-호텔 위치: 후시미역과 가깝고 주점 많은 거리와는 떨어져 있어서 안심, 쾌적합니다. 사카에역에서도 걸어다닐 수 있고 파르코 백화점 근처 야바초역 넘어서까지도 도보 가능해서 좋았어요! 도보를 좋아해서 선택한 호텔이었는데 일본 대중교통요금이 비싸서 지하철 1정거장도 210엔, 버스도 210엔이라 도보로 많이 다닐 분들이라면 추천합니다.

후시미역 도보 5~6분 정도로 나고야역에 전철로 가기 편하고 사카에가 도보 10분, 오스는 도보 15분 정도라 도심을 두루두루 다니기 좋았어요.
에코 플랜도 침구 정도만 안 바뀌고 쓰레기나 잠옷 욕실은 깔끔하게 유지되어서 3박 하기에 충분했고, 무엇보다 프론트 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨습니다. 체크아웃 하는 날 에스컬레이터 수리가 있었는데 직원분들이 양해 구하시고 짐 내리는데 도움이 필요하면 알려달라고 여러번 확인하러 오시기도 했고, 키 맡길 때나 짐 보관할 때도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋게 지냈습니다.

Room service does SO MUCH cleaning every day, more than enough towels and toiletries to go around. I love how close the hotel is to stations and places of interest. Nice space, I do just wish there were more washing machines. One bad thing is there isn't much to watch on the TV, I wish it had netflix or streaming. Would go again!!! 🍀 ✨

Of all the hotels I stayed at in Japan, Hotel Trusty in Nagoya had an incredibly good value for the price I paid. It was one of the more affordable hotels from my itinerary, but the room itself was quite spacious (especially considering the sizes that many Japanese hotels are), the location was very central as it was only a couple stops away from Nagoya station itself, and I had an abundance of food options all around me.

시설의 청결함과 직원의 친절도 등에서는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 또한 적당히 넓었으며 시내에 위치해있다는 점도 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 도시락 조식과 실내 조명에서늨 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 도시락의 맛, 품질은 좋았지만 식당이용이 별개라는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 실내 조명 또한 조금 어두운 편이었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 만족스럽고 편안한 숙박이었음은 자신있게 말할 수 있습니다.

The hotel was close to transit with lots of restaurants nearby. Staffs were really friendly and were very helpful during our stay, especially when we were having trouble figuring out our luggage transfer forms. They were able to make the process much easier. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Service and staff attitude as a whole is fine, because we did not have any chance to get in touch with them except at the time we checked in.

But one point being worth mentioning is that the hotel staff would switch the one-way escalator (which is all the way going up) to cater the need of ONE Japanese customer and disregard the need of other hotel users (including us, who were at that time coming back and had to use the escalator to go up to the hotel lobby). It is very interesting and let us experience how “welcoming” the Nagoya people are.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and they speak good English. The hotel property is rather small, and does not have a proper lobby. The check in desk/reception is located on the 2nd floor. There is an escalator going up to the reception, however they just have stairs for coming down to the ground floor. It would be a big hassle if you need to carry your luggage down when you are departing the hotel. The staff can help you bring the luggage down if they are are available.
The room is clean and reasonably spacious for two people.

Large room for Nagoya city

Room (deluxe twin with balcony) is large, so makes it comfortable. Beds are huge. Only problems are no escalator to get down (use stairs), no alerts on whether the 2 washer/dryers are in use (and only 2).

Beautiful, comfortable and worth it!

The staff at the front could speak English pretty well, but their customer service and helpfulness without seeming like we were stressing them out or bothering them was incredible. We went our luggage ahead of us to Kyoto and the gentleman helped me fill out the form and was very kind. They seemed genuinely nice and like they wanted to help. Not the fake overly niceness of some receptionists. The aircon in the room actually worked and it worked very quickly. The room was clean and large for the price and type of hotel. The linens were clean and soft. The only thing is that it isn't around a lot of shopping, but that's just one stop away on the metro. This was a great hotel to stay at for the price. If you want breakfast though, you have to ask for it when you're making your reservation or contact them 2 days ahead of time. There is a Family Mart literally next door, so that wasn't a problem for us. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no coffee in the room; only roasted tea and matcha.

地理位置方便
隔離有便利店
自駕遊的話要保證是小型車，便可以泊在酒店停車場內，價錢合理且方便。
酒店附帶早餐便當很好，雖然每天款式差不多，但味道很好。
總括來說，價廉物美，值得推薦。

The best non-luxury place to stay in Japan

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay in Nagoya without the cost of a high-end luxury hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and dark, so we could sleep longer. Enough space to open and sort through luggage. Recommended!

The hotel is located near a subway station near Sakae, with a couple of convenient stores nearby. Compact, comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Breakfast bento (I purchased the breakfast option during booking) was to be picked up at the Front Desk each morning. The bento was exactly the same each day. One thing that's surprisingly missing from room amenities: coffee. None available within the hotel, so my morning coffee had to be purchased from a vending machine.

We travelled here as a family. The hotel is in a convenient area close to many eateries, Oasis 21 and museums. Room was clean and spacious. Small niggles - slippers not very comfy and no English tea!

The hotel location is perfect. You can walk around for a lot of nice local restaurant and Nagoya's food. It very nearby to convenient store and walk just 5 mins from hotel to subway. The staffs and room also wonderful that very helpful and friendly staffs and room looks new renovated and size is pretty good.

It was much smaller than advertised and the hallways were not air conditioned. Three choices for breakfast of which only one was a proper breakfast but the same every day. And it cost $16 per day. Water pressure was dismal and the bathroom tiny.
