Everything! This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful they are all very professional and extremely helpful. The food is of outstanding quality . The rooms are extremely clean and a pleasure to be in. It was so nice to be out of town slightly . The grab can cost around 80 Bart . Housekeeping are so good and the shuttle was a great asset .

My wife and I were here for a week on our honeymoon and the staff and food was excellent. Everyone was so nice and friendly, as well as accommodating to our needs if we needed anything. Chaing Mai Airport Plaza and Kad Manee Market are close by and it’s easy for a Grab pickup at the hotel. I highly recommend and would love to come back if we are ever back in Chiang Mai!!

the room was spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom with an extra large bed. one thing that stood out was the clean sofa (as typically in hotels, they are full of stains). the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. netflix in the living area and bedroom. really good AC. the water pressure in the shower was mediocre (if you have a lot of hair, it takes longer to wash). had trouble with the wifi on my last 2 days but the staff rectified it and worked okay afterwards, still cut out for video calls and netflix. the staff are super friendly with everything. the food at the parc thai restaurant was delicious - though the drinks were pricey. the pool is small and surrounded by landscaping - appeared to have the ‘closed for treatment’ sign during the majority of my stay. the location is quiet and walking distance to convenience stores, plenty of eateries, and a shopping plaza. a reliable bank next door. there is a cafe on the property, very good food and drinks. there is a sky terrace/restaurant but had the closed sign up for my 6-day stay except for one night. they offer a free shuttle to the airport after certain duration. i would stay again and recommend this place.

The room was clean, had comfortable bedding and a good internet connection. I liked getting a 500thb voucher to use for food. The room looked a little bare as many shelves were empty of items. The kitchen needed cooking items as there were bare cupboards. The restaurant had great food but appetizers should be served before the main courses not after. There were many selections on the menu and my duck curry dish tasted great. I saw on their website a game room listed but the staff said this doesn't exist there. Overall it was a good visit.

Lovely stay and lovely staff, they were so helpful! The breakfast each morning was delicious, there were so many great amenities! The pool is lush and gorgeous. This is in a safe area however not very walkable. Front desk is helpful when calling cabs to the city.

Getting GRAB was super easy here. The hotel is in a location close to a couple of markets - so really you have everything you need.

The hotel is not a 5 star resort. It is old. The balcony is not accessible (the patio door is bolted locked). Everything is expensive. Laundry was ridiculously overpriced. It isn’t close to anything so getting transported to and from the hotel was horrible.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was also delicious, and suited to all tastes. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Amazing Penthouse & Value!

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there!
Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too.

Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

Amazing property and service! My room was always kept clean. I appreciate the little touches like the treats and a note card with the day’s forecasted temperatures. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selections, all of which are very good! Best of all, the staff are always courteous, friendly, and helpful!

Rarely do I ever submit reviews but I am compelled to say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. For what we paid (avg $85 a night), the value we got from this hotel is tremendous.
PROS:
- Amazing service, the people at the front desk helped researched excursions for us, gave is tips on finding the best deals, and always greeted us whenever coming back to the hotel
- FREE transportation from/to the airport (which is conveniently close as well)
- FREE snacks and drinks
- I always look forward to coming back to an even cleaner room, and they don't skimp on giving out extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash
- An entire suite--living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, with very modern and chic decor
- Very, very comfortable shower/bath
- Small details like how the TV already has an HDMI cable connected, four large towels are provided every day (versus just two), the towels are within reaching distance to shower/bathtub, they provide treats and a weather report every day, they actually provide some amount of clothes hangers in the closet, they give four fluffy pillows, they put a vase with fresh flowers on the dining table for us, there are two TVs. The vibe of the hotel is just great
- The welcome drink was delicious, and umbrellas are provided in the lobby and rooms

CONS:
- The gym and pool are quite small, and breakfast is not included
- We found small bugs that looked like tiny fruit flies lying dead on the head of our bed and the desk.
