it surprized me when i found a water purifier in th room. There was a coffee machine with capsules provided, for free. Clean, spacious, quiet place. Lacation couldnt be better. 25minuit walk to Nagoya Castle.

Great location, rooms, and amazing staff

The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were quick to respond to any requests.

The location is particularly good for people who want to enjoy the nightlife in Sakae, and there are plenty of other locations that are in easy walking distance from the hotel.

My only complaint was the breakfast that the hotel offered at its in-house restaurant. I tried nearly everything that was offered during breakfast, and the food was only adequate. In my opinion, the breakfast was not worth the price. The restaurant meals at other times of day might be really good, but breakfast was so average I didn't bother trying lunch or dinner.

4 Night Break

After 2300 kms on a bicycle and Nagoya being the next city I decided to splash out and stay in a hotel close to the nightlife of Sakae, Nagoya Castle and within cycling distance of Toyota Automobile Museum. Normally this style of hotel would have been out of my budget. But the price was reasonable and the room excellent. I opted for no meals as I like to eat out when in Japanese cities. To top it off the room came with a machine that had drip coffee and tea (green and regular) included in the price as was the mineral water. My bicycle joined the staff bicycles in the underground carpark. Before leaving I had to lighten my load and send winter gear and camping gear to Chiba , the hotel staff sold me two boxes sealed them when packed and did the paper work for me and took payment for the delivery, one more thing that pleased me no end about the service in this hotel.

禁煙ルームが希望でしたが、イベント等があり周辺のホテルも満室だったので、今回は喫煙ルームに泊まりました。タバコのにおいは全く気にならず、快適でした。

部屋は広くゆったりで良かった。ウォーターサーバーが付いているのも良かった。
スタッフさんは、外出して戻ってきてフロントで鍵を受け取ろうとしたら、「チェックイン済みか」聞かれたので、済んでいると答えたら何故か、不機嫌な態度を取られました。あまり良い気分ではなかったです。
チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフさんは丁寧でした。

初めての宿泊でしたが、ロビーのスタッフが多く、挨拶や手続きが早くテキパキして関心しました。
部屋の方は、広さと隣の部屋の音が分からないので、ゆったり出来ました。後バスルームも清潔で、シャワー口が大きいので気持ち良かったですよ。また宿泊したいですね。

とても良いホテルだと思いました。
ただ，少し古いのか，配管？バスルームは，カビの匂いがしていました。
また，お部屋着？が少し匂いましたので使用される方は気になるかもしれません。
冷蔵庫にアイスペールが入っていたのはとても良かったです。
インスタントで良いので，普通の部屋にコーヒーを置いていただけたら，と思います。

房間空間算大，浴室也算是大的，但雙人床屬於單人床加大的寬度，一個大人一個小孩睡已經略擠，若要兩個大人睡可能需要選特大床。環境很乾淨，早餐是日式早餐，樣式不多，但也很夠吃，麵包很好吃。房間內有飲水機，超級方便。

定期入れを落としたのを直ぐに見つけて貰えなかったのが残念。紛失した事を２回も東京から連絡してるのに、見つかったら連絡します！と普通のホテルは、言うが聞かれなかったし、似たのが見つかったのに直ぐに連絡してくれず…。あんまり電話対応は、良くなかった。

何処のホテルも言える事ですが、鏡の席で化粧しようと思っても、ダウンライト位の照明で、暗く化粧がしにくい。
鏡の部分だけでも、女優ライトがあれば良いのになあ～と思う。
