This property is walkable from Nagoya station and has a lot of restaurants within the area. Very accessible and very clean. The staff are great and amenities are great. They also have a coin laundromat and they have bath amenities as well. Enjoyed our stay so much.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. We were so touched by her kindness.The staff were all kind and friendly. The room was very clean and amenities were good. The location was close to the station and convenient. The staff are very helpful and helped us a lot in our travel planning. The hotel is about 10mins walk to the main train station and big shopping malls. There is a yummy fried chicken wings eatery just opposite the nearby traffic junction and also a convenience shop. Like most business hotel in the city centre, the room could have been bigger so have more space for luggage.

This is a relatively new hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from the Shinkansen side of Nagoya Station. While overall this is a nice hotel, for a couple with two suitcases, the room was small. There is one suitcase stand, but no place to open a second suitcase except on the end of the bed. The desk space is tiny. Otherwise the WiFi worked great, the TV had YouTube news in multiple languages, and the breakfast was okay (not great).

The hotel is walking distance from the JR station. Lots of eaters around hotel. The reception staffs are brilliant with their check in speed and hospitality. The rooms are tiny which is normal in Japan. Clean, details and separate bathroom, toilet, basin make the day different. Highly recommended!!
