A nice hotel overall in terms of location and cleanliness.
If you booking the larger twin room, be forewarned that the noise from the freight trains throughout the night can be bothersome.
The mattress is in dire need of a refresh, the lumps on the bed, coupled by train noises makes a good night sleep challenging.
Wonder why the builder did not opt for better insulated windows, being well aware that this side of the building is right above the train tracks.

There was an unfortunate event that there was a nail protruding out from the thick carpet floor, resulting in a very deep cut on my wife's toe and this has slowed down our travel plan, as she couldn't really walk properly after that. It seems that there was a carpet nail, as according to the hotel staffs, as it is also very dangerous for kids, as my son was playing around that carpeted area too, and was worried about the surroundings floor, even they tried to fix it there and then.

Our family 6-night stay in Feb 2026 was excellent. The rooms were clean. I like to commend Ryo Matsuoka san for his assistance rendered to us. He went out of the way to help us with taxi arrangement to Chubu airport for our guests who attended my son’s wedding.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and service staff clean and change bed sheets and towers every day. There is an option if one does not wish to have them changed to save the environment.
It is next to two floors of restaurants and shopping g malls
As the hotel is next to the railway station, we can hear the trains but not to a disturbing level.

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom is large for Japan. Location convenient as it was close to train station and there are lots of restaurants on the 12&13 floor. Lots of shopping just steps away. There’s a Starbucks on the same floor as the lobby with nice patio/view.

1. One of the closest hotel to Nagoya Station. Accessibility is quite confusing for the first time. We figured out later the easy way through accessible elevators via West Exit direct to Meitetsu airport trains platforms. It’s actually easier than we thought. We believe the hotel should update with this accessibility information, as airport buses were suspended during winter. However accessibility for local and regional trips are on the fly!

2. There’s a convenient mart, drugstore and Starbucks along 15th floor entrance. Adequately convenient.

3. Breakfast buffet is pretty comfortably decent and splendid. Nice tall window views or private corners to choose from.

4. Vending machines on every floor is good. But there’s no hot drinks selection! Sometimes you need hot drinks at 2am in winter.

5. No laundromat. No room service. Pretty much self-equipped lodging.

6. Room and bathroom is pretty clean and spacious. The digital smart screen room controller is definitely the BEST feature to control the entire lighting and temperature. Can be improved further, but it’s pretty convenient! One of the ceiling spotlights not working. Not a major issue, but difficult to pack things at 4am.

Breakfast was excellent. A/C was modern and efficient. I would like to commend front desk staff Mr Kato for going above and beyond. While trying to use the luggage sending service the onward hotel stated we had NO reservations and could not accept our large suitcases. We provided Mr Kato with our reservation and confirmation number and Mr Kato took over from there. Even though it took over an hour he resolved the reservation issue. What a relief. He even secured reservations at JR Gateway Nagoya for us in case the other ryokan did not come through.

Room was spacious (for Japan) and super clean. We opted for the breakfast package and the brunch was great - an excellent variety of western and Japanese options and the food was good!

A special call-out for the front-desk staff. They were super helpful with any question that we had and made our visit exceptionally smooth.

Location is excellent and the ability to hop on transit to take you anywhere you need to go without leaving the building is a huge plus.

One heads up, you are on top of Nagoya station and if your room is on the side of the hotel that faces the main train lines, you are likely to hear some noise from the station (announcements, chimes, etc) in your room, although we found it to be manageable and the last train is generally done by midnight. Construction has also started on the new Chuo line Shinkansen; we did not notice any additional noise and were not impacted by this, but as construction progresses, it might impact your stay.

Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider.

This is my personal vacation to stay for two nights.I intentionally booked this hotel because of its location. It’s easy to access to JR station. And there is food plaza just two floor below. The room cleanliness is good and the breakfast is excellent.
The only comment to the Hotel management is that there is missing of clear map guide to car park. This is rather important for me as foreign and doesn’t understand Japanese.
