Helpful reception staff who answered my questions, request for a fan, even weighing scale for my luggage. Free drinks and amenities in the lobby were nice touches that show they care for their guests. When cleaning of room was not required, it was a nice touch too they provided a sleeping eye mask as a reward. A little inexpensive but useful item that tell the guests they matter. ACTUALLY, towels need not be changed daily that will help being more eco friendly. Encourage customers to put back their hair brushes they obtained during their stay for sterilisation like in most spas.
More recycling efforts too could be enhanced.

Location is relatively cpnvenient with4 convenice stores - 7-11, Familymart, 2 Lawsons.
Dining places are aplenty around the area too.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From our rooms on the 20th floor, the view over Nagoya, especially at night, was spectacular.
The hotel is very close to Nagoya train station which makes transport easy. The rooms were good, efficient and clean.
There are food options nearby and overall, its a good hotel to stay at.
Would go back and do recommend!

Great location very close to Nagoya station, so really convinient if arriving by rail, subway, or Shinkansen. Very modern hotel so in excellent condition, high-up rooms had good views over Nagoya, but with some train noise able to be heard. Perfect location for a one or two night stay.

We paid extra for twin beds and although there was very little space besides the beds we found the room worked well comfortable beds. Good air on. Loved the bathroom layout. Separate toilet. Separate bath/ shower room. Separate basin area. Very special to have that space. Location was good near station. Breakfast was a little weird. Vouchers for a coffee shop with limited options but we made it work for us.

I stayed for three weeks and loved every moment of this hotel. The view is incredible and the staff is the best I have encountered. The cleaning and front desk staff were all incredibly kind and patient when communicating withme in bith English and Japanese. The location of this hotel is amazing, only a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station where you can get easy transport to anywhere in the country. Would absolutely recommens this hotel!

Best hotel of our visit at a great price. We were on the 17th floor and the view of Nagoya was fantastic (even on rainy days). Room had a legitimate Japanese style bathroom with separate shower and bath wet-room.
Great location near Nagoya station and Bic Camera (but there was some construction to walk around). Great lobby coffee/drink machines. Staff was very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast here, but ESCA (underground mall) was very close, full of shops and dining. Close enough to the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya station that we walked with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Easy to base out of for using rail all around the city.

Honestly had a spill in the room and it got cleaned without a fuss. The area has plenty of shops nearby and it has a restaurant right next to the lobby which was very nice. Got an amazing view in our room and a very helpful information guide in the TV showing areas you can visit a well. Appreciated the laundry roon where you can check the progress of the machines.

お部屋はきれいで清潔感ありました。空調は冷房ならご自身で調整して下さいとチェックインの時に言ってもらえわかりやすかったです。泊まった部屋の向かいが清掃グッズ置き場の部屋でドアを開けると廊下にゴミや清掃グッズが汚く置かれて不快でした。また清掃スタッフから挨拶はまったくありませんでした。

Super convenient location as it’s near Nagoya Station. The city view is amazing and the bath is just what you need after exploring all day. No amenities in room, offered on the main floor. Tried to wash and dry my clothes but my clothes didn’t dry after three attempts. Construction going on during my stay and you can hear your neighbors unfortunately.

They have a restaurant the sits next to the lobby, simple food but EXCELLENT! Went there multiple times while we stayed there and not once was disappointed.

The room was nice and clean, but I would mention that check out is at 10AM, not 11. When we booked this hotel it had said check out was 11, but the morning of check out our television said 10am. The staff was really nice and understood; we checked out 10-15min past 10 and they were cool with it; we did call them and let them know we would be checking out a bit late.

Its conveniently close the the Nagoya station which made it very convenient to get around. There is/was a lot of construction going on n the areas when we were there.

A good experience of staying

Overall the hotel is good!
It takes around 5 mins by walking from the ‘Shinkansen’ exit of Nagoya station, but not so close to the subway entrances. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful, which is the most appreciated part for me.

Perfect and great deal for the price
