This is my second time booking with this hotel branch. The hospitality, and quality has exceeded my expectation both times. The hotel is in such a convenient location. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants around the area that are popular for traditional dishes. In terms of the staff, they were super helpful and accommodating to my requests.

Just one stop from Nagoya station, but there are many exits which meant I took a taxi to the hotel in the end.

Basic small Japanese room. Nothing special but good. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Not a well known hotel, so I found it helpful to tell the taxis to drive to the Hilton… as it was next door.

Breakfast is good. 4 options of Bento boxes, including salmon or eel or French toast or scrambled egg, supplemented with a limited buffet with salad, yogurt, coffee.. etc .

Nice amenities given upon check-in. Double bed is a little small even for 2 small/slim built Asians. May be better off getting twin beds. Nice cafe on the ground floor. V convenient. We are able stroll to Nagoya station, Nagoya castle, Fushimi and Sakae stations area to see more on foot. Airport limo stop is just 2mins to the right of hotel's entrance. V good value, would certainly recommend it!

Very pleasant stay at the Richmond hotel, Nayabash

I stayed at the Richmond hotel, Nayabashi for 5 nights in Oct 18. The hotel is in a very accessible location, 15 mins or so walk from the Nagoya railway station. The staff were superb, extremely helpful and pleasant, and some spoke good English. The hotel is modern and freash. The bedroom was large enough and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate. No real downside but the TV had no English channels to speak of.

名古屋駅から少し遠いのが難点だけど、歩けない距離ではないし、バスの便は良いようです。
堀川のライトアップが、キレイでした。

ビジネス利用で５泊しました。ホテルも綺麗で快適。スタッフの方がとても感じがよかった。経験を詰んだホテルスタッフの方がいると、フロントの前を通り過ぎるだけだけど安心しますね。名古屋には1年のうち25日ほど過ごすので予算が合えば常宿にしたいです。

駅のコインロッカーが空いておらず、早朝にも関わらず荷物を預かってくださり、またワイングラス、カトラリーも貸して頂き大変助かりました。
ゴミ箱の近くに、お菓子が転がってました。設備もキレイで過ごしやすかったです。
ホテルの近くは、飲食店も多くまた、利用したいです。

リニューアルして快適度が抜群になりました。断熱性がいいのか部屋も暖かったです。子供のぶんのタオル・パジャマ・スリッパや歯ブラシもあり荷物は最低限でも大丈夫でした。ロイホの朝食が今まで泊まったビジホクラスではナンバーワンでしたので、朝から2日分くらいのカロリーを摂ってしまいました。名古屋飯もたくさんあって大満足。エアコンは調整可能で快適、ユニットバスも少し広めで、加湿器などレンタルもあり。毛布のレンタルはないですが、トータル良かったです。

全体的に清潔で、フロントの方々の対応も丁寧で気持ちよく宿泊できました！
部屋も狭すぎず広すぎず過ごしやすかったです。暖房はよく効いて良かったのですが、乾燥するので加湿器はずっとつけておいた方がいいかなという感じです(このホテルに限らずですが)。
周辺にたくさん飲食店やショッピングできる場所があり便利だと思います。夜中も静かで治安も良かったです。

朝食は利用していないので真ん中の評価にさせていただきました。
隣接しているロイヤルホストで食べられるとのことです。

車で行きました。有料ですが駐車場もあり、翌日、名古屋城や名古屋駅周辺を電車、徒歩で観光予定でしたが、追加料金で車をそのまま止めれたので良かった。名古屋城や名古屋駅へのアクセスも良く、ホテル周辺にレストランも多く良かった。

Excellent service from very helpful staff. Good size room for a Japan business hotel and very clean and quiet. A little too far from the main train station and the other train line which is nearby is not really convenient. The bathroom is in excellent condition but tired and could be updated. If I was staying longer for work in the downtown area it would be perfect but for short trips to go in and around it is not the right choice.
