Room was a bit small, but it was very functional, quiet, and comfortable. Would have been a challenge if my partner was with me.
Lots of eating options and transport connections nearby. Breakfast was good, but not great _for me_ (I prefer more western food for breakfast, and this was a wide range of very good Japanese foods). The guest laundry and free coffee machine were good features.

I would stay again, but think about a bigger room if I could afford it.

Small room but very efficient. We got the room where the toilet is separate from the shower and from the sink. Very convenient. It even has a clothes dryer! Location is very convenient, very close to Yabacho station and many stores and restos we like such as Hands, Loft, Gu, Uniqlo, Daiso, Harbs, Parco, etc.

Bed smelled of sweat and room was generally unclean. Foot massager cord was left on floor upon entering and was stepped on barefoot which was very painful. Staff kept luggage before check in which was nice. But when there was an issue with payment before check in, the manager became irritated and had a tone. Seemed upset regarding third party booking with Expedia.

This is way too worth it for the price at this location. Donki is right beside, many merchandise stores around as well. They provide welcome drink for guest and a massage pad for every room so you can lay in bed and place the pad under your tiring legs. Highly recommended this hotel

My wife and I stayed in a standard room. The room is cozy for 2 ppl with 1 big luggage. The hotel locates in the middle of Sakae, so we went everywhere by walk or train. We highly recommend the hotel for visitors in the 3rd city Nagoya.

Overall it’s good, smart and modern. Strange check in location on the third floor but I guess it has to be like this, annoying that the elevator stops at the third floor on EVERY pass. Breakfast fine, plenty of choice, a welcoming drink although I did not take this. Just a little awkward finding the entrance but blame Google Maps that puts it on the Main Street rather than around the corner.

Good hotel in a prime location

It was a good hotel with laundry facilities in the lobby. They had room service to clean up rooms or just replace towels upon your request. There was an automated barista machine in the lobby serving free hot coffee and hot chocolate. Also an automated wine server for a glass of wine in the evening which I didn’t have a chance to taste. The hotel is right across from Alpen Nagoya (sporting goods) store and lots of brand name stores all around. There’s a Don Quijote a block away and 2 blocks away there is a street full of izakayas and restaurants. Walking distance to Metro Sakae station, bus stop a block away (just a 20 min bus ride to Nagoya JR station), the science museum, art museum, Mirai tower and (if your up for it) Osu market is about a 15 min walk away.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful researching items that we have left behind at the previous hotel. We left the hotel. One of our visitors forgot his backpack in the lobby. The employee (Bemu) chased us several blocks with the backpack as we walked to the train station.

Room needs a little cleaning especially the bathroom. It smelled a little musty. The room itself was a little dusty and had to turn off the air conditioner.

On the other hand, the hotel location was great. The location was very close to the shopping area and only a few subway stops from tourist attractions.

Very delighted to be served by the chinese speaking Miss Li. Thanks for your assistance in our check-in.
The location is actually convenient for as is in the heart of the main shopping belt of Nagoya. Is between 2 subways station that is going to different part of Nagoya, making it an ideal place for tourist.
If there is one thing I am disappointed is that it only give us one time complimentary wine for our few days stay. That perhaps can be revised to one complimentary wine for every night stay.

Hotel is close to high end shopping and to some of Nagoya’s popular attractions.
However, the rooms are very small. Ours had a persistent smoking smell even if booking showed as non-smoking. The electronic air filter was ineffective. The A/C didn’t work for us but we didn’t complain so this was on us. Also, not a pleasant smell in the bathroom. and the reception area, particularly the couches were not that clean. The staff were very polite and respectful. Overall, I think this reflects the price so be aware. Cheers and enjoy your trip to Japan!

It was great! The morning buffet was EXCELLENT. I just wished they added a scent diffuser in the lobby. Overall, I’d want to rebook here if we were to travel again in Nagoya area. Train stations and malls were nearby. Plus, there’s a 5 minute walk Ichiran restaurant that closes at like 5am

This hotel is surrounded by shopping and clothing store, so it's vibrant and lively in the morning and during the day. But at night, it's dark and just dead quiet. If you are into a late night happening, this isn't really the place for you but if you want a peace & quiet area to sleep and with family, this is definitely a place to be.

Having said that, there are late night restaurants and bars within 15 min walking distance.

I did enjoy the excellent check-in staff service and the free glass of happy hour wine to start the day. Also, they have luggage delivery service.

This hotel is luxurious and modern, the room is relatively bigger than most Japanese typical small hotels. There 2 queen size beds in our room with a nice bathroom section. Lots of spaces to open our luggage fully and chairs to sit around.

I would recommend this place and definitely come back here for its close location to the shopping stores and other cafes.

The staff at the check in which is an Indian girl was rude and the check out was a hassle because they don’t speak English and very staff named O. Aichi is very rude as well that match her face which is very ugly . I will never stay in that hotel again

Hotel Forza’s reception is not on the ground floor but the third floor.
It has a beautiful lounge and free coffee and wine but the coffee machine was broken for the last two days of my stay.
The room is neat and has some space for your luggage.
The cleaning staff and the receptionists are helpful and polite.
Hotel Forza’s location is very good with three major department stores across the street and many shops on the underground shopping street.

Shaky check-in since they could not find the booking of my 2nd room. They reserved it under my companions name (wife) even if I made the booking under my name and card. But other than that everything else was perfect. They also a subsidized parking with 2 spots nearby. ¥2k/24hrs. Great hotel.

Convenient location with many dining & shopping options all around. It is also a short walk from the subway station. Service staff were very helpful during our stay.

The room was clean, large by Japanese standards as there was a couch by the window but still a squeeze to open up your luggage freely. The bed is an issue as it’s only 125cm wide so it’s a little uncomfortable for 2 persons. Overall, it was an acceptable experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and made for a relaxing experience. The location is excellent—close to parking facilities and within easy reach of major malls, which made getting around very convenient.

The staff and front desk provided warm, attentive service throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive impression. I also really appreciated the self‑serve coffee and chocolate station; it was a thoughtful touch that made mornings and evenings even better.

Overall, a great stay—I’d be happy to return and would recommend this hotel to others.

員工很親切，櫃台在三樓，採自助入住及退房，還有二台洗衣機（雖然有點不足），另外還有咖啡機可自行取用，另外每次住宿會提供一次紅酒或白酒，記得向櫃台索取酒的卡片。
清潔上～就如網路上評論的美中不足了，基本上我們每天都會把垃圾集中、毛巾類也統一集中，再掛上清理房間的牌子，總真的是有美中不足的地方，但最後一晚我們回房間發現浴缸裡有些許頭髮在各處，只好在洗澡前自己全部清洗一次了～
