The reception did an excellent job in following me by phone to ensure I was on time and at the right spot for the shuttle pick-up. No comments on the breakfast as I did not avail myself to it. PS maybe it would be worthwhile to have a shuttle service on weekends for a fee-which I would have paid. (RE: Limited transportation--you had to know how to get to the hotel IF you yourself were driving to the hotel )

The property is located in an excellent location however the rooms are sub par and is definitely not worth the money I paid. This is NOT a 4-star property as they advertise and I suspect they advertise this way only because of the conference building attached to it. The rooms are tiny. No water bottles in the room. No coffee in the room. A Holiday Inn Express in the same area would be a better option. Staff, cleanliness, area are great though.

Hired a taxi from the train station (Atocha), which was a fair distance from the hotel, so if arriving by train, I'd recommend hiring a driver.
Our check in was simple and we were allowed to use the pool while we waited. Once in our room, it was spacious, with AC, and comfortable. We only stayed one night before airport departure so the pool was a definite plus! The airport shuttle was very convenient and there were some nice dining options within 1-1.5kms walking distance. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this as a first or last stop in Madrid!

There was a number to call to make a pickup appointment but, although I used the correct number, no one answered, though I called several times. As it’s not one of the primary airport hotels, airport workers couldn’t help me. Not ideal!

The room was big and bed comfortable, but the pillows were horrible and there was no way to request additional ones. There is an airport shuttle advertised, but you have to read deeper to see that it only works during weekdays and has to be prebooked. No facilities except bar during weekend. There was heated swimming pool, but steps leading to it were very slippery and the construction not sound. Moreover, the pool was dirty.

The rooms are clean (although when we checked into our room, we had to navigate beds, cleaning carts, garbage bins in the hallway, and our room had an odour that is difficult to describe). Beds are comfortable. The showers are clean but the shower heads are weak.

Just used for one nights stay to break up the long flight home. Room was large and okay bathroom. Very noisy you can hear everything from the hallway and your neighbours so not the best nights sleep to recharge for a long flight.

Really dissapointed I paid a lot more for a room for a few hours and still had to pay for breakfast on top. Wouldn't stay here again. We loved the family sized room. Having more space was super helpful. The staff and service were all great! The shuttle from the airport was convenient. The area is nice and a bit more quiet than the hustle and bustle of Madrid. We liked the numerous parks in the area and were happy that Aldi is right around the corner. The train station is a bit of a walk, but doable. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay.

Convenient location. Free shuttle was awesome. Food was tasty and available. We could have used an extra pillow. One pillow each was a little uncomfortable. Also, the shower stall leaked water through the door, each time you showered. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay here. Close to business location. You can walk to a supermarket and mall. Good restaurant in the hotel with nice staff. The pool is heated, with a retractable roof. Too bad there are no robes in the room to go to the pool. And no kettle or coffeemaker in the room. That would make it perfect.
