This is our third stay and each year gets better. This year included more kids entertainment, use of hotel toys/floats, lovely man who is the kids club entertainer. The beds were also a lot comfier this year than the year before. We love how close it is to the beach and shops. Already booked for 2025! Can’t wait to come for our fourth family holiday.

Our second stay at the flora. Love the hotel and its perfect for its location, bike hire options next door, safe for families, good for my poor mobility, however there are also lots of noisy families there which let their kids run around until gone 1am even though it says no noise after 1pm. That was our biggest fault, however the hotel can’t help who stays and their behavior. The beds were also uncomfortable.

3 nights in a grotty tired apartment. Noisy neighbours, paper thin walls and residents rolling in at 5 am. Beds were like concrete. We stayed away as much as we could and just returned to sleep.

Good location and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The floors seemed to always be wet in the afternoon and never felt clean. The shower was missing a few tiles. And their were kids crying at all hours of the day and night. I think the best part was that it was convenient location and for the kids we liked that our room had a patio facing the pool. Staff was nice. Had to ask for extra blankets as they only gave a sheet on the beds.

The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable.

Great family apartments in Port de pollenca
We stayed here for our family holiday 16-23 july. We had a lovely time. The pool was lovely and warm and had a baby pool and a big pool. The big pool was also great for little ones as it had a shallow layer so they could play there too when the baby pool was busy. We liked the way the sunloungers were locked up until around 9am as it meant there wasnt a big rush to get sunloungers. There were always some available no matter what time you went to the pool. There were parasols available and some shady areas near the trees. We stayed on the ground floor which they accommodated for us as im disabled which was really great as there isnt a lift. The apartment had everything you needed, 2 hobs, sink, fridge, freezer and enough plates etc. The only thing it didnt have was a drainer so we had to dry up as was washed up. There was washing machine facilities, it was 4 Euros for one big wash so we did one whilst we were there which was handy with kids. The apartments were only a few minute walk from the beach which was great and onto the pinewalk where all the bars and restaurants are! We used the bike hire place opposite (PRO AM cycling). Jules in there is great and very knowledgeable. We hired bikes for my husband, myself and our 4 year old.
The only negative for our stay was the noise from the apartment above - however if you get a quiet family like we did the second half of our stay it was fine. The hotel did apologise and offer to move us.

A number of us went for a week's cycling Sadly since the last visit the storage , security and facilities has changed and bikes were now in a shed at the back, and unlike other hotels, there are no tools/repair facilities
The air conditioning didn't work in the rooms, despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel and a number of doors, cupboards etc had damage to them

Pleasant long awaited trip, spoilt by rowdy drunk groups of men , unable to keep their language and volume down. Never considered other holiday makers with there comings and going’s at all hours- lots of slamming doors.

Great location just a minutes walk from pine walk. Clean and comfortable apartments could do with a freshen up, but overall we would stay here again. Breakfast didn’t look great and expensive option to add on at €14 per day (not €8 per day as quoted on Hotels.com website) there are much better options in restaurants on pine walk.

Apartment is well-equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, tea towels but make sure you bring your own cleaning (e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponges) as these are not provided. Alternatively, these can be easily purchased in the corner shop/ supermarket. Plenty of shopping around, easy walk to the port with restaurants. A 5-10 min drive will take you to Lidl.
Tap water in Pollensa is rather salty and undrinkable (in my opinion) so bottled water for cooking and drinking is recommended.
Plenty of free parking around the property. Easy to travel around with a car - Sunday market in Pollenca, villages in the Serra de Tramuntana, Playa de Formentor. Also surrounded by well-labelled walks and cycle paths for the hikers and cyclists.
The aparthotel also has a self-service laundry area with a washer (4 euros) and dryer (3 euros). It automatically dispenses washing detergent in the washer so there is no need to bring/ buy detergent.

We have stayed at Aparthotel Flora three times now, and each time we have absolutely loved it.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, the facilities are great. The apartments clean and have everything you need for self catering (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob), but there is of course the on-site restaurant should you prefer B&B or all inclusive. There is an on-site self service washing room with washing machine and dryer.
It's a great place, with a very friendly family feel.
We will be coming back for years to come, this place is truly a home away from home and we absolutely love it.
It's very central too, just a 3 mins walk to Pine Walk beach area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and beautiful beaches.
Also make sure you visit the square (4 mins walk), market day is Wednesday where you can buy beautiful clothes and fresh produce. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the square too. We particularly like enjoying a glass of wine here in the afternoon when it's siesta time - very peaceful.
The Spar shop across the road stocks all necessities, though can be expensive - if you're wanting a proper shop I suggest the Eroski as you enter Port de Pollensa.

Had a lovely holiday at this accommodation, rooms fairly basic and beds quite hard. Not much equipment in the kitchenette so difficult to prepare meals / lunches / snacks. But a fabulous base for a beach holiday with the family. Spar on the doorstep and nearest bar / restaurant less than a minute walk away.

We stayed as a group of friends in 2 rooms of 4 although the hotel was definitely family focused and we were looking for relaxation, so was ideal. The rooms were fine to sleep in and beds were comfortable. It was a little cramped but as we were literally getting changed and sleeping there then it met our needs. Pool area was good and there was a hoist into the pool which was great if needed. Also a lifeguard on duty. My only complaint would be that it was a little crowded with sun beds however there were some areas away from the pool where it was quieter. The apartment was 2 mins from the beach in an ideal location. Overall a great value place to stay for a short break away with friends!

Overall i would recommend apptflora. Staff very helpful. They quickly sorted out issues with the appt when we pointed them out. Offered to move us but we liked the particular location. Great having bar area and reasonably priced restaurant. Sky Sports on in bar. Kids enjoyed the pool and table tennis

We have just returned from Flora. Great location however had to change apt’s as first one very dark and couldn’t fit 2 people on balcony there were 4 of us. Unfortunately we was woken by bin men every day around 6 am and cleaners trollies started their work at 7 am . No chance of a lay in !! Try and get an apt on top floor otherwise you will hear every noise above you from scraping of chairs/ tables. The walls are paper thin. I didn’t sleep properly for the 10 nights I was there. In my opinion the swimming pool was too small for the complex with not much space to put sunbeds and as usual the normal problem of people reserving with towels and not using them for hours. The hotel does say if this is noticed to report to management however it is a bit awkward when it’s a smaller concern and your looked on as being the “bad guy”. People were actually sunbathing on lilos around the complex as wasn’t enough enough space around pool. Overall the resort was great although sunbed hire expensive but unfortunately we will not be returning to Flora. Another word of advice the Spar shop directly opposite we found to be more expensive out of all the others in the area so do shop about !!

The apartment was nice, ideal for three people. Only issues were the mattresses were too hard in the bedroom. The shower could do with updating. The pool area is too small for the amount of apartments. We preferred to go to the beach where there was more space. Apart from that the apartments are ideally situated, close to everything

My only negative would be that I appreciate that some people might want to enjoy the entertainment that they put on but it the music is played far too loudly, even the children's entertainment you could hear the sound from outside the complex.

Very squeezed and not enough room around the pool for the number of guests in hotel, so went to the beach instead. Staff friendly enough however room wasn’t cleaned on the day before we left and no towels changed. Really in need of an upgrade compared to some of the other hotels in the area.

The only downside to this aparthotel was the uncomfortable sitting arrangements. Other than kitchen or balcony chairs to sit on was the single bed/sofa foam piece of furniture.

We like the Flora - the apartments are very good and the staff very friendly. Not top marks this time because the balcony looked out over the street, which could be quite noisy early in the morning. On our previous stay, we were in a room overlooking the pool, which was quieter. To be fair, the Flora was fully booked, and the manager offered an alternative room when available (but which also looked out to the street). We didn't use the Flora's facilities much, so cannot comment further.
For those new to Puerto Pollensa, it's a great place to stay. Because of the sheltered bay, swimming in the sea is very safe, with usually calm water. We used to stay in hotels on the Pine Walk but the prices for rooms with a sea view and balcony have shot up over the last few years (we wouldn't recommend the rooms at the back of these hotels). Great location! Close to the beach, shops, bus station (to get you easily to Alcudia, Pollensa, Palma, etc.), and fabulous walk up the Cala Boquer! Pleasant, simple and relaxing place to stay. Major plus: no music whatsoever played around the pool! Our apartment was comfortable, well equipped and cleaned every day. Loved it!

The pool area was nice and we got sun beds no problem. The beach is close by as was restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

Nice enough to use as a base for our short trip to Peurto Pollonsa. The entertainment staff were great with the kids (especially Maria). The decor of the rooms was a bit outdated and could do with a bit of modernisation but the grounds were clean and tidy. Our room was a little closer than I would have liked to the entertainment but we were only there for two nights and it didn’t go on too late. All in all a pleasant enough hotel for the price which did exactly what it said on the tin.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 4 at the Flora. The rooms were kept clean, the hotel had everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and it was in a perfect location next to the beach, restraunts, bars etc. Would highly reccomend.
