Si te piensas mover en transporte publico, este hotel el excelente. Puedes llegar desde el aeropurto hasta casa la puerte del hotel usando metro, la termina esta en frente del hotel lo cual lo hace muy conveniente para ir prácticamente a cualquier lugar. Nosotros usamos el metro en toda nuestra estancia y tambien puedes usar el trolebus que tampien sale desde la estacion en frente del hotel. Muy felices con esta decisión de haber estado en el hotel. El buffe es bueno y la vista hacia la mesquita y del.otro lado vista hacia el mar desde el restaurante.

Looked at the rooms on line which looked very nice and airy so booked an economy double. The photos on the website showed a room with a window however we arrived late night and found our allocated room was an interior with no natural light. Next day I requested a move to a room with a window. I was told a window room would cost another 50 euros per night on top of the 60 per night we had paid. I complained that our room was not as described on the website but my concerns were ignored. 10 nights in a room with no natural light is no fun.

Our room was nothing as described or shown in photos. It was an extremely small space with no room to walk in. Since we don’t speak the language and they hardly speak ours complaint would be futile. Would not recommend at all.

The hotel has excellent location. But the room was quite cold and the ac didn’t work properly. Service is ok but should be improved. I was not provided with a password for internet during check in. When I requested a password the technician guy came and just put the password on my phone… when I needed the password for a laptop I didn’t have it again… why they dot. Provide it mandatory by checkin ?

Unfortunately, the hotel is not, as in the pictures, a very small room, as well as it was left in it. The bathroom had a musty smell. It was difficult to shower in it. We arrived 3:30 but the room was not ready and we faced a very dirty smelly room. Once we entered the cleaner was trying to clean and prepare it. The room was smelled smoking badly, there were a horrible balcony with 3 huge air conditioners in there which the receptionist said that will be very noisy at night and will distract our sleeping and pushed us to upgrade our room and paying £100 extra for four nights to get a room that we can only sleep comfortably!!!!!
On our checking out we asked the receptionist/ manager in the morning to book a taxi for us for 4pm to get to the airport 2 hours before our flight. Once we came back from bazaar the guy on the reception that we never met during our stay said no one had booked a taxi and the morning receptionist/manager had handed over his shift for the weekend therefore we had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins for a taxi to that caused us stocking in the heavy Istanbul traffic and MISSING OUR FLIGHT on Saturday night that ended us paying extra £400 to get new flight tickets the following morning and left staying in the airport for the 12 hors with no sleep!!!

Merhabalar daha önce 3 kez memnuniyetle kaldığımm otelde malesef bu kez hayal kırıklığına uğradım.Buz gibi havada kara kışn ortasında klima çalışmıyordu ayrıca daha önceki konaklamalarımda genelde iki kişilik odalarda kaldım büyük odaydı bu kez daha küçük bi odaya ek yatak atarak 3 kişilik oda yapılmış odada hareket alanı son derece kısıtlanmış vaziyetteydi.Klima sorunumuzu uzun arama taramalardan sonra küçük bi ısıtıcıyla azda olsa çözdük.Resepsiyon ve kat görevlileri üzerlerine düşeni yaptığıma inanıyorum ama otel yönetiminin klima ve oda seçeneklerini gözden geçrimeşerini tavsiye ediyorum.

Hotellets läge är fantastiskt. Receptionens service bra. Städningen av rummen är mycket bra. Frukosten är mindre bra , tråkigt utbud och borden var oftast inte torkade ordentligt. Så får hotellet bara ordning på frukosten så är det mycket bra.
