The property was Luxurious for sure. Quiet, well maintained, great amenities, so many we didn't have time to explore all of them as we only stayed 7 days. I wanted to give 5 stars. The concern was our unit had bugs flying around. We found a full garbage can that had not been taken out prior to our arrival, sitting in 90+ degree weather. The garage smelled pretty bad. I called for a maintenance to see if they could help us out & no one ever came. The next morning we woke up, there was a fan sitting outside the front door. I'm not sure if that was meant for us to remove the fruit flies & giant flies in the unit? However, I called the front desk back & they apologized profusely & moved us to another unit. The new unit wasn't as new as the previous one (which was fine at this point as the property is gorgeous), however my bedsheets had a stain & a long piece of hair on them. I called back & they came an hour or so later to change the linen. When I attempted to open the curtains, part of the curtain rod fell (thank God not all the way down to cause any harm). I called the front desk. A maintenance Support person came immediately. He was extremely nice as were the 2 front desk managers. I wish I gotten their names. If it were not for them, I would've checked out & missed out on a wonderful vacation. They were extremely hospitable, apologetic, they didn't make any excuses. They made it right which makes all of difference. I would still return. The grounds & properties are amazing!

Upon arrival, I encountered a few issues with the apartment, but the staff responded quickly and resolved everything right away. After that, our stay was great. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We rented the 5-bedroom villa, and it provided plenty of room for everyone.
The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We also really enjoyed spending time at the H2O Water Park.
My only complaint is the parking. The front desk suggested parking in the upper parking lot since we had young children and a lot of groceries and luggage. We tried parking closer to the villa, but the road was very narrow and cars parked along the sides made it nearly impossible to unload our belongings. As a result, we had to park in the lot and carry everything to the villa.
The property felt very safe and was easy to walk around, but the parking situation was definitely the biggest headache of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying again.

For a family of 5 spending a week at Disney, a 3-bedroom condo is by far better than staying in a single room Disney hotel room for 4 times the price. We loved the space, the clean and very comfortable rooms, having a kitchen and patio, and multiple bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked well, plan on bringing or purchasing kitchen necessities (spatula, salt and pepper). The resort is great about providing paper towels and soaps for dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was amazing! A great rest between long days at Disney. Definitely recommend and plan on coming back in the future.

The inside of our townhouse was really nice. It was well maintained and very comfortable. Upon entering our building, the glass door to all the units was shattered. This was concerning and disappointing upon arrival for our first impression.

The ability to use all the waterparks was amazing, great value for your money. The space was great to accommodate a large group. The parking is bad, the setup doesn’t make sense and while people are allocated only one car per condo, the reality is there were parties almost every day of our stay where others parked in the reserve spaces, making it cumbersome to find a spot. The AC froze up a few days in, and it got pretty hot. The staff was amazing and really responsive but it was about 6-8 hours with no ac.

En general el resort es muy bueno yo todos los años voy dos y tres veces. Me gustó que ahora podamos ir al parque de agua todos los días que estemos rentados. Pero no me gustó que esta vez la casa no estaba limpia, no había suficientes toallas blancas y toallas para la piscina y el aire acondicionado no se lo que tenía pero no enfriaba bien y pasamos calor en la propiedad. Where we stayed was very big and plenty of space for all seven of us. We liked that there were two living rooms as well as a pool table on the second floor. However, the house was filled with gnats and bugs. Every room in the house had bugs in it. It’s unfortunate because the property was so big, the waterpark on site was perfect. But cleanliness or some sort of bug removal needs to be done.

I liked that there was sufficient start up items provided: toilet paper, tissue, paper towel roll, one each of dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap. Also some coffee filter bags for a couple mornings was appreciated. I have issue with parking; not sufficient close to assigned unit. When one has infant or toddlers the parking becomes an issue. Also, staff should state that the property HOA continuously tows cars for parking in red zones; it’s not enough to say only to park where permitted. For several nights we saw numerous cars parked on red and on day we parked in red (same as numerous other cars), our car was towed. Location was near Disney parks.

Spectrum Resort ended up being an amazing surprise! Expedia relocated us without telling us beforehand, so I was pretty annoyed at first. But once we arrived, all of that changed. The resort is beautiful, with amazing pools, a gorgeous home, and a great patio that made it so relaxing. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. In the end, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

The parking situation was also frustrating. Our reservation was for a party of 7 people, yet we were only allowed one parking permit. Realistically, a group that size cannot comfortably fit into one vehicle, so the parking policy made things inconvenient during our stay.

Our stay at this property was disappointing. While the location seemed convenient, the room was not very clean — dusty surfaces and stained bedding made our first impression poor. The staff were polite but slow to respond to requests, and basic amenities like fresh towels and laundry service took multiple reminders. It didn’t feel very family-friendly either, as the surrounding area was noisy late into the night and the common spaces weren’t well-maintained. Overall, not worth the price — better options nearby offer cleaner rooms and more attentive service.

I think the parking is ridiculous especially since I am handicapped and had to walk far or had trouble finding a place to park. I think all properties should have a spot for their room. Also the fact that our door was never fixed from the time we checked in till the day we left which made me not feel safe.

This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Reunion Resort for the last 5 years, however, these condos are fairly new. We traveled here during the gov shut down in late March and after a nightmare at airport, it was a fresh breath of air! I had reached out to their staff because our flight was changed and we were arriving super late so I wanted to give them a heads up so there would be no issues upon our arrival. There was an issues with the ac unit so we got an upgraded room. The nice thing about this situation is they must have checked the room to make sure there were no issues prior to our arrival in order to discover this. As for they knew we were having issues because we had already contacted them about the late arrival. They called me while I was still at

Our condo was very nice and fairly new. Clean and had the basic amenities needed for our week stay. Nice big bedrooms! A few things I found annoying is that there’s definitely not enough parking near each building. We often had about a 5 min walk to our building bc there were very few dedicated spots near each of the buildings. I was also a bit disappointed bc when I booked our said “pool access” which I thought would mean our condo would be closest to the pool and although it was close I felt like it wasn’t quite as advertised. The pool in the condo area was really nice. It was warm and very quiet when we were there. It was only open till 8 which was also frustrating because I had teenagers that wanted a swim or hot tub before bed and had to drive to the other pool about 5 min down the road bc it was the only one open till 10. This also was the case with the clubhouse. My son and I walked over to play a few games and was kicked out due to closing time at 8pm. This would be fine if you had little kids but my older teens were a bit bored at night when we were just around the condo. Overall a nice stay but I didn’t love it enough that I would be back bc of the few annoyances

The first night we checked in they didn’t have enough parking passes so you risked being towed if you parked by your unit. Instead you have to park in a distant parking lot and request a shuttle. However parking by the unit was extremely limited anyways. There was hair and dust behind every door and hair in the master shower that didn’t belong to us! They don’t have wrist bands for the water park at the front desk. You have to either request a shuttle or drive to hotel a mile down the road to get the wrist bands. I wasn’t expecting to run errands on my vacation. Finally when I checked out the lady asked how my stay was and I said it wasn’t great and we’d likely not return. Her response was, “have a blessed day”. While I appreciate that, there was not even a question about what issues I had. On a positive note, the layout of the room was nice and the pool was relatively quiet and enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Spectrum Resort Orlando! This was our second visit, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our unit was clean and very nice (floors could’ve been a little better, but nothing major).
The amenities are amazing—my daughter absolutely loves the water park! The location is super convenient with Walmart, Publix, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy drive to Disney and Universal.
We’re already planning to make this our go-to spot for spring break every year!

The place appeared to be clean but there were a few things that were not. There was hair behind the bathroom door, dishes in the cabinet still had food on them, a piece of trim on the stairs was loose and we tripped on it several times. Maintenance was called about the trim on the stairs but no one ever fixed it the whole time we stayed there (6 days). Parking is also an issue. They have limited parking passes and tell you that you will be towed without one. We had a pass but no one used them and people were always parked in our parking spot or along the road in the no parking zones.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it.

This property is fairly new. It’s very clean. The only issue I had was the parking. When constructing these units they didn’t do very well with the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It’s out the way of the normal Orlando hustle and bustle. We will definitely return.

Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. First of all the description of this place is not fully addressed with pool hours and water park hours and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. The gate to go to the pool is not open so you need to walk through the main office to get there.The pictures from the don’t go with the resort pictures. There is not a lot to do after 5 pm so it’s pretty boring, The property we rented they were a lot of issues with the internet and the main shower will only have hot water. The light on three of our rooms where flicking and the canopy from the patio wasn’t working neither.
