städning i och runt om bassängen skulle satsas mer!!

Es ist ein familienfreundliches Hotel, dementsprechend ist auch der Lautstärkepegel erhöht. Hotel ist in den Jahren, da darf man nicht zu viel erwarten. Bei meiner Schwester im Zimmer sind die Fliesen notdürftig wieder dran geklebt worden. Auswahl an Essen war ausreichend, man muss eben rechtzeitig zum Essen dort sein, damit man auch die beste Auswahl hat. Wir haben beobachtet, wie die Gäste zuerst die besten Sachen sich auf die Teller gehäuft haben und es nicht immer davon Nachschub gab. Vom Abendprogramm hab ich mir etwas mehr erhofft. Wir hatten ein kleines Upgrade: aus einem Zimmer mit Bergansicht haben wir ein Zimmer im letzten Block bekommen in Richtung Meer (ziemlich weit weg und verdeckt von den anderen Gebäuden - aber die richtige Richtung).
Anlage besteht aus mehreren Blöcken. Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant und Pool und dann dahinter die Nebengebäude ca. 3/4 Etagen ohne Aufzug. Zum Strand: meiner Meinung der beste Strand an der Makarska Riviera, nur würde ich empfehlen nicht direkt wo das Hotel ist, sondern etwa 100-300m links der Promenade lang. Da ist der sauberere Kies-Strand mit Auswahl vom natürlichen Schatten und auch sonnigen Plätzchen.
Sonnenliegen gibt es vom Hotel nur am Pool, am Strand sind sie kostenpflichtig. Kosten für 2 Sonnenliegen mit Tischchen und Sonnenschirm für 25€/Tag. Hotel hat Bade-/Strandtuchservice (gleich beim einchecken Kärtchen anfordern) neben dem Restaurant kann man sich die Tücher holen, umtauschen war von 7-19 Uhr möglich.

Vi havde et behageligt ophold på hotellet, hvor pool og havet selvfølgelig var i centrum.
Værelset var ok, men lidt småt.
Poolområdet var rent, og der var næsten plads til alle.
Betjeningen var god, og alle var hjælpsomme og venlige.
Maden var pænt organiseret, men kvaliteten kunne have været noget bedre. Og akustikken i madsalen gjorde måltiderne til en mindre rar oplevelse.
Alt i all inclusive-baren bar præg af at være af billigste kvalitet, hvilket var skuffende.
Generelt svarede oplevelsen ikke helt til prisen.

Einfaches aber nettes Hotel

Man kann nicht sagen das das Hotel schlecht war, es entspricht den 3 Sternen mit denen es angegeben ist, und ich fand das es preisleistungsmassig für All inclusive ok war. Wir waren im Mai 2023 dort und das Wetter war echt mies.. somit mehr Ausflüge und Schlafen angesagt:)
Es sind genügend Liegen am Pool da. Der Strand ist kaum 10 Meter entfernt.. Wir fanden das Zimmer super..nicht riesig aber für eine Woche ausreichend. Haben im Haupthaus geschlafen.
Das Essen ist Ansichtssache. Für uns hat es gereicht, und es war abwechslungsreich genug. Wir haben immer was gefunden und sind satt geworden. Ist halt mehr für Familen oder Personen die nicht so viel auf schicki micki schauen.
Für Hauptsaison wäre es mir zu teuer aber in der Nebensaison war der Preis ok.

Hôtel pas mal mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé le rapport qualité prix n'est pas justifié. Le personnel est peu aimable pour ne pas dire pas aimable sauf la réception qui eux sont agréables. Pas de frigo dans les chambres difficile de stocker de la nourriture par cette chaleur, pas d'animation forcément tous les soirs, pas d'équipements intérieur les jours de pluies

Charter hotel. All inclusive which means boring food. Restaurant area more like a workplace canteen, noisy and crowded.
15 minutes walk to downtown Tucepi. Beach directly accessible from pool area.

Nada de extraordinário, mas vale o preço.

Hotel com Tudo Incluído. A Comida deixava um pouco a desejar, mas pelo preço da estadia parece-me aceitável. Não cheguei a utilizar a piscina por estar demasiado lotada. A praia situada mesmo em frente tinha menos pessoas e era mais agradável. Ter estacionamento incluído é um plus na Croácia!

Zimmer waren ok, aber die Klimaanlage war zu schwach und viel zu laut.
Die Habdtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und der Müll entleert, es wurde nicht einmal gesaugt oder gewischt.
Das Essen war nicht schlecht, es gab neim Buffet immer genug Auswahl jedoch hatte es meistens keinen Geschmack und wenn mal was leer war, musste man länger warten bis es nachgefüllt wurde.
Das Personal war meist lästig und schlecht drauf.
Beim Pool gabe es Liegen vom Hotel, aber weit nicht genug für alle Gäste. Wenn man um 8 Uhr dort war, war es schon zu spät für einen Platz.
Des Strand ist ein öffentlicher und ab 14 Uhr total überfüllt. Dort gab es genug Liegen für 40 Kuna pro Liege und Tag.
Das man für einen Parkplatz beim Hotel bezahlen muss ist mir auch bis da noch nie passiert, wenn man bedenkt, dass es nicht genug Parkplätze für die Gäste gibt sind 3€/ Tag eine Frechheit.
Aso die 3 Sterne sind schon gerecht von dem her wars für uns ok. Aber es ist weit weg von einenm All Inclusive Hotel.

Rodinná dovolenka

Náš pobyt v hoteli bol vynikajúci. Bola to krásna a vydarená rodinná dovolenka v spoločnosti dobrých priateľov. Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania. Postele boli makké, pohodlné a dostatočne veľké, takže sme sa dobre vyspali. Izby boli čistučké, každý deň nám menili posteľnú bielizeň, uteráky a umývali podlahu. Jedlo bolo tiež super. Aj ponuka nápojov bola dobrá. Bazén sa veľmi páčil deťom. V ponuke hotela bol a program pre deti - kde si mohli navliekať, maľovať, vyrábať z papiera rôzne veci,...Bol krásne strávený čas :)

Auch dieses Jahr war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das All inclusive Angebot bietet super Auswahl an Speisen und jeglichen Getränken. Das Angebot an Unterhaltung ist für jung und alt spitze. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hygiene wurde besonders in diesem Jahr groß geschrieben (da Covid-19). Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Durch Überbuchung (wurde so aber nicht offiziell zugegeben) wurden wir in das Hotel ALGA verfrachtet.
Dies hat zwar einen Stern mehr, bietet aber nur einen Psydo \"all-inclusive\". Eigentlich wollten wir mit einer befreundeten Familien gemeinsam im Neptun unseren Urlaub verbringen, dass war so nur durch \"hin und herlaufen\" zwischen den Hotels realisierbar.
Vom in Tucepit ansässigen Friseur haben wir erfahren, dass das mit dem Auslagern von Hotelgästen schon den ganzen Sommer so geht.
