The staff attending to us is much friendlier and helpful. Guess, it was an isolated individual staff's lack of understanding to guests' weariness when we had to check in late. They need to understand, guests still need to check out to by 11am regardless even they were to check in late. So checking in smoothly and as early as possible is a plus factor! I hope staff could be more understanding and show empathy when guests try to check in slightly earlier, provided room is ready and available. Going strictly by the book and requiring all passports to be furnished together
, i guess I don't consider this friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located near Nagoya Station, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and check in was efficient. While the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable for a short stay and worked well as an overnight stop. Overall, it was a solid and practical choice for one night in Nagoya.

Very close to Nagoya station and right above unimall for plenty of eating and shopping options. The room was very small, but the bathroom was a nice size. Really modern and a lot of thought was put into the designer “urban” aesthetics of modern art and architecture. The lobby was great, and all the amenities were there. The beds are pretty stiff.

It’s generally an okay option. Conveniently located close to Nagoya station. The free ice is a good add on for those late night drinks. Free is also provided at the lobby, and not in the rooms. The room had an electric kettle and green tea. WiFi was very temperamental, and I ended up using mobile data because video streaming was buffering very often. Generally clean, but some things could be better maintained like the stained armchairs in the lobby.

Could be better

Unable to control AC set as warm and there is no way to open window or fan. Too warm and stuffy to sleep at night.

Toilet have a moldy smell which is a surprise as the Reno look new.

Could be better .. room is very small but nice design.

Only one bottle of water = u need to buy water at B2 vending machine as that is totally not enough.

No early check in u can only check in at 3 pm sharp.

Overall, the hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. Neat, clean. Staff are super friendly. Be prepared for a very small room though, especially if you’re in the one with two twin beds. uper close to Nagoya Station.

Walking distance to Nagoya station. You don't even have to get wet if it's raining. It's all connected underground. Lots and lots of places to eat near by.

The rooms are small but we weren't there to spend time in the room. They have a breakfast buffet for around 1,300 yen.

I would stay again.

Awful service and disappointing stay

We stayed a night at this hotel and regret it. My wife and I had checked in and then left the hotel soon after to do our laundry (very far away btw) so by the time we settled in, it was already past midnight. To our surprise, there was only central heating and no
option to open the window or to adjust the air-conditioning. The room was terribly stuffy and so we approached the staff for help. The male staff on duty was horrendous in attitude, rudely cutting in on my conversation with his colleague. He brusquely told me to stop my questions as nothing could be done, and abruptly turned back to typing away on the computer. My questions thus far had been civil, friendly in fact, and certainly did not warrant such condescending behaviour. Exhausted from the long night, we retired for the night. The next day, we lodged a complaint with another receptionist, who was excellent in her service. Truly, she was the one redeeming member of the hotel's management team.

Oh and take note. Parking is troublesome, with your car being \"locked up\" in the suggested car park from a certain hour to a certain hour, and you'd have to shift it after that if you don't want to incur the expensive hourly charges. The worst thing is that the English explanation on the information sheet was unnecessarily convoluted and misleading. Yes this hotel is reasonably cheap but if you can, steer clear of it.

Great location and easy to find, close to the train, Subway and bus stations. Staffs are friendly. Room is great for solo travelers, space is enough to open one big suitcase. Toilet is clean and the air conditioning works perfectly.

Very convenient location. Hotel is clean and new. Staff is very professional. Room is small but comfortable. It is a bit dark and gloomy, and the window is frosted. Maybe because my room faces the back of a building. Did not open the window to check. There is a low motor humming noise from outside, perhaps the room faces other building’s mechanical unit. But the noise seems to have stopped late late night. Lobby is nice and comfortable to sit and work. Great stay for my pit stop at Nagoya.

the room is too small

The space of the room is limited. I can't open my suitcase and can maintain the access where the suitcase-stand provided. The tiny sofa is the only place you can open the suitcase and find out my stuff.

The lift must stops at lobby floor every time when either up or down. what an idiot.

No A/C in the room

No cold air was coming from the room air-conditioner. When I complained, I was told that A/C was turned off for the season. It was rainy and humid and I was sweating in the room. No choice but to open the windows and survive. Luckily it just one night stay.

客室は清潔でした。アメニティもしっかりしていました。提携駐車場ユニモールがあったので、車でいけました。
ウインクあいちまでユニモール商店街を渡り徒歩で行き、その後出庫。
