Nice stay.
We booked two separate rooms, which were decent, but nothing special. Needed a refresh, because they looked old and tired. But on second day was changed to the family size executive suite with direct pool access.
That was great, thank you hotel staff !!
The room was large and clean. The pool was nice, and the pool bar with happy hour was awesome.
A notable negative, is that the mattresses were REALLY HARD.

Phuket is flooded with Russian tourists. Likewise, this hotel has a lot of Russian guests.

Buffet breakfast was reasonable, but food variety caters more for the caucasian / Russian guests.
A disappointment for me, as I believe a hotel should showcase more of the local food / culture.

Staff were nice and courteous, and always helpful.
Overall... a wonderful stay.

Be prepared to find a hotel on the side of a hill! This didnt worry us but it could present a problem for people with mobility issues, though they do have a golf cart to transport people from the reception area to the higher areas of the hotel.
We (group of 23 people) mostly loved the staff (There was one staff member who let the whole team down! They made it very clear that they didn't want to be there in the morning cooking our omelettes, which very much spoilt our mornings!) If it weren't for the disgusting attitude of this one staff member, we wouldn't have been able to fault them, such a shame...

Where to start, 1) there seems to be hidden charges on food. I order meal and drink for 560 and get a bill for 880. 2) the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. Springs poking through. I acrually moved the pad from the window to the bed.3) due to humidity and ocean, much of the faucets were pitted. 4) large spaces around the door did allow insects in and a salamader running actoss my wall.
All that being said, it wasnt.horrible but it wasnt spectacular either...solid..meh... Staff were very nice and accomodating which helped make up for the shortcomings. If i ever came back to karon beach, i would probably stay somewhere else

The property is in an excellent location right between Karon and Kata, both a 10 min walk away. Lots of shops restaurants within walking distance, very convenient.
the hotel itself is quite tired, needs a reno but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were not overly abundant but there was plenty to choose from still, no complaints there.
The pools are quite good, very well separated so they never feel too crowded.
The staff are incredible, and I think they make a difference in how guests perceive the hotel. Everyone was absolutely lovely and very helpful, well done staff!
Overall, even though I wouldn't call it a solid 4-star hotel, it was good for the money, and we had a very enjoyable visit.

Great rooms on lowest level of resort, making easy access to reception, lower pools, pool bar and access to the street.

1.3m Pool is shared with the other rooms of this type, but secluded from other pool & hotels for some privacy.

Room itself was comfortable, huge bed, shower (no bath), fridge, toilet with bidet hose.

Great location in Kata. An easy walk to both Kata and Karon beaches, the kata night market etc.

Resort breakfast was ok.

We stayed at this location for our entire Thailand trip which was 8 nights. We were incredibly happy with the location of the hotel which is right in the heart of a lot of attractions.
It is perfectly between both Kata and Karon beaches - maximum ten minute walk to each. It is surrounded by multiple massage parlours, a variety of restaurant with a great mix of local foods, motorbike rental as well as souvenir stores.
It is set back from the main road it is on so there is no disturbance from vehicle noise or any passing foot traffic
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Always greeting you in the morning and offering help and advice if asked.
Our package included daily breakfast buffet which changed slightly each day. While there were a number of staples every day (omelette cooked fresh, waffles, selection of fruit, toast) other things changed each day (pancakes usually alternated with French toast, plain rice alternate with fried rice etc). The food was wonderful and was a good way to start your day.

Now the very FEW negatives we experienced were with the bathroom. Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great as well as the temp control. Every shower ranged between borderline scalding hot to cold changes multiple times in the one shower. We also found it would leak out around the tub onto the floor. Frankly not crazy bad issues but could get a slight bit tedious!

We WOULD stay again!

Disappointing stay over New Year.

Mixed views about our stay. There are some positives - staff are friendly and location is good for restaurants and bars in the area. Beach is about a 10 minute walk which is fine. Room was a decent size and overlooked pool - just!
Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives and I can’t really recommend the hotel. It is very dated in some areas - pool bar desperately needs some t.l.c. Bathroom is tiny and the overbath shower very poor. Towels were basic too and although the room floor was swept daily and the bed made, general tidying wasn’t completed well - empty bottles left and papers, boxes etc just left on countertops.
Breakfast wasn’t great - coffee and tea was very poor - tea stewed in a coffee pot on a hot plate! Or age juice wasn’t fresh and very watery, food in general was cold and we managed really on toast that we did ourselves. We paid the mandatory additional fee for the New Years Eve Gala dinner and the buffet was ok. The entertainment was appalling and we left just after 9pm whilst a game of musical chairs was being played. We were also very uncomfortable- being squashed in so tightly that we had to climb over other chairs and the stage itself to get any food - and waiters struggled to get to us to serve drinks.
Overall a disappointing stay. It is certainly nowhere near a 4 star hotel and I would struggle to say it was a good 3 star.

Location was good but facilities were sorely lacking for advertised 4 star hotel. We were put in a part of hotel not used or occupied for a while. Had squatters right outside the fence. Found rat droppings in room. Advised staff but nothing was done. When ready for bed found bed bugs amongst bedding. Checked out that very same night we arrived. Still waiting for a refund as hotel manager has been unavailable for 4 days to accept responsibility. Not a good experience at all.

Great place to stay - once we got the room we wanted. Magic - on the edge of a sheltered branch of the pool.
The food at the special arrangements (banquets) was amazing, so hard to understand why the meals cooked by the same restaurants were quite mediocre otherwise - fortunately there are quite a few good restaurants just around the corner.
Breakfast buffet is simply amazing.
Only one bad thing: Beware if the management wants you to (temporarily) move to a different hotel - it might be a bad experience!

Not good if you have mobility problems

Lovely warm welcome from Hotel, although they would not organise transport from airport told us to go to taxi more convenient, we got ripped off and driver didn’t know where he was going.
Breakfast choice could be looked at, not consistent. Food cheaper to buy from room service than sitting in restaurant.
Young porters were very good and collected and delivered us up and down the hills , far too steep especially with pushchair.
For good beaches, grab a taxi. Lots of lovely places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay, had a small problem with check out. Breakfast was excellent, the location to both beaches is great. The Wednesday night buffet was spectacular. I would recommend taking a minute to check that all things are in your room when you check in. When we checked out, the man at front desk said that a teaspoon (used for stirring the coffee) was missing. I went to the room, and could not find the second spoon. I suggested that the morning before my husband had to have breakfast in the room because of his fall and smashing his head. I was so happy that they allowed him to have the food in the room that I took back all the dishes to the kitchen. I must have taken the second spoon to the kitchen as well. We were charged 50 thai monies for the spoon. I feel this was ridiculous. During my husbands accident he had at the hotel, the staff was great. We appreciate all the help from the staff.

Reasonably good for its price. Fine for a few days, while island hopping during the day.

Very nice hotel in a good location.

Diamond Cottage is a very good hotel located 5-10 minutes’ walk from both Karon and Kata beaches. Our room was very spacious with a king sized bed and nice seating by the window. The room had a balcony, although it was a little small and didn't have any furniture on it. The hotel staff were very accommodating and I'm sure they would have provided furniture if we'd asked, but in the limited time we spent in the room, we preferred to be inside using the air-conditioning than sitting in the heat on the balcony.

Breakfast was self-serve buffet and the choice of food was very good. We tried to sit by the pool once, but all sun loungers had been taken by 11am when we went down, so we walked 10 minutes to the beach instead, which is actually nicer than a hotel pool anyway, so we can't complain at that.

There are restaurants and bars very close by, with several less than 5 minutes from the hotel and a much larger choice available in Kata, which took us between 10 and 30 minutes to walk to, depending how far in to Kata we went. The main Karon restaurants were 20 - 40 minutes’ walk away, but we never went there at night as we preferred Kata.

We would stay here again.

Hotel is good and well located. Wifi is disaster (we were provided 5 differents login codes to connect in 4 days).

Incident happened on departure day we left at 00:30 to go back to airport with our suitcase. The hotel only has 2 private drivers contacts. As they failed to reach them, they were not able to book a taxi. The receptionnist told me clearly they dont have the contact of Phuket taxi company (is it really a 4* hotels?!?) so he told us to go down in Phuket streets with our suitcases and find by ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel as this is unprofessional attitude for this range of hotel.

Tiring experience all round...

Terrible experience on check out being charged for beach towels when we had actually handed them back to housekeeping to help them out. The rooms and complex itself is dated and a little rundown and far too spread out, I think the architect was a crossfit fan, I spent half my holiday walking between my room and the entrance. There was also no working TV which made me further suspect an exercise conspiracy. The staff were not rude but nor were they in any way helpful - I don't blame them any more than the aerobic loving architect but no-one likes being accused of theft so it did sully the end of an exhaustive stay!

wanted to get out of our hotel so saw on expedia this was just across the street for 40 bucks a night and it looked decent. Went to book directly with front desk and was told they only had superior pool rooms left for 2700 baht ( about 110 CAD ).. told her I saw that they did on expedia, she again said no standard rooms left.. So I asked for the wifi and logged into expedia and booked the standard room.. Basically called her bluff and showed her I had booked it.. She then gave me a really hard time about the booking conf# and wanting to see my name on the reservation, which required fully logging into exp. website. NO Other hotel my entire trip needed to see that, they only need your passport ever. Seemed like she was just mad that I had caught her in a lie.. they made us wait until 2pm to check in, it was 1 pm, I went back and spoke with another girl at 130 who gave us the key.. Pillows are hard as rocks. Got sick that night from some other restaurant so booked another night. Got a call at 11am check out time telling us we had to move because someone else had requested our room, (what are we chop liver?) so they tell us last minute that we need to move rooms and housekeeping was there almost immediately while we were rushing to pack all our stuff!.. Overall service from hotel staff was not accommodating.

Not A Good Checkin Experience

We arrived after midnight. The room was so far away that it took at least 10 minutes up and down to walk through all corners of the U shape building. No tooth brushes and tooth paste was probided. The air conditioning emitted a burning smell after running for 15 minutes. We need to change room after all personal belongings were unpacked. English of front desk was poor , difficult to communicate. Breakfast was poor. Apart from all these, others were OK. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely place

We (me and my mum) only have one day left at this beautiful hotel.. We've enjoyed every minute of it. The pool is lovely, the staff are very sweet, the breakfast has a huge range of delicious food, and mini bar prices are actually really reasonable :).
The location is good as far as foods drink and convenience stores go, but it's a very expensive and extremely touristy area so be aware of that - it's definitely not where you would go to really immerse yourself in Thai culture.. Plus tuk tuks anywhere out of Karon/Kata is pricey too.. So because we are on a budget, we can't do a lot outside walking distance (although both Karon and Kata are 5 min walk so that's great!)
We are in room 4319, with a balcony overlooking the top pool, and great access to the breakfast area.

Lovely hotel in the nicest part of Phuket.

My 1 week stay at Diamond Cottage was a pleasant and I though wily enjoyed my time at this hotel .
When we arrived , we were upgraded from basic superior room to the deluxe oceanview room on the top floor of the newer wing.
For this we were greatly appreciative of the upgrade .
Staff were all lovely and the housekeeping staff should always be tipped ( 20-100 baht ) for there clean attention to detail and safe keeping of our personal belongings.
The walk to the rooms up the back are very lovely however it is quiet a walk up the hill which the bellboy/ buggy driver is more than happy to drive you if you to hot or tired for the challenge. Also bring on the top floor on the right side meant either take the lift and walk all the way around to the far side or climb 4 flights of stairs ( in the hot humid climate) so you will need a certain amount of physical fitness to do this multiple times per day .
The multiple pools are amazing but if you take a pool you, you may want to take it to your room as the other guests will help themselves to your belongings. Alternatively I will indeed book a pool access room to avoid extra climbing of stairs .
All in all , I will definitely stay again at Diamond cottage in the future

Spent two nights here. The hotel is nice. Good pool area. Breakfast was fine. There are restaurants and bars nearby and its a 5 minute walk to Karon beach. Room was fine although the roof fan rattled badly all night. Wouldnt be rushing back to the area but if I found myself here again I'd head for this hotel.

I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 child but upon arrival I was asked to pay extra 1000 bhat/night for additional bed. WiFi does not work in the room. Other than that hotel is good. Pool is nice & clean. We really loved the location. It's near Kata beach and lots of restaurants, bars & mini Matt's in close vicinity.

A great stay with lovely staff

My stay here was thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming making my stay even more pleasurable. My room at the rear building on level three overlooked the pool and was very nice, the bed whilst very firm was actually surprisingly easy to sleep upon. I ate at their restaurants on most days, eating the spicy Thai dishes, which were fantastic, as were the non-alcoholic cocktails.

On my last day I managed a visit to the resort's Cottara Spa, having the Aromatherapy Facial and Thai Massage as part of a package deal, it was fantastic, wished I'd gone more regularly.

Will stay here again when I next return to Phuket.

Awesome holiday, great location

Diamond cottage was such a great place to stay for a fun yet relaxing holiday. The street it is located on is full of great shops and restaurants, the perfect place to explore all day. The beach is also super close, but we loved to just hang around the pool. Patong is about a 20 minute taxi ride, which isn't too bad if you only want to go a couple of times. The rooms were nice enough. The staff there were beautiful, so friendly. If I were to return to Phuket I would stay at diamond cottage again.

Outstanding service!

Great hotel! Clean room and pool, great staff and service! I booked a non-refundable room and was a day late checking in due to my work. I emailed the hotel to let them know I would be late and then when I checked in I got a free room upgrade without asking! They moved me from a pool view room to a pool access room. Very clean room, good air conditioning, good bathroom, good water pressure, very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is inland and you can't see the beach but I picked it for the pools (there are 3) and was not disappointed. But if you don't mind taking a tuk tuk to get to the beach, I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride south of the big party area of Patong, but I knew that and wanted to stay down in Kata this time. The quality is 1-2 stars better than the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

Next time in the new section or a pool room

Its 3 star hotel in some parts and maybe a 4 star in other areas. The back part of the hotel is more recent and has improved facilities. The breakfast is excellent, the in room menu is quite good and the food we had from it was very good.

Great holiday. No complaints. The complainers who stayed here should pay more and go stay in a 5 star hotel somewhere else! The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained. The staff only too happy to help. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate!

Word of warning though. The electronic door key is magnetic... Learnt the hard way that it can also wipe the OS off a camera when both are in the same pocket. (Possibly do damage to credit card strips too).

Would definitely go back.

Beautiful property, worst service in all of Thailand

ATROCIOUS SERVICE. Here are specific screw ups so you can decide for yourself.

1. Staff has terrible English. This combined with the general Thai resistance to saying they do not understand or the answer is no leads to long 15 min conversations for basic things like needing more tea and cream (had to call 4 times to get this). Rooms are often not cleaned to basic standards (hand marks on balcony sliding doors). Staff often tells you certain things are not possible that contracted companies or other staff then figure out when you ask a second/third time--taxi prices, timings for onward travel from Phuket Bus terminal.
2. Housekeeping is extremely slow and acts without the basic politeness we expect in the US and without the renowed Thai smile (showered like crazy in Bangkok at cheaper hotels). Instead you often see sour faces. No effort to provide consistent service on hospitality services provided once.
3. They nickel and dime you for everything--water, internet etc. If they can make you pay twice for anything they will try.
4. There is covert racism (towards anyone not white) and sexism regardless of where you are from. Ex. top to bottom checking out by staff (I am a woman). Not being told about certain hotel events since they assume you cannot afford it even if you have the most expensive room.
5. Older rooms are horrible--but often given for the same price. All amenities in these rooms are old. Floors are no where comparable.

Great stay!

Would totally recommend this hotel. Position was great at end of Karon Beach, walking distance to some great restaurants, shops and markets. Much quieter than Patong Beach but this was perfect and only 15min in a \"tuk tuk\" when you felt like the hustle and bustle. Would totally recommend upgrading to Pool Access room, 2 steps straight off your own balcony into the pool, so great in the humid weather after a shopping session. Swim up to the pool bar and have a nice cocktail or beer! Buffet breakfast nice but not much variety. A steep walk up the hill to rooms but friendly staff always ready to give you a lift up on back of resorts buggies. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad Breakfast!

The hotel is located in a very busy and noisy area in Phuket. As soon as you exit, there are tonnes of taxi and tuk tuk drivers bothering you including the ones that work at the hotel...always asking \"where u go?\"

Breakfast was just horrible. The breakfast trays were always empty. I sat for 50mins waiting for them to refill the 4 empty trays and nothing. Other hotel guests were frustrated too. Don't serve breakfast if you don't have food. There was bread and fruits but they were always surrounded by bees and other insects.

If you are a breakfast person then find another place. It is NOT worthwhile.

The private pool access is not worth your money either because they turn off the pool lights at 8pm which means we didn't get to go for a night swim.

I recommend Alpina Hotel.

New Block is on top of a hill and getting to the room is very difficult.when club cars are full.

Diamond Cottage - between Kata and Karon beach

We stayed 10 days at Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa during our easter holiday, and loved it there. The staff at Diamond Cottage were very friendly (although some of them were not very fluent in English) and the hotel is well kept and clean. We were upgraded to a pool access room, where we could enter the pool via our balcony. Very nice :) The hotel is situated in Kata \"town\" but it is only a 5 min stroll to either Kata or Karon beach.We preferred Karon Beach, where you can find several beach bars and restaurants.

Not recommended

The worse part is the staff at the reception. Extremely aggressive and unfriendly. Their English is very poor and their attitude unprofessional.
Older rooms are moldy, newer ones near pool are noisy.
Location is far from beach access and no transport is provided by the hotel.
Hotel built on steep hill very uncomfortable to have to walk up to the room specially for families with kids.
Internet is not free.
For the cost of this hotel you can find much much better quality and friendly service for which Thai are renowned for.
For the cost of this hotel in Phuket and Thailand can offer much much better quality and service.

Good hotel with great swimming

Good hotel with great swimming pools. Ideal for family. Room is big. Breakfast charge for children at 200bht is too high. Disappointed with the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk has a glum face from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. This is surprising when all the other service staff from waiters to chambermaids are friendly and accomodating. The hotel should seriously have a more warm and friendly person at the front desk. The spa in the hotel was good and the low peak discount of 40% was incentive to try it out.

If it is not for the pricing of $47-00 a night from the original price $320-00 and the reviews of the previous hotel guests, we would not stay at the hotel. Yes, the room given to us was spacious but the room was run-down. The toilet has stains and rust here and there and the room smell mushy. The carpet was dirty My son was sneezing away as he has sensitive nose. When we have breakfast the next morning, we noticed that there were rooms at another wing which looked so new and nicer. Breakfast has a good mix of food. Hotel was too far way from Potong shopping and the airport. I doubt that I will stay at Diamond Cottage Resort again.

Good location with very friendly

Good location with very friendly and helpful staff - the bell boy called us 10 minutes before check-out time to collect our bags. Apart from the smelly carpet where you put your luggage, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Not much English books in the library though.

Our stay at this hotel was really great. We would warmly recommend it and we will absolutely come back.

The pool was very nice, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional.

Our room was located up a steep hill, but the hotel provides convenient electric shuttle carts that can take you to and from the building at any time. They were always available and made getting down and up to the hotel lobby very easy and comfortable for us.

Ein super Hotel, saubere schöne Zimmer, tolle Mitarbeiter und bester Service.
Einziger Wunsch: Im März war das Frühstück in der Nähe des oberen Pool, im November leider im unteren Restaurant, direkt an der Straße 🙈. Bitte führt das Frühstück auch in der Nebenzeit, oben im im Restaurant durch. Ansonsten alles super gut 👌.

I had a room with a garden view…the view was blocked with a tree so I would not get sunlight, best to get a pool view. The doors are not sealed so there is a gap and bugs do come in, bring mosquito repellent as I had them in my room. Not soundproof either, I could hear the staff swipe the broom at 7 am. Reception staff is nice. Breakfast also and does change everyday. Few minutes from the bus stop (to the airport and Phuket town) and the beach.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement général, tant au niveau des chambres qu'autour de la piscine.
Le sol plastique de la première piscine est impraticable pieds nus car brulant.
Les matelas dans la chambre sont vraiment trop durs.
Le thé au miel en guise de bienvenu est très bon. Le personnel est souriant et disponible.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war super freundlich und bot sogar einen Shuttle-Service zum oberen Hotelgebäude an. Die Hotelanlage befindet sich auf einem Berg, sodass es zu Fuß etwas beschwerlich sein kann. Das Frühstück war beeindruckend – riesige Auswahl und jeden Tag etwas Neues. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: Kata Beach und Karon Beach sind in direkter Nähe fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie viele kleine Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit viel Stauraum, und der Pool war groß und sehr sauber. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber alles sauber gehalten. Das Personal war super freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es ein Buffet mit genug Auswahl und guter Qualität.
Die Lage war gut zentral zwischen beiden Stränden. Es gab viele kleine shops und Bars. Aber die Lautstärke am Abend war dann doch beträchtlich.

Nous avons apprecier la propreté de la chambre et la gentilesse du personnel. Seul bémol ils sont avard en papier wc. On a du en reclammer plusieurs fois. L'emplacement est ideale entre plage de karon et kata a pied en 5 minutes. Proche de plusieurs boutiques et restaurants. Ainsi que de la street food pas loins. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Sawadee ka les amis.

Poolbaren var ikke åbnet under vores ophold, så vi skulle gå til en anden pool hvor baren var åben for at få en drink. Meget stejlt op til vores værelser, men det fungerede perfekt med at blive transporteret frem og tilbage med golf vognene, rigtig god service.

良いホテル

年末年始に宿泊しました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気持ちが良かったです。周囲にレストランが沢山あるが部屋は静かで清潔でした。ツアーデスクがフロントロビーにあり、バイクレンタルも出来たのが便利でした。機会があればまた宿泊したいです。ただWi-Fiが非常に不安定なのが残念でした。

Прекрасный отель!

Отдыхали в июле 2018 . Ухоженный , зеленый , тихий отель. Жили на вилле. Виллы находятся между корпусами , среди зелени. Сквозного прохода через виллы нет, так что там тихо и спокойно .
Плюсы :
1. Отдыхали в невысокий сезон - на территории отеля и около бассейна почти никого никогда не было !
2. Номер просторный . Есть балкон с видом на сад . Уборка каждый день . Бесплатно две бутылки воды (0,5 л) в день и растворимый чай ( кофе) .
3. Завтраки хорошие. Без изысков , но вполне приличные . Места есть в любое время с 6.30 до 10.30
4. Бассейны чистые и красивые. В номере есть пляжные полотенца.
5. Удобное расположение между пляжами Ката и Карон . До Карон бич чуть ближе . Идти меньше 10 минут .
6. Рядом очень много ресторанчиков разной ценовой категории .
7. Персонал приветливый .
8. В номере есть даа зонта на случай дождя )

Минусы : Мы их не искали , так что их почти нет)

第一天找的过渡酒店，整体普通，酒店客服还不错。房间的空调声音非常大，有点影响睡眠。优点是门口饭馆很好吃，便利店也在门口。

Bra läge med närhet till strand och gott om restauranger. Kuperat hotell område. Bra hotellrum men viss mögeldoft och lite dålig städat. Vid ankomst hittade vi hårstrån både i kylskåp och badrum. Hotellet utlovade på hemsidan att nyårsmiddag skulle ingå men det ville de inte alls kännas vid. Det var en av anledningarna varför vi bokade så det var en besvikelse som de inte alls ville hjälpa oss med. Dålig service från receptionspersonal men övrig personal tillmötesgående. Hotellets restauranger inget vidare. Vi fick vid ett par tillfällen in mat som inte var färdiglagad.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and high on comfort. Large balcony with a fantastic view. Pool area were just perfect for both children and grownups.

酒店依山而建，太多斜坡太多梯級，出入不便，酒店房內之露台玻璃門，遇風便發出聲響，晚上從無間斷，影響睡眠！同區其他酒店設施如桑拿及蒸氣浴，酒店住客可免費享用，而本酒店則要付費！下次不會再入住！

Hôtel situé sur karon
Nous avions une Chambre avec accès piscine ce qui est plutôt agréable
L'accès au pdj difficile AVEC une poussette le pdj en lui même à revoir
Le personnel devrait apprendre à communiquer entre eux et la \"responsable \" vraiment pas pro quand la veille on vous laisse faire un Check out tardif et que le jour J on vous donne 20min pour vous en allez AVEC un bébé de 9mois !!!!
Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel
