Peradays is located in the historic district of Beyoğlu situated on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. The area was known as Pera from the Middle Ages up until the early20th century and is the most active art, entertainment and night life centre of Istanbul.
Originally built in the 19th Century, the Peradays building was converted into a first class boutique hotel featuring all the modern comforts one would expect plus many more.

I had an amazing stay at Peradays Hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, with a cosy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and stylish decor. Breakfast was a highlight. Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to explore nearby attractions, yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat. I can’t wait to return!

The property itself is unique, artsy, and has everything you’ll need for your stay (including two of the cutest cats that free roam around the lobby and terrace). The staff are immensely friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel happy and comfortable. I spent a lovely weekend at Peradays. A uniquely charming boutique hotel within a couple blocks of one of the main streets of Istanbul, full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, as was his staff. This truly felt like a home away from home. I researched all the hotels in the area and would highly recommend Peradays for anyone wanting a very personal touch. This place is adorable. It is right in party central if that’s what you are looking for. We were not but we did get in at midnight and it was nice we could just walk to the corner to the Irish on and grab a bite to eat. The cats are so cute. And the breakfast is amazing !!! This independently owned and operated hotel is worth your time. My mom, who is normally in a committed relationship with Hilton, was originally put off by the boarded up buildings on each side. But don’t be deterred! There is a diamond in the rough with this hotel that even my five-star loving mother could appreciate. The decorations are super adorable, the location is central and yet the hotel itself is quite quiet and peaceful. The staff really care and are very helpful and kind. One of the cleaning ladies even washed our clothes without charging us per item. You just donate what you deem relevant. Between her, the front desk, and the indifferent one-eyed house cat named Lucy, we were in love. This hotel is a don’t miss!

It's a beautiful boutique hotel a short walk from all the night life and beauty of Istiklal st. It's renovated and decorated with such good taste, very cozy, modern yet very warm. Big clean beautiful rooms with wooden floors and brick wall. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff is just superb. The owners went out of their way to serve us so kindly and gracefully with a great sense of humor too! Will definitely go back there again!

The location is great, close to Istiklal and lots of great restaurants, but nice and quiet in the actual hotel. It's very easy to get around to other key sites in Istanbul, walking and using the tram. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel and rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The strength of the Peradays is in its staff who will go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is quirky and unusual but very comfortable as well as central. The district can be a bit noisy so ear plugs are advised for people who are sensitive. I loved the Peradays.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic every morning! The best part about my stay though, were the hotel owners and other friendly helpers. Bora and Murat made me feel like I was at home with family. I sat and chatted with them at breakfast, when I came home for afternoon breaks, and prior to heading out in the evening. They were attentive to requests and not surprisingly, Murat was up at 3:30am to call me a cab and carry my luggage to the curb on my way to the airport. Would definitely stay there on my next visit to Istanbul!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Peradays this November and from booking to departure I could not fault anything. Before we had even arrived the owners of the hotel contacted me and asked if they should book any trips they suggested or restaurants etc.
I had read a few reviews on Trip Advisor and one or two people had said the beds were hard. I asked our hosts about this and when I arrived they had provided a memory foam topper for our bed. Amazing! Imagine a huge hotel chain doing this? I don't think so. I also found the room we were in to be a bit on the noisy side. I had read a few reviews on Trip Advisor and one or two people had said the beds were hard. I asked our hosts about this and when I arrived they had provided a memory foam topper for our bed. Amazing! Imagine a huge hotel chain doing this? I don't think so. I also found the room we were in to be a bit on the noisy side. Good B&B, booked and confirmed a particular room high and at the back but they gave it away. Rooms at front suffer from road noise. Enjoyed my stay but disappointed not to have the room agreed and confirmed.

Overall a great experience. The room was quite small but very clean and modern. The reception area was stylishly decorated and very cozy. Breakfast was included, and was quite good. The hotel staff were very friendly. Location was pretty good - in Beyoglu - about a 5 minute walk to the more busy/touristy area.

Everything at Peradays from the moment you step through the door is fab. The staff are so lovely, personable and willing to give a helping hand with anything. We stayed in room 4 which is big and comfortable...just perfect. The breakfast is the biggest and best I've had at a hotel. You really feel special with lovely little touches like a glass of wine when you get in from a busy day to a parting gift when we left. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights and then returned for a 4th night. Great home base to explore Istanbul. The staff there are so friendly and made us feel at home. They provided great ideas for things to see while we were there and great places to eat.

This was a second stay at Peradays for my family. The hotel is ideal for a visit to Istanbul. The owners are always present, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast is a great start to the day. Wifi works well. They supply a new large bottle of water every day as well.

Peradays is in quite a convenient location just a few blocks off the main street with all the shops and action in the neighborhood. The building itself is quite charming and well renovated, but the real highlight is how the owners Murat and Bora welcome you as if a guest of their home. The breakfasts they serve in the mornings is incredibly generous like a traditional turkish breakfast - fruit, cheese, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, preserves. They also spend the time to help you plan your day of what to see and do in istanbul if you wish - they have maps, suggested places to eat, and even let me borrow a refillable transit card for use during my time there.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am, exhausted from my flight and the traffic (bridge was closed), but I had a tour the following day at 5 am. Murat was kind enough to call the company to ensure that they knew where the hotel was and was up at 5 am to ensure that I was up and ready for my tour.
When I had a chance to browse through the lobby, you can see small gifts that previous clients had left to Murat and Bora for their help, and I didn't think anything of it. However at the end of my stay, because of their kindness I wanted to provide them with some sort of thank you gift as well.

A Lovely Experience
We really enjoyed our stay at Peradays from May 4-7. The hotel was absolutely adorable and the owners were incredibly hospitable. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place! We had an adorable loft room (number 4) that was quite comfortable. It did get a little warm during some points of the day but once we opened the big windows, the temperature was perfect. The breakfast was a highlight- absolutely delicious. Peradays is located in Beyoglu and is a short walk away from Istikal Street which is definitely where you want to be if you go to Istanbul. Lots of character in that neighborhood and not too touristy like Sultanahmet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul- there is more warmth in this little spot than any other stale big hotel chain could provide.

We had a great stay at the Peradays on the 1st and 2nd of September. Murat, the owner of the place was very very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable and welcomed, which most big luxury hotels fail to offer.The rooms very tastefully done and clean. They had all modern amenities.
The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Murat himself woke up and made breakfast for us at 5:30a.m. since we had to leave for the airport early! We were very touched. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

GREAT COZY ROOMS + FANTASTIC DEDICATED SERVICE
I have been into many hotels over Istanbul, since I had lived there for more than a year. Since my expirience in Istanbul moving around, this was a huge surprise for me, and probably my best staying over there. A small hotel that has aprox. 10 rooms, so you can really feel at home while been receipted by its owner, an increadable 65 years old, genuine Istanbulu, with a fantastic energy and full of attention and curiosity.
The hotel sits in one of the best locations of Taksim, and although is close to an busy road the windows have pretty good isolation. Great breakfast, and host some kind of selective clients with modern rooms, with high seiling and a mixture of apparent brick walls with modern finishing room.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I am sure that i will be returning there.

Great hotel with a homey feelin
I stayed at Peradays hotel for about a week and I had a great time. The service was great, the location excellent and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has a nice homey feeling to it, with two lovely cats living in the hotel as well.

Un petit plus, un rooftop aménagé avec salon de jardin et tables pour manger, très appréciable en soirée.
Les petits déjeuners frais, variés et copieux sont un régal. Quant aux hôtes, nous avons été accueillis par Colga très sympathique et aux conseils avisés, il a également eu la gentillesse de faire pour nous des réservations au téléphone (restaurant etc.).
Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Morat, qui a l'image de l'hôtel s'est montré très chaleureux.
En résumé un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix, où l'on se sent bien, dans un quartier très animé de jour comme de nuit, à proximité d'une rue commerçante (Istiklal) et d'une rue où se concentre petits restaurants et pubs (Nevizade), toute deux à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
