Hotel is located about 8 min walk to Nagoya Station and has many restaurants nearby. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, staff were friendly / helpful, the public bath is big, the breakfast was delicious. Really nothing to complain!

We stayed for two nights. 100% recommend their breakfast, very good value and the food is amazing. Staff very friendly but compared to other hotels we've been in Japan, they weren't fluent in English that we had to communicate using a translator. The room was small but it had a window with very nice sunlight. We reallly enjoyed their public bath and the pjs they provided were of the best quality. Overall very satisfied that we'd stay there again!!!

The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from Nagoya Station with some pavements along the way that aren't ideal for luggages (quite rough). However, the public baths were very well-maintained and arranged, and the rooms were bright and comfortable. Cleanliness and service were great. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Ghibli Park. Very convenient location as it was a short walk to Nagoya Station. Good dining options close by. The buffet breakfast is very good. The room is tiny but we were not in the room much. The steam room was a little too hot, but the public bath was very popular with guests - lots of people in there with their kids. Appreciated the laundry machines! Overall a great stay.

This is a family friendly hotel that is located in the heart of Nagoya. It’s close to the subway and JR station and there are some local coffee shops nearby. It’s walkable to the Toyota Commemorative Museum which was the primary reason we chose this hotel as well. All staff are friendly and accommodating. I would stay in this hotel again!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was great. An easy walk to Nagoya station and lots of shopping and dining-all within 5-10 minutes. Also easy access to other areas of Nagoya we went to, either on foot or public transport. The room was clean and enough space for two people with 2 backpacks each + 1 medium-sized rolling suitcase. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nagoya.

Very affordable price with Onsen. The hotel clean and have a lot of amenities. The buffet breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. Friendly staff. The room is a little small but we didnt mind. Location also good, close to Nagoya station.

Even though the room was small, the use of space was very efficient.The beds were high enough to allow you to place your luggage below, making full use of floor space. It was an easy walk to ths station even with luggages.

It’s not convenient from the station to walk going to the hotel especially if you have luggages. Theres no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants around the area are all resto bar. The staff from the reception are not all welcoming and helpful. They don't speak english well. The breakfast buffet is ok.

Very small rooms, we were a family of 4, booked a room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 &13, room had two twin beds and was very tight, location was good, close to train station and shopping, breakfast was decent, however they told us at breakfast that we had to pay extra for the children even though there was no mention of this when we booked the room through Expedia.

The service among hotel staff truly varied; local staff could not bother serving us despite us using Google Translate to ask for parking slot in the hotel. I want to thank front desk staff, Mr. Cui, for explaining that there were actually parking lots. Breakfast is pretty good.

Friendly and helpful staff, even with limited English. The staff was kind enough to refund a night when I realized I had booked two nights on the same day. Accessible to public transportation and is relatively quiet at night (still fairly close to the main road).

Would return to stay anytime I am in Nagoya.

Besides great service and cleansiness, the hotel was 5 minute walk to the Nagoya station. The next best feature is a divine breakfast with amazing choice of food. After the breakfast we weren't hungry until 5-6 PM, saving us time for unnecessary lunch which we spent on sightseeing and shopping.

Easy to walk to from the train station probably around 10 mins. We arrived slightly early and asked if we could use the free bike rental for 2 hours which they were happy to arrange for us. Just 1000Yen deposit for each bicycle. The onsen was great and opens till 1am so we were able to use it after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet was nice as we got to try lots of different type of japanese style breakfast. Overall a great stay for family and I would come again if I was ever in Nagayo.

Overall, I would happily use this hotel again.

we only stayed one night. nice place, walkable from the major station, very close to convenience store, first floor has nice area to hangout, get a drink. we were 20mins earlier to check in, so we had to wait which was fine. but then we were told it still wasn't ready 1 hr after our check in time, so we had to wait more. but other than that, it is fine. nice view from our floor.

Fantastic breakfast, truly awesome.

The best part was the free breakfast. It had a great array of breakfast foods, very tasty and well prepared. Everybody enjoyed it. The rooms were average sized for Japan (i.e., small for a 6'2\" American\"), but clean. The pillows were a never before seen dual thickness, which sounds nice, but the thinner portion was ribbed and hard, and the thicker portion was too soft. It is a bit longer walk from the train station than the maps imply. Don't follow Apple Maps if you have luggage, since it forces you to climb up and down stairs. Instead, when you exit the terminal, stay on the street, on the side opposite the Dior store. Dior is easy to spot in large letters. Follow that for ten minutes, it is a block away from that street.

Hotel is close to jR station, very convenient if you use the correct exit. We arrived a bit late, no problem with check in but there is no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants close to the hotel close around 9, 9:30 pm. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety , options are quite healthy as well

The location is pretty convenient. Bed is very comfortable. Like the japanese style buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. But the last servings end at 9.30am which is abit too early. The free use of spa facilities is nice though not very big. Recommended hotel to stay at Nagoya.

Relaxing stay

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was a wonderful spread. Another highlight is the public bath, relaxing to come back to a soak. The rooms are however tight. We can only open our suitcase, and store under the bed.

Suffered serious skin rash after sitting on the desk chair. The refrigerator is not working properly and my request for repairing is not well entertained.Front office staff are not that helpful and enthusiastic. Overnight parking is expensive comparing with the public car park just next door. Coffee machine at the hotel lobby is always out of service. The only compliments are the convenient location and the free VOD at room.

Reasonable hotel with a laundry room

Reasonably close to the train station (5-10 minute walk). Reasonable price. Had a laundry room that was easy to use (once one of the staff explained the instructions to me as they were in Kanji) That was convenient as I was a week into a two week trip and needed to do some wash. Cleaners were saying typical turn around time was 3 days.

Breakfast spread was great! - Chance to eat Nagoya specialties, hitsumabushi, miso katsu, kishimen, in addition to the usual American and Japanese breakfast foods. Reception staff were very helpful but took some time to answer questions regarding recommendations on places to park in town.

Hidden but convenient area. The hotel wasn't too hard to find its just not visible from main road. I liked that the hotel provided a \"toiletry\" bag for my son with his own set of hotel slippers, PJs and a towel. I liked the sofa with the rolling table.The laundry facility is clean and convenient.

It was perhaps one of the rare Japanese hotels with a queen size bed installed in a single person's room, and it was nice to have. There was a large public bathing spaces with sauna, too.Overall it was great. Because it was located in the quieter area near Nagoya Station, I didn't get disturbed by noise either, which was good.

베셀 호텔 객실 깨끗하고 방음도 나름 잘 되는것 같고, 로비에 구비해둔 일회용품은 정말 칭찬해 주고 싶다. 여행객을 위한 센스가 옅보이는 배려^^직원들도 상냥하고,무엇보다 나고야 역에서 가깝고 주변 깨끗하고 조용하고, 호텔에서 준 10%할인쿠폰으로 주변 식당 가는 재미도 있다. 다카시마야 백화점이 있어 좋았다. 다음에 또 이용할 계획이다.
