Our room was clean, but we didn’t have hot water for a couple of days which was remedied as quickly as was possible. The manager approved a partial refund because of the hot water issue. Every one of the staff members was friendly and extremely helpful. One item that should be looked at is the floor of the shower, as it is very slippery. Very nice hotel that is really convenient to the Main Train Station, shopping & dining. Would definitely recommend for short term stays.

We loved our stay at Bayer's. Where we originally were booked there was a mix up but they quickly resolved , they moved us to the Bayer's Boarding House property to a beautiful apartment. It was in a very good location , plenty of restaurants, the central train station was less the a 5 minute walk, had a small grocery store a five minute walk. We were about 10 minute walk to Karlplatz, and Marrianplatz was another 15 minute walk from there. Most tours pick up at Karlplatz. The service from the front desk to those who cleaned our room was also 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Bayer's Board House as a wonderful place to stay at. A++++++

Convenient place to stay- easy walk to the city center and also a 15 minute walk to Oktoberfest. Staff was helpful, room was clean. I will warn that the bar in the shower on the wall, gets EXTREMELY hot when showering. Myself and the person I was traveling with both burned ourselves on accident as we were replacing the removable shower head. Other than that, our stay was great.

Rooms much nicer than in the photos. The immediate 100 metres by the hotel is not so great but within 2 minutes walk you're in the old town. Great location for transport links too. Staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean and was tended to daily. Free water bottles int he room each day too. I was expecting a basic hotel but got something which felt much more premium. Nice, quiet, relaxing place with all the facilities I needed. No bar/restaurant here but a huge number of options are on your doorstep. Great!

We arrived early and left the luggage at the hotel. When we came back to check in at 3pm, we were told that our luggage is already in our assigned room. That was really sweet and thoughtful of them. The staffs are polite and helpful. Room is of reasonable size for 2 persons and a few steps outside the hotel are entrances to a few metro/train stations. Location is very convenient.

Too noisy for me. I realized after spending some time in the room that I would not be able to sleep at night. I heard crowd noises outside and the street cars/trams run regularly about every 60 seconds right outside the windows. It is the main tram route from the train station. I repacked and moved to a hotel around the corner, which was much much nicer and better.

This hotel is okay for staying a couple of nights. I got a room on the sixth floor, and it was quite loud. I closed all windows and I could still hear everything that was going on outside, so I had a very bad couple of nights of sleep. The sheets are old, and even have holes. The towels were stained. It wasn't super clean, since I even found a hair on my bed. On the bright side, they do offer free sleepers, and you get to have a mini fridge. Water, tea and coffee are free. Check out is at 11, and they can store your luggage for free. If the girls are around, they provide a great service and are super friendly. The older man, not so much. They don't have a restaurant, but location is great! There are so many hotels in the area, choose wisely!

Good hotel for the price which was very reasonable (I think it was about €60?), convenient location between the main train station and subway station and the old town. It’s not a beautiful location though, you won’t have views and the immediate block around it is a bit run down. I didn’t try the wifi as I had data. Shower was hot. The room was slightly dysfunctional eg. Difficult to get into with luggage due to a small doorway/hallway, shower door that won’t stay closed, bathroom blind that doesn’t fit all the way down due to a strange wall projection, but these are minor issues.
In summary it’s not a luxury hotel hotel but for its class and price it’s good value so if you’re looking to save a bit of money I’d recommend it.

I was there only 1 night during layover but I’d stay again.Very convenient location next to the train station. I think it was yellow line number 8 going to the airport. Right next to old town and all tourists attractions. Thin walls but it’s ok. I still got good rest and I liked tea and coffee in the room. Great price.

Great location 2 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. Excellent dining options nearby. The room was a good size for two people and their luggage- and though the bed seems small, it is comfortable. The bathroom is also a good size with a nice shower. Renice (sp?) at the front desk was a terrific help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

We had a room in the attic so head height was a real problem. It also meant we could not open the window as it interfered with the curtains, and although we had a lot of noise from the trams on the street, we had no street view. Avoid these rooms. Otherwise hotel OK

It is a super nice hotel. The reason I give 4-star is because it is bit noisy at night. It is located in a Main Street close to center train station, so it is normal. It is very safe, staffs of the hotel are also securities. It has safe in room. Only 2 minutes walking to enter the train station, the entrance close to U4/U5 (to Oktoberfest).

The hotel is walking distance from the main train station, where the Lufthansa Express bus from the airport also stops. A little noisy around the area and some street people. The hotel was great! The staff were very helpful, even took our luggage to our room while we returned the rental car. The only change we would make is the sink design….its too small and the faucet too big causing water to drip outside it every time it’s used.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Renia explained the hotel to us and helped us to our room; she even printed out directions to our destinations and explained exactly how to get there! The room for our family of 4 was perfect. The family room has 2 smaller beds that fit our 13 year olds, and a nice queen size bed for us. There was so much space with a small living area and dining area. It is a little bit loud outside at night but that is to be expected when staying in a busy city. We would definitely stay here again.
