Habitación perfecta, sentí algo de frio pero lo solucione doblando el edredon. El staff bastante amable, me ayudaron con el envio de mi equipaje, a pesar de mi nulo japones con ayuda de un traductor me ayudaron a conel tema (lo aprecio mucho ya que a pesar de saber frases basicas, para estos casos se requiere de una mayor fluidez del idioma, por lo que aprecio muchisimo la ayuda que me dieron). El hotel da la opcion de escoger otra almohada si se desea y los amenities que se requieran en el lobby del hotel. Esta muy bien ubicado, en solo 5 minutos llegas a la estación, bastante conveniente. En general muy buena experiencia.

The staff were excellent. They let us drop our bags early and had us checked in so we didn’t need to do anything when we arrived after the actual check-in time. I would just advise that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t very strong so if cold drinks are important to you, you may just prefer to walk down the block to a convenience store instead of storing in your room. Also, you are close to the station and that does come with some noise. Insanely convenient though.

Room is clean and it's facility is relatively new. Bath tab is deep enough, considering it is a business hotel. Room is not so wide. only a bed a desk, and a space between them. Breakfast is provided in Yoshinoya, a beef bowl chain, at the entrance of this hotel. Wifi is not fast enough for a remote conference, and VPN. Staff is part time worker, maybe students. You cannot expect the dealing like the privileges.

Great location, it is located right across from the Nagoya JR station, the BIC camera is on the same block, many esteries inside the JR station. The twin beds room we stayed in is very spacious, will stay again if we travel to Nagoya.

This is entirely a business hotel catering to japanese people forced to stay in the city I think. the rooms are tiny tiny and staff doesnt speak any english, so any requests are hard to comunicate. It was good for a night stay if traveling by shinkansen, as it is right across the station; but I wouldnt stay longer than that.
check in is strictly 3pm, we arrived like at 2, left our bags and went to explore, the bad thing was that when we came back there was a line for checkin, and by that time the pillows in the \"pillow menu\" were all gone so couldnt take advantage of that. :(
check out is 10 am which was dissapointing, but we could pay 1000 yen extra to checkout at 11.

This hotel was literally steps away from the shinkansen/subway station, which was a huge reason why I chose this hotel since we were here for days trips and a visit to the Toyota Automobile Museum. This is a nice budget hotel with standard size Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage transfers. I had a very nice stay at this hotel!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English so if I was not there, my partner that did not speak Japanese would be comfortable speaking with them. Located right across from Nagoya station was the best since we travelled out often. Breakfast option was right next door that had fast service also great food!

Location is good and price is reasonable. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The only dissatisfaction is room is too small and don’t even have enough space to open luggage. There is window but cannot opened as face buildings. Pillow is below window and room is not total darkness as the window curtains not fully covered with gaps.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our time in Nagoya. The hotel was located across the street of the JR station, which made it super convenient to get to. Lots of places for snacks and food in the area as well as a good walking distance to the \"downtown\" areas of Nagoya.

The staff were super helpful with check-in and check-out and I enjoyed the welcome gift! Hotel amenities were great! I liked that they had different types of toothbrushes, pillows and teas.

Overall, the room is your standard \"small\" but for the price and location, I would recommend and stay here again.

Simple, no frills hotel in a great location.

The location is great. Just beside the Nagoya train, subway, bus interchange. You can go down the stairs to the underground shipping center, ESCA, and then to the interchange. Just note this is at the Shinkansen end, most of the subway platforms are on the other end. But still a great location.

The room is small as expected of Japan cities. Generally clean, again as expected. The bed is a bit soft, and even with the selection of pillows, we were not able to get comfortable.

Biggest problem is that there is a very faint cigarette smell in the room. We couldn't determine if it was the bedding, pillows, room or air-conditioning. Very faint, comes and goes.

It is a small hotel with small rooms but for the price, it is good enough. There is an entrance (E3)to the underground restaurant malls (Esca) very close to the hotel.
The first room I got smelled tobacco but with my request the hotel gave me another room, which saved me as I have an allergy.

It is really conveniently located when you get off the Shinkansen, so we could just takenluggage straight there. Rooms were more tight than most of these tyoes of hotels in Japan. Breakfast was just a special menu at Yoshinoya next door. It is not fancy in any way, but location was great.

I don't expect large hotel rooms in Japan, but this hotel, like APA hotels, seems to be trying to see just how small a room can be and still fit an adult human being into it. This room was supposed to sleep two, but there is no way two people could move around the room without climbing over each other. In order to shave in front of the bathroom mirror I actually had to stand with one foot in the bathtub. To top it off, the breakfast I paid extra for consisted of a voucher for a bottom-tier breakfast item at the Yoshinoya next door. I'll cross this chain off my list.

Walking distance to Nagoya station. Excellent place to stay if don't have too many luggages. There's a fastfood next to the lobby which opens at 5am till 2am the next day. No need to worry where to eat. Also near some convenience stores.

A unique and customizable stay

This hotel seems to be new or it is under remodeling but I will definitely come back! Right across from Nagoya Station when you come in you are going to see something colorful. They are extra pillows! Not generic pillows but different types! You can choose from a cervical pillow, a memory foam pillow, a feather pillow and more. Also, you choose your amenities. There will be no amenities in the bathroom so get it in the lobby. From brushes to toothbrushes to body sponges they have it all. The front desk does speak basic English but I would recommend having a couple of hotel phrases in Japanese in hand. I would come back.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from Nagoya Station. Lots of local restaurants nearby and shopping center as well. Our room was fairly large in Japanese hotel room standard. The staff are very helpful with making reservations for us and friendly as well. I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the noise outside. You can hear the radio or music blasting from the cafe or restaurant in the next building since our room was right beside the place.

\"Deluxe twin\" room spacious by Japanese standards but still no room to lay out two regular suitcases. Very clean with upgraded bathroom. Good beds with choice of pillows. Good room temperature controls. Very quiet when we were there (November). Friendly staff but not too well versed in English. Excellent location is the best feature, across the street from Nagoya Station, makes it easy to catch the bus/subway for touring or shinkansen/train to your next destination. Breakfast just adequate at Yoshinoya next door, small Japanese fast-food spot, with 3 set menu choices; would probably not opt for it again. Convenience stores (7-11, etc.) short walking distance away.

The Hotel is situated opposite the Shinkansen side of Nagoya station so it’s very easy to find. We had a one night stay in a large twin room. It was immaculate and very comfortable, fully equipped with great air con. At check in there was a large choice of alternative pillows to take to the room together with a ‘help your self’ bar of amenities.

Excellent hotel and super convenient to Nagoya train station and subway. Exit the JR Expressway Bus Exit and the hotel is right across the street, left of BIC Camera. Access is also available via the ESCA underground shopping where one of the exits is steps away from the hotel doorway. Room is large and spacious, clean and comfortable. Choose your pillow which adds to a good nights sleep. Room is very quiet. Array of amenities are offered in the hotel lobby along with coffee and tea packets. Price is reasonable - great value for this excellent hotel. Staff is friendly and available. I will definitely return to this hotel.

It is very good that the hotel is on the same level as where we got out from JR Nagoya Station. No going up and down several sets of stairs or escalators to get to the hotel as it is directly across from the station. Just look for the JR Expressway Bus exit. We booked two standard rooms (1 double bed). Room size is pretty small but that was expected. A full range of toiletries is available. We stayed in five hotels on our trip. Only this hotel provides shower caps and moisturising lotion. You just need to get them from the lobby. We were surprised to find a pillow corner. It was beneficial to one member of our group as he prefers using two pillows. Breakfast was nice at the next door restaurant Yoshinoya.
