Great hotel in busy shopping area, loved the location, you get the true city feel with amazing views, everything is steps away. Close to metro, but walkable to Galata area or even across the bridge. Staff is very nice and helpful, help is immediate. The cleaning ladies are doing wonderful job, our room was super clean every day, even when we were late to leave. 10/10 would recommend. I would also feel safe here, if I were travelling solo.

Staff was amazing! Some of the best hotel service I've ever had. They never let us carry our own bags. We also paid for the transportation too and from the airport and it was easy and definitely worth the extra money. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also very nice.
The location is great too! Right next to the main walking road in Taksim and walking distance to Galata tower, Taksim square, and the Galata bridge. That being said it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to the main road, but it was quiet enough we could sleep at night. Overall, amazing experience and we would stay here again!

I thought the hotel was very nice. It hotel is clean, in a great location, and the room was large and clean and there was a great deal of space. However, the light in the bathroom was not very good, the pitch in the shower was opposite and the water did not drain. There is a kitchen area with counter, sink, microwave and fridge. Only one thing missing in the room, no table or desk. Nothing to eat on or work on. Had to stand in the kitchen and work off the counter.

This hotel was extremely spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, and localized very centrally. Right outside the door there were many cafés and shops for strolling. The neighborhood was extremely safe and lively.

The service, however, was the very best part. The doorman, reception, housekeeping, absolutely everyone was fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. At one point I had a medical issue and Gurkan actually went with me in a taxi to the clinic so I could receive proper medical attention. He took care of every detail even delivering meals and drinks

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is on a busy street, but there is a window blind that is very heavy. You can lower it to block out street noise and sleep very well.

Excellent suite near exciting Istaklal St

Sentire was perfectly located off Istaklal. Front desk staff were very helpful. We particularly appreciated and enjoyed Gürkan. Our suite was well furnished, bright, and spacious. The in suite laundry was perfect as we were there for 5 days. I would give the property full stars if not for the strong cigarette smell in the unit despite it being a non smoking suite. We had the windows open during the day while we were out to make our stay bearable particularly at bedtime. Perhaps strong enforcement of the non-smoking rule would be in order.

The location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Taksim Square. The studio we had on the 2nd floor was very well designed, with lots of closet space and an outdoor terrace. The kitchen would be handy for someone staying long-term as we were only here for 1 night. The decor for the overall space was very modern. My only slight issue was the noises from the clubs/bars nearby given we were right by the main street.

Location was perfect in the heart of Taksim street plenty of shops , restaurants, and entertainment.. but what made our stay extra special and pleasant the wonderful staff : Ugur , Husain , Abbaz and Aozban very Friendly , kind and attentive and they speak perfect English!

The location was perfect - within Taksim Square which is very lively. Lots of shops and cafes as soon as you step out of the hotel.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, with modern finishings on the inside. I loved that our room had a kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, laundry/dryer. I stayed here for for about 10 days for surgery and felt very at home during my recovery.

The staff are so friendly and attentive, and also spoke English. Abbas and Ugur were especially helpful :)

I highly recommend and would stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights. The first night, my room was super small what tiny hallways getting to the bathroom. There were no room for my luggage. I could not sleep until 5 AM because of the loud music coming from the night club next-door. The manager kindly changed my room to a bigger and quieter room next day. Then I enjoyed my stay a lot. I would try this place again in the future.
One issue that I had was the bathroom glass door leakage. Every morning after taking a shower there were lots of water sitting on the floor outside the shower which I had to start drying them up with extra towels, so I could walk in front of the sink. This issue stayed unresolved during my stay.

The location is great and the rooms are really big, but we were put on the 6th floor - the elevator gets only to the 5th. The weirdest thing is that you can't have anyone from outside of the hotel. Our friends stayed at another hotel in a smaller room and they couldn't come in without us paying 35 euros each. ridiculous!
Other than that it's pretty straightforward, a serviced apartment in the middle of the busiest area. no thrills. could be anywhere else in the world, and you wouldn't even notice.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location right off Istiklal. Anything you could want is near by and also close to the metro station. The room was big and had a beautiful bathroom. The service was great. The bellman insisted on carrying my bags and was always so polite. The hotel also had good security which made me feel more comfortable. No complaints at all.

Great friendly apartment in centre of city

We had a really great time here. The Apartment hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Tasim Square. There's plenty of bars & restaurant near by, not to mention its in the middle of the main shopping area. The only down size for being so close to the nightlife is the noise which can be a problem if you are staying at the rear of the hotel. Please ask for rooms in the quieter size which is facing Mis Sk. The staff at the hotel are all very attentive and friendly. They are always jolly to meet you and eager to help. The road outside the hotel only allow vehicle access early in the morning, so any taxi or cabs can only park at end of the street. But the hotel is more than happy to send someone to collect your luggage & help take them to the hotel. There's a small gym and large sitting room/ lounge at the hotel but no food served. But with the thousands of restaurant & cafe nearby, you are spoil for choice. We would highly recommend this place to all our friends if you are looking for somewhere central.

Fabulous hotel, great location and friendly staffs

A very clean hotel, comfy beds, fabulous location and super awesome friendly staffs. They are so nice and caring and helped us with many things. The only thing you may need to consider is the noise coming in to the rooms from the night club next door. Otherwise, location is great for visiting Istanbul and there are lots of activities around. Also, hotel itself is really clean and fairly equipped. Reasonable price and great choice for those who want to enjoy their stay

This is money well spent and well worth it ... Emre is simply outstanding. He went above and beyond the call to make sure we got our room early as we travelled with young kids. Huseyn setup our Bursa tour and we enjoyed an awesome day out of Istanbul. Can't remember the other teams names but everyone was just helpful and courteous. My wife was so comfortable with the residence we went home with clean laundry as she was able to wash our clothes daily. Simply brilliant ...

two families visiting Istanbul

This place is in the center of everything. Although streets are noisy, I specifically wanted to be close to the center so I knew what I was getting.
The staff cannot be any nicer. They were very professional and available at all times. They made us feel very special.
The place is beautiful, comfortable and very clean.
We loved this stay.
We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Five stars hotel

Sincerely I highly recommend this property. It’s excellent located. Rooms are spacious and with a very nice decoration. Bathrooms are renovated and moderns with a very nice shower. This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a long vacation. But overall what made my stay, in this hotel, awesome was the staff. The four guys that work in the front are super helpful and friendly. They help me a lot finding addresses and guiding me to know istanbul. I felt in that property like at home.

Be careful of area

The best receptionist and bellboy

We stayed here for 5 nights.
All the receptionist and the bellboy Ugur go to the extra miles to make our stay so comortable and very welcoming. Meet the GM on the last day , a very nice gentleman. Will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends , and will definitely come Back with my family.

Not a great experience

This hotel claims to be a high end small hotel, it is small it is not so much high end.
The elevator does not go to the top floor, and we had to switch buildings to get to our room.
No breakfast was available, and I literally could not stand up straight in the bedroom.
A faint smell (from the toilet) remained in the room although we left the fan on all night
View was poor. Price for Istanbul was high for the value. Turkish channel TV only.

Perfection in the middle of Taksim.

For those looking to cater for themselves or simply having that option, i would say this was a perfect stay for us. The staff are the best i have come across in a long time. The rooms are perfectly thought out and extremely comfortable. We have decided to make this hotel our preferred choice whenever visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay perfect.

Sentire Hotels & Residences - fab place to stay

What a fabulous place to stay. We had the one bedroom apartment for myself and my teenage daughter. This gave us a little bit of privacy each with the bonus of a kitchen and dining area. There was no breakfast option which was fine as of course every restaurant and cafe within spitting distance was serving a full Turkish breakfast but the calories alone would kill a fitter person so we opted to buy groceries from the local market (for expats there is a Macro now on Istiklal) and cook at home.

The staff were really lovely, very helpful. The doorman kept an eye out on my daughter who was out and about with friends a lot of the time and the apartment was always in perfect condition after we came back from our day's adventure.

Taksim is a freaking awesome part of the city to stay. In the past we stayed in Sultanahmet but with my daughter wanting to catch up with friends we needed stay in a more central location and this was perfect. The area is very safe, lots of polis patrolling and I had no issue with letting her go out by herself or in a group.

The only downside to this hotel (and this is my only complaint) is the noise. I can handle noise, Im great with noise but there was a nightclub or disco either opposite or possibly in the next building and the thump thump thump of the electro beat did my head in. Our first night (a Sunday) it went until just after 5. But after that it seemed to ease off about 2-3. I am a light sleeper but still thump thump thump.
