Room was very noisy from an extractor fan located in the kitchen that could not be turned off even when all the electric was turned off in the room fan still kept going

People on reception were excellent. Next to supermarket and Boulangerie and McDonald’s a few mins walk. 30 mins walk into town but quick taxi or car ride. Hotel was clean but needed some touches to update some maintenance like loose plug sockets and some bathroom fixings which could do with some update.

Low price, but had specific issues
The night front desk employee was great- she helped us with laundry facility questions, tourism inquiries, and suggestions on how to make the room more comfortable. The room itself had specific problems. There was no holder for the handheld showerhead and the water pressure was low. There were two coffeepots but no coffee provided. There is no A/C or fan in the room, so on our rainy night, the room became very hot and humid. The bathroom was very small and cramped. There were also only very sheer drapes, so the only way to have privacy from the window (which faced another wing of the building) is to close the metal roll down shutters. These issues are strange because the hotel itself looks like a modern structure and there seems to be ample space, but our room did not seem to match the feel of the building.

We had a kitchenette at this hotel. Only complaint we had was that cooking utensils were a little light on, but we always travel with a little travel pack of utensils. Just the same it was a good hotel and the staff were very helpful and spoke a little English which is always really good. I would certainly stay they again.

In principle the hotel was ok for the price paid, but it was extremely difficult to find. The hotel has actually changed name, and is no longer called Cerise. A car is needed to stay at this hotel. It is located at the entrance to the city in a business area.

Kregen een kamer waarvan de bed aan de onderkant vies was, zat met vlekken. Erg sobere kamer met oude meubilair. Was een studio met een kleine kitchen. Kregen een andere kamer, maar die was ook erg sober en oud. Badkamer aan vervaging toe. Ontbijt erg sober. Foto's niet in overeenstemming met de werkelijkheid. Alleen de receptie zag er top uit. Personeel wel vriendelijk toen we om een andere kamer vroegen. Was het geld niet waard waarvoor wij betaald hebben. Ligt ook wat afgelegen.

Je suis allé à la réception, la personne est venue, elle a rétablie le courant. Pour ce qui est du radiateur de la salle de bains elle a regardé puis après quelques minutes, il a déclaré, c'est lui qui déconne. puis il est parti.
On ne m'a pas proposé de changer de chambre pour avoir une salle de bains avec un radiateur fonctionnel ni même une quelconque compensation.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner, ne correspond pas au descriptif du site de l'hôtel. La charcuterie locale est une demie tranche de jambon blanc polyphosphatée, et le fromage local est de l'emmental Pas de beurre salé...sous plastique.

Et helt forfærdeligt sted! Beskidt og ulækkert. Masser af fluer på værelset, et gulv vi kun kunne gå på med sko, da det ellers var for ulækkert. Det eneste der var rent var sengetøjet. Vi havde naturligvis tjekket anbefalingerne inden, men de var desværre ikke retvisende. Og da vi ankom sent kunne vi ikke finde et nyt sted, men vi overvejede at sove i bilen. Kan IKKE anbefale dette sted.

Parfait, excellent rapport qualité prix sauf le petit déjeuner à 14€. literie excellente, propreté irréprochable confort sans problème. Les couloirs de l'hotel (au moins le 4 nécessitent un sérieux shampoing).

Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, en demandons une à la réception la personne nous indique qu'il y en a au 4ème étage mais il faut qu'elle demande l'accord au directeur. En fin de soirée n'ayant pas de réponse nous retournons la voir, le directeur n'est pas d'accord. Une fois installé elle nous propose de nous installer au 4ème étage puisque soit disant les appartements ont été rénovés. Trop tard...nous avions 2 petites cuillères, 1 fourchette (pour 2) pas de verre, aucun couteau, aucun faitout pour faire à manger et on appelle ça un appt équipé d'ustensiles. Par ailleurs il nous a semblé que l'hôtel logeait des migrants.....Enfin nous étions venus plusieurs fois il y a 3 ans plus rien à voir aujourd'hui et nous n'y reviendrons plus. Trop decus

La literie est de bonne qualité, très propre.
Le seul souci me concernant à été le manque de clim pour rafraîchir, Ouvrir la fenêtre c’était trop bruyant, et le ventilateur mis à disposition, était lui aussi inconfortable au niveau du bruit.
Donc nous avons eu très très chaud.
Sinon pour le reste c’était bien
Le petit déjeuner est à volonté et il y en a pour tout les goûts, le choix est impressionnant

Due soli giorni. Dintorni non proprio signorili, ma comoda la vicinanza del Géant e di Norauto! Staff gentilissimo, ma la sera del nostro arrivo ci hanno inviato via mail il codice di accesso alla struttura (al cui numero di tel. sul foglio di prenotazione nessuno rispondeva alle 17, alle 18 e alle 19) e l'informazione circa il numero della camera, come se noi di sicuro avessimo una connessione: ma non l'avevamo, così quando siamo arrivati, benché fossero ancora le 22,25, non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception e abbiamo dovuto cercare, grazie all'idea di un'altra cliente capitata lì per pura fortuna, via telefonino la signora addetta alla reception serale.
L'hotel offre molto spazio per il parcheggio e le stanze sono ampie. Niente aria condizionata... Letto matrimoniale peggio che alla francese: decisamente minuscolo!
Nella notte fra il 30 e il 31, urla furibonde di due ragazzi in piena lite: spero non fossero dell'hotel, altrimenti l'assenza di una reception notturna avrebbe dimostrato tutta la propria insensatezza e pericolosità.
