Whole place is very worn down. It has a 7 review for a reason. Sauna is full of old men off the street, they allow non guests pay for time; same men every day for hours. The wife wouldn't go in and she is a native thai. No pool towels. Bath towels smell like vomit.

The room is pretty big and spacious. The bunkbed is a bit crickety and bed are kind of hard. They do housekeeping if you request, and give clean towels and fixed my bed (my stuff on the bed was neatly arranged).
There’s also a fridge and they give us water bottles each day.
The washroom is pretty big and there’s body wash and shampoo. They don’t have a hair dryer and no space to put your stuff.
You can also head next door since the window is open.

Overall it’s a decent place considering the price, you’d have to grab everywhere since it’s chiang mai.

it is not convenient if you don’t have a car. The front entrance from the main road got flooded from a heavy rain. The positive thing about this place is that it is so closed to the airport ,and the hotel provides transportation to the airport if you request.

The room I got was nothing like the pictured room in my booking. Then I requested breakfast included and did not get that. The staff were nice enough, but the buffet breakfast also left a lot to be desired. As an Australian I don't eat curries or rice or boiled chicken sausages so was down to fried eggs on toast or just toast and spreads.

Bad location, noisy hotel

As soon as you step in the lobby you can tell something is off, as it smelled horrible in there. The room walls are thin and the hallway floors very squeaky so you can hear everything happening all around you. Location is terrible, at least a 10 minute drive from the old city where all the attractions are, and its not walkable at all. I will give them credit for letting me check in early, but I had to pay extra for that.

Decent location to the city, rooms were of a high standard of cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money, exceeded our expectations for the amount paid.

Just a note of caution, it may get disruptive in the morning as movements outside of the room can be heard quite clearly from the inside.

The price is great for the service we received. The airport shuttle unfortunately couldn't do a late pick up, but they did inform me well ahead of time. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Food was ok. Would stay there again if I did a similar trip.

The place is very run down and very dirty. Gave us our room and it was dirty. Stains in the carpet and furnature. Looked like someone had gotten sick on the carpet with little clean up. Thay gave us another room just as bad. Then the air did not work and we had to change rooms again. They young lady with glasses who ran the night shift was not very nice at all. Location was not the best and the breakast was ok but with the way the rooms were dirty it made you wonder how clean the kitchen was.

Great for budget couple travellers

The room we stayed in was a new superior twin, so new there was still plastic on the plug sockets; Generic hotel style. The cleaners were superb, can not fault them. When we didn’t want room cleaned they still left us water, towels and loo roll each day.
NOTE: GYM NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE - 150bht a day. We didn’t see this in the fine print typically. The pool however is, although it felt to me as if it was near enough in the car park, it was ok. Breakfast was buffet style and on the whole good considering it’s included, but don’t expect anything fancy. Staff were accommodating. Location is about a 30 minute walk into old city which was perfect for us to get some steps in. We enjoyed our stay :)

The pool only as two sunloungers!! Focing people to lay on the hard ground.
There is a gym but you need to pay 120 bht. So no one uses it !!
Theres a kettle and cups in the rooms but no tea or coffee!!

Everything falls apart in the large room. Wiring 1920 style. I checked out 7 days early. Extremely basic place for budget conscious. A big plus is the mature garden setting beautifully kept. Breakfast is Chinese style only. This is a Chinese run hotel. No Thai feeling. BUT GENEROUS ROOM SIZE AND GARDEN DESIGN WAS WELCOME. QUIET RETREAT.

Not enjoyable.
Dripping A/C unit onto tin roof outside window kept me awake all night.
Shower came off wall in hand when attempting to adjust.
No alcohol allowed on site.
Outside smoking area was 2 chairs on the other side of a wall accessible by climbing a nest of tables that was very unsafe.

Nim See Seng is close to the airport. It’s a comfortable hotel and pretty affordable for the fact that you get free breakfast. We had a twin room, nice bathroom with a shower, tv and refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable and overall satisfying.

Convenient to the Airport

Nim See Sang is a very short and convenient trip to and from the airport, and the staff tries their best to make you comfortable. The two biggest drawbacks were the location was not around any of the Old Town, it was easy to go to the road and find a Tuk Tuk for 150 Thai Baht. Also, the beds were extremely hard, almost to the point of uncomfortable. Other than these the stay was fairly decent.

Fairly basic, poor staff but nice pool

The hotel was fine for the deal I got though the staff weren’t that friendly. Nice room, pool and quiet area though the hotel was quite noisy at night. Thin walls and noisy children and families arguing made for not the best sleep.

The gym isn’t free either, which considering the equipment is old and the staff were basically rude I only went once.

Overall, a bit disappointed.

First impressions were decent with a friendly welcome, however staff interaction after that ranged from average to rude and even ignorant. Not sure I saw a smile except from that initial receptionist.

The room was actually nicer than the rest of the hotel which is unusual in Thailand. Room was a decent size though typical of Thailand the bed was firm, though that suits me. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but useable. The room kept a fairly good temperature without having to use the air con at all too and the area was nice and quiet.

However other guests were not. Kids would be allowed to run around screaming in the corridors late at night, the walls are pretty thin and there was little consideration for other guests it seemed - not entirely the hotel's fault, but they could have intervened at night.

Getting around without a motorbike, bicycle or car isn't that easy as tuktuks and songthaews don't come by often - I had a motorbike but also used the Grab app, which is pretty cheap.

Charging to use the very dated on-site gym was a bit of a cheek, particularly as the attendant was quite dismissive. The pool is nice and free to use though.

Not many westerners seem to stay here though communication in English is doable. I decided to stay a few days longer in Chiang Mai but moved to a hotel nearer the town.

Fantastic hotel, couldn't ask for more for the price. We were backpacking and this hotel is cheaper than paying for 2 beds in a hostel and great service. Room cleaned every day, buffet breakfast included and the staff couldn't do more for us!

Pleasant stay away from the city's busy hustle

The hotel is near the airport so getting there via taxi would be fast barring traffic problems. Althouh you may opt to have transpo arrangements with the hotel staff about a pick-up or drop-off to and from the hotel. The hotel is a bit of a distance from old Chiang Mai so there aren't a lot of restos, bars or temples nearby. It may however be a welcome respite if you opt to stay somewhere quiet and away from the busy city center. It is however near the airport, the airport malll, the Chiang Mai cultural center and one of the weekend markets. The staff was incredible nice and attentive although there were times when they would struggle with communicating in english. The rooms are clean and cozy. They have excellent wi-fi. They also have a swimming pool and a gym is located just outside the hotel. The water though seemed not to have enough pressure for a strong shower. They have a good breakfast buffet in the mornings but seemingly no lunch or dinner available. Being far from the old city, looking for a place to eat might be a bit of a problem. You can ask the staff however to get a taxi for you to the old city which might set you back around 150 baht which is about the same price as a tuktuk going back to the hotel. Overall, my friend and I liked our stay and would recommend it especially to those who want a quiter stay in Chiang Mai.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Our room was also cleaned thoroughly each day and it smelled like fresh towels. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is easy to find. The included breakfast is okay. The rooms are not very soundproof so we could hear other guests as well as employees sweeping the grounds starting at 7 each morning but the dark curtains were nice. We noted these little things but they didn't bother us too much. The best thing about the hotel was the cleanliness!

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen im Nim Hotel. Ich wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr bequem und sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Transport vom Hotel zum Flughafen war kostenlos. Ich bedanke mich beim ganzen Nim Hotel Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft🙏☺️

Det værste hotel jeg har set.

Vi var 3 der rejste sammen. Reception og restaurant var beskidte og der lugtede forfærdeligt. Pool området havde ingen møbler. Service var der ikke noget af. Jeg fik et kik ind i et meget rodet køkken . Så vi forlod hotellet og tog til et andet og bedre sted. Hotellet burde være 1/2 til Max 1 stjerne.

เข้าไปเช็คอิน จองไว้ 2 ห้อง แต่พบแค่ 1 ห้อง ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เราติดต่อกับเวปที่จอง ขอติงว่า (ทางโรงแรมควรติดต่อกับเวปเอง ไม่ควรที่จะเป็นทางลูกค้า) แต่ทางโรงแรมค้นหาห้องเจอก่อน จึงไม่ได้ติดต่อกับทางเวป ส่วนห้องพัก สะอาดดี แต่สิ่งอำนวยความดวกไม่มีเลย เช่น ไดร์เป่าผม กาน้ำร้อน โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง ในห้องน้ำก็ไม่มีที่วางสบู่ มีแต่อ่างล้างหน้าแค่นั้น ไม่สมกับราคาที่จองเลยคะ

予約した際に空港送迎をお願いしていたが、空港に着いても迎えが来ず40分以上が経ち、結局タクシーでホテルに向かった。スタッフは親切で部屋は清潔だった。シャワーの水圧が物足りなかったのと壁が少し薄いのか周りの声が聞こえていた。
