Everything was great! Many great restuarants nearby, even the one next door had lines of people waiting to get in everyday. Great shopping malls within 7-15 minutes away by foot. The hotel is also close to 2 Fushimi and Yabacho stations.

We loved the location of the hotel, right next to an Ichiran and T2, a club if that’s more your style. There’s the Sakae PARCO which is a brief walk which contains the Nagoya Pokemon center and a variety of other shops. Train station was only a short walk as well, overall a great spot to be in! Also close to Osu shopping district, and only 30 minutes away from everything else like the port aquarium and the Higashiyama zoo and botanical gardens. The staff were friends and the rooms were great for the price! Spacious bathroom and each room had strong A/C. Would recommend!

Great room, spacious for one person. Comfy bed. Clean with no other issues. Staff are nice. Just a bit annoying that the smoking room is right next to the lobby so it's harder to relax in the lobby. The hotel was amazing. We did like it HOWEVER, if you’re a light sleeper and need a quiet or close to quiet room, this hotel is NOT it. This hotel is amazing except the fact you can hear the local bars, booming surround sound speakers and people outside as if they were in your room. Also this noise doesn’t stop until 5/6 in the morning. If I stayed here longer than a couple days I probably would’ve canceled the room due to how extremely noisy it was and inconvenient to try and get some good sleep. Other than that this hotel was amazing

Average hotel, very tiny room but easy access. The reception area was difficult to spot - down the side. When I booked it advertised laundry facility but none found except expensive paid hotel laundry service. Breakfast was okay. Checkin reception staff forgot n I had to remind her of my breakfast vouchers. We stayed 2 nights here.

It’s hard to find at first because it’s in the middle of the city (I got lost twice) but once you get there, the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms might be smaller than expected but they are clean. The area around is really nice, a couple of restaurants and there’s a 7-11 around the corner if you want to grab a snack or something to drink. Would recommend but make sure you have a map or something handy to find the hotel.

You are supplied with a fridge, a safe, air conitioning (that can get a bit loud at night), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pjs, a hair dryer, as well as towels, wash cloths, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton buds, hair brushes, and razors, all of which are replaced daily.

The hotel staff was friendly, even though their English was not the best. The room was a little small but nicely decorated with flowers. Since there are two Wing Internationals, firstly I ended up at the wrong hotel in the wrong part of the city. This hotel lies in the part Sakae, where you can easily reach bars and some amusement opportunities. From Sakae station you have to take the metro to reach Nagoya station within two stations, so a total of about 15 minutes.

Hard-to-find hotel in an excellent location

The hotel was hard to find. We took a taxi to the hotel from JR Nagoya Station. The driver mistakenly took me to another hotel with the same name (but in different location). He did not know his way. By luck, he passed by the hotel and we saw it. We asked him to stop immediately. The taxi fare ended up close to 2,000 yen, which doubled the expected cost. Anyway, the location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants are nearby. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway station. The room is clean, though the pillowcases are a bit sticky to me. The receptionists spoke limited English, but their manners were good. All in all, it was a good stay.

The hotel was perfect; five to seven minute walk to subway station (Yaba Cho, exit #6), in a bustling neighborhood. It was a bit hard to find, but just near a Family Mart and an Italian restaurant, and almost across the street from a multi-level shopping mall, \"The Loft.\" I opted out of the extra hotel breakfast and ate at one of the nearby cafes the staff recommended, which offered an inexpensive yet light, delicious breakfast with excellent coffee.

I would give this hotel perfect marks except for the fact that I was there over a weekend and even on the sixth floor, was awakened at 2:30-5 AM by the music from a nightclub across the street. The next morning, the streets were strewn with garbage left by the party crowd from the night before. So if you stay over the weekend, ear plugs might help. Despite this, I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The room is standard size for a Japanese hotel and is neat and clean. The location is convenient for sight seeing and has a lot of restaurant in the area. We had the breakfast included option and we're given the choice of a western style or Japanese. We tried both and left full every morning.

Breakfast is a combination of buffet and set menu. You select your main dish the night before (three choices) and present that specific coupon when you get to the dining area. In addition, there's a small buffet. Overall, a decent breakfast. The room was comfortable, with comfortable pillows. The WiFi password was unique to each room (you access that by turning on the room's TV, where you'll see the password on the screen). It's a 500 m walk from Sakae Station, so it's fairly convenient. Would recommend.

This place was cheery and bright and had a modern European feeling, the room was simple and clean and the neighborhood it is in has some nice restaurants and close to the art museum. Rooms freshly decorated. Reception staff friendly, but limited grasp of English. Room reasonable size for a Japanese hotel. Air conditioning in room very noisy, could not sleep with it turned on. One day we returned in the evening to our room to find the cleaner had not properly shut the door. Nothing was missing, but it was probably like that for a number of hours.

Stayed in a double room with my wife. Room was clean. Bed was a bit hard. Each floor has a flower theme. We stayed on the \"rose\" floor. Some of the decor was rather tacky, however it made no difference as we were out all day everyday and only wanted a clean room.

The overall experience was great and the staff were really helpful with bigger and smaller things. The breakfast was excellent even by Japanese standards. The standard room is somewhat small, but to counter that, bathroom has plenty of space. Overall a really neat and comfortable room and hotel.

New hotel nearby Sakae subway station. It’s not much close to the station. You can walk from the nearest exit (exit no.8) around 10 mins.
Hotel facilities was good and super clean, but it was very small. You have to open big baggage on the bed.
Staff was nice and informative although they can speak only few English. Breakfast was OK. There were 3 choices of main dish. You can select 1 set per person.
In additional, there were small buffet line for salad bar, soup, coffee, tea, and juice.

Nice room, a bit far from station in cold winter

Hotel staff was friendly and polite up to Japan standard. Room is tiny but clean, toiletries available. It was cold out and the heater was warm enough while not completely drying everything out.
One thing though, I went to another hotel wing (2 station away) at first, their staff was not as nice. When she point out I had a wrong hotel, gave me a map told me it’s 25 mins walk away, she was very cold and unhelpful. (Not much explanation about how to get here and it was not the problem of language because I do speak business level Japanese)

Staying in business hotels leads to same expectation, however this hotel was surprise change. They had good lively decoration nicely arranged room. Brakefast was bit disappointing almost all items were cold. Walk to nearest station is good 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of dining options as its being situated in downtown area. So if you have little luxury of time this can be good stay. But if you need to rush early morning for train then I would give it a pass.

Chambre toute équipée mais celle qu’on m’a attribué avait des taches sur le mur et la moquette, de plus je pense que l’isolation de la fenêtre est insuffisante au niveau sonore (Sakae est un quartier animé) et thermique (difficile de sortir de la couette le matin). Néanmoins pour un court séjour cela reste une solution viable à un prix très raisonnable.
