The view from the hotel is amazing, amenities are very good too. Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good. Dinner was ok, we did have better and cheaper food in Trento.

The property was amazing, we booked 2 day but had to come down after the first due to my son getting altitude sickness, the staff were amazing, even calling a doctor for me to help with me son , food was good and the bar tender was amazing, even showed him a drinks from the internet and even though he had never heard of it, he made it for my wife.
It is on a mountain so if you need any groceries or favorite bottle of drink, get it before you go up the mountain, remember most grocery stores are closed on Sunday.
I would stay there again, many activities for the kids but make sure you have altitude sickness meds before you go up, especially if you have kids

This hotel could easily reach a 5 star rating. The views are amazing and majority of the staff provide great customer service with an amazing lady on reception, barman and the one serving coffees was also a welcomed sight in the morning. The hotel itself is near a lift with great access to the snow and the hotel has a spa, ski equipment room, games room and parking. Together with dining this was all the reasons for booking this hotel. The downside to the hotel is a lack of flexibility by certain staff members, some of the basics in the room, the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant appears to lack an understanding of the customer or leader that is able to deliver a product and experience. This is a great pity as the setting is fantastic but food, choice and organisation needs a lot of attention. They have the staff but not the leadership required to set standards and the service. Note that if you don’t get a booking they often won’t accept you in the restaurant this is not down to being full it’s more related to how things are organised and the lack of flexibility. Please also note that the hotel is promoting sustainability which I fully support however using this as an excuse for not providing glasses in rooms and decent shampoo, conditioner and soap is acceptable and a basic need. We stayed 7 days and asked about obtaining these products and was told to buy them from the supermarket in Trento by reception. The paper cups fell apart after 3 days and not replaced!!

We just stayed 1 night, but got to see the Mountain Views at sunset and sunrise. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome, but the sauna wasn't open in the morning (plan ahead if want spa services).
High on the mountain, so taking meals at the property is the only option.

Amazing views, clean hotel and nice helpful staff. Restaurant food is terrible, what they call ala carte is not at all ala carte, mass produced, bad quality, simply terrible. If you do not have an auto to travel around to find decent food I would not recommend staying at this location.

The room decor was lovely and relaxing, balcony with view of the mountain was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very good for vegan and allergen diets, great breakfast options and meals for dinner were good. Area around the hotel grounds was very pretty, good for wildlife and landscaping was lovely as lots of flowers in the unmown verges. Pool/sauna/steam room very nice and relaxing, lots of space to relax around the pool with sun loungers. Great access to walking routes and Trentino Guest Card was amazing for travelling on local public transport and access to attractions nearby. The only difficulty is finding food for lunches when you are not going into town before a day out/don’t have access to a car - the hotel would benefit from having a snack bar/small shop/take away foods for lunch as quite far away from local shops. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back one day!

My daughter, aunt and I had a wonderful ski stay at this resort hotel. Breakfast each morning was plentiful. The evening restaurant food was very good however a little on the fancy side for my daughter. As the holiday was ending we noticed an adult male with Frites (chips). We asked about this and they said it was from the children's menu. The children's menu was very good.

There weren't really any other restaurants within walking distance and the ski bus stopped at 1724 so you couldn't even have a meal at the top of the hill. I love pizza and pasta in Italy but this wasn't the place to get it.

The bedrooms were basic but clean with nice balconies. The only issue with the rooms was the beds are narrow singles joined together to make doubles.

The spa area is idyllic! We had lovely massages, and morning swims. The little outside pool is a jacuzzi, we were in it in the sunshine and the snow.

All in all, I would rate this hotel as higher than than the 3.5 stars it gets. The facilities as amazing and I would love to go back during the summer and experience a different type of holiday.

Amazing mountain hotel

The hotel is in a beautiful area and the view over the valley and the town of Trento was spectacular! The staff were wonderful, the pool was nice but we did not have time to do any spa services. The hotel dining room staff are just superb-service, food, accommodation for my Celiac and my daughter’s and she cannot have dairy either and they had amazing gluten free bread and pastry for breakfast. I would have loved to have stayed for a few days and plan on coming back some day.

QUIET, peaceful but isolated with no luxuries.

This hotel was set in a vineyard (of sorts) but only offered one type of white or one type of red wine. No beer, water or any other drinks. No food available. TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. It is in an isolated location and a 10 minute drive from the nearest town. Very quiet and peaceful. It was very quiet and rooms were not bad although a little depressing (we were in a back room with no light as the outside shutters were closed. The staff were pleasant but not a place for us.

Cons:difficult to communicate in English,kids entertainment only in Italian,the pool opens from 3:30pm till 8pm saunas from 2pm till 8pm,need to wear swimming cups (2.50€),small pool get cramped after 4pm,the climbing wall isn't for use they don't have equipment,breakfast boring,no a la cart restaurant,restaurant opens only for breakfast lunch and dinner if you hungry in between you stuck!not a great location nothing near by

Obviously a very nice ski lodge. Lots of building work going on during our visit, although didn't really impact us. Despite the beautiful view out front, our family room overlooked a messy carpark & kitchens. Room was nice though. Swimming pool & sauna were fabulous but close at 8pm. Would stay again.

Shortly after booking the room I realised that check in closes at 08:00PM. This was going to be a problem for us as we would not be able to be there before 10:00PM. We notified the hotel and they were kind enough to wait for our arrival at 10:00PM.
The room was spotless, the hotel clean, the view great and breakfast was good. Overall and great experience!

Nice view but too hard to find

The first surprise was that it took 10 minutes up a mountain to get to.
The second surprise was it looked like it was closed up with construction going on the site. Once we found the reception, the room was okay. The hotel was deserted and must only be a winter resort. Food was pricey for the area. View from the room was beautiful.

Sorry that we could only stay for one night.

On our arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and told about the many facilities at the hotel. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful lounge area. As well as a sauna, It also boasts a tennis court, pool and ping pong tables. They are at the time of writing this building an extension which will have more facilities. Although building work was going on, we were put in a lovely room and not disturbed by it at all. The view from the room was sensational.

Perched high above Trento, the hotel Monte Bordone offers a very good service at a low price. Our room was sparten and could have done with a little tlc, but the hotel is currently being upgraded. Restuarant with excellent dinner and friendly (but busy) staff with extensive local knowledge of that Dolomite.

In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited.
Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told \"if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay\". After arguing 20 minut

Ottima colazione (chicca: c'è anche il prosecco a colazione!). Buono il ristorante alla sera.
Acqua della piscina ad una buona temperatura. Sezione della piscina esterna piacevole ma con temperatura acqua leggermente inferiore.
Parcheggio coperto. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutte le auto se l'hotel tende ad essere pieno.

Hotellet har den smukkeste udsigt, men ligger langt fra alt andet. Restauranten var ikke særlig god, der var støjende og morgenmaden især var kaotisk og tomt! Der var presset for mange mennesker ind til en for lille buffet. Poolen er til et spa område, så der skal man være stille, ikke særlig familievenligt. Alt koster ekstra, det synes jeg er ærgerligt når man booker sig ind på et nogenlunde lækkert hotel.

Excellent hôtel! Staff super efficace et souriant. Quelle vue exceptionnelle. Menu du jour avec peu d’option mais tout ce qu’on a mangé était excellent!!! Seul bémol, pas d’air climatisé contrairement à ce qui était inscrit sur expédia. Heureusement, nous avions un balcon avec deux grandes portes fenêtres que nous avons laissé ouvertes tout la nuit pour dormir au frais de l’air de la montagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est assuré de faire corrigé la fausse information directement sur les sites de réservation.

Hotellet ligger med underbar utsikt ner över Trento och bort mot Canazei. Trevlig lobby och bar, vi provade inte restaurangen utan åt lunch/sen middag i Vason som låg längs med vår vandringsled. Har man elbil så tänk på att laddaren som finns angiven på specifikation är 1-fas laddare. Pool området var trevligt med både relax delar inomhus och utomhus

Soggiorno magnifico. SPA molto fornita, piscine coperta e scoperta, campo da tennis, campo da calcio, sala giochi, parete da arrampicata per esperti, miniclub, bar terrazza panoramica con vista incantevole, ristorante di ottima qualità e a prezzo adeguato, colazione molto varia e abbondante, personale gentilissimo e accogliente.

Camera confortevole e pulita, colazione super, piscina e spa belle. Ampia scelta menu ristorante, ma piatti non molto curati (un paio di volte la pasta ed il secondo erano appena tiepidi). Ricarica auto elettrica eccessivamente costosa: 15€ per 8 ore a 2,5kw… fanno 0,75€/kwh se non erro!

This is our second time staying at Hotel Monte Bondone with our little baby, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is full of services, including a pool, spa, game room, gym, and more. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious, with excellent service. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a rich variety of options.

The staff is incredibly kind and always available to assist, and the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and it’s only a 15-20 minute drive to the city of Trento.

We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale.
Ottimo il garage gratuito.
Bellissimo il centro benessere con la piscina metà al chiuso e metà all aperto.
Camera spaziosa e pulita.
Colazione e cena ottima, molto assortimento e prodotti di qualità.
Peccato solo per il contesto intorno, deserto, con hotel e negozi chiusi da anni o stagionali,

Hôtel de montagne très sympathique, avec un spa, très bien équipé. Parfait pour les fins de journée de randonnée.
Le restaurant change de menu tous les soirs, c’est tout à fait comestible.
Les chambres ont une très belle vue

Ormai la nostra tappa fissa. 1-2 volte l’anno ci ritorniamo sempre, e non ce ne pentiamo mai. Cordiale il personale , pulizia , disponibilità , e sorriso stampato sulla faccia di ogni dipendente. Ideale per qualche giorno di relax in un hotel immerso nella natura !

Ottimo hotel, camere grandi e molto curate, spazi comuni ben organizzati.
Suggerirei dotazione di acqua in camera e un bollitore per aggiungere momenti di relax in autonomia.

Heel mooie omgeving in de bergen, heel rustig. Mooie natuur, leuk zwembad binnen, mooi uitzicht op de bergen vanuit het zwembad buiten.
Ruime, propere kamers.
Tennisplein en rackets zijn gratis te huren.
