Arrived 10.30 pm, a couple of issues I communicated to the staff after check out: 1. TV was not working, probably a cable problem 2. one coat hanger was not fixed properly. Plus, shower towel is very small

This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme.

Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable

Nice hotel for short stay

Overall nice stay in spacious jr. Suite. Nice staff, clean and modern. Location not amazing as it's attached to a strip mall and faces a busy street They could also put Nespresso machines in the room with real mugs rather than a kettle and paper cups. It was fine for a short stay.

The staff, room, bar, and parking were fantastic. But I am getting upset that properties advertise amenities that aren’t open or are permanently close. Like indoor pool and spa. Or restaurant. I make my choices based on amenities. Come on…. Update your pages.

Excellent hotel near Trento

Great little hotel! We only needed a stopover, so didn't have time to check out the spa or the restaurant (which both looked good!), but this hotel was ideal for our needs. Easy to find, safe & secure parking, free wifi, good breakfast, and really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We'll be back!

The staff is pleasant and friendly. The room is nice, especially the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, coffee not so much. The hotel is far from the city center but easy to reach by car, with convenient parking.

Did not meet expectations

Most of the hotel is nice. But I got the room in the 1st floor which was really not up to my expectations. There was humidity: some water leaking from the shower into the room. The staff was also not very helpful. In fact one of them was even rude hanging up on me when I mentioned the Internet was not working in my room. The only way to use Internet through Wi-Fi signal was at the reception.

Don't go by the cover

Hotel Adige did not look promising as we drove in after crossing over form Switzerland. The exterior is less then eye pleasing, to say euphemistically. However inside there was a wonderful host (I'm sorry sir, forgot your name), ready to answer any questions and recommend local, very authentic osterias. The rooms were very comfortable and had a back view of the alps.

Bon hôtel de passage

Se trouvant sur la route en direction de l'Autriche, l'hôtel offre une bonne option poir la nuit.

Facilement accessible, le check-in est expédié rapidement par un personnel sympathique.

La chambre offre un bon espace pour l'utilisation de nos 2 valises et présentait tout le confort nécessaire. Elle bénéficiant également d'un accès vers l'extérieur mais attention, à notre étage, toutes les terrasses sont connectées. On a néanmoins pu profiter de la vue sur les montagnes au matin.

Pour le petit-déjeuner, rien de vraiment exceptionnel, on a pu faire avec le minimum vital. On a bien constaté que l'on est arrivé après les groupes et ce qu'ils ont bien voulu laisser.

Rivedibile la scelta del vetro opaco esattamente di fronte al wc. Colazione con scelte limitate (ore 9:45 i prodotti esauriti non venivano rimpiazzati).
Sarebbe opportuno fornire direttamente 2 chiavi della stanza.
Molto disponibile e accogliente il personale della reception, molto meno quello della colazione.
Ottima pulizia e cura nel dettaglio della stanza.

Bra stopp strax utanför Trento men med lätthet att ta sig dit, i lugn miljö med vinodling på andra sidan vägen och vackra berg som utsikt från hotellentren/terassen.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flugplatz. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Fußweg zwischen dem Hotel und dem Flugplatz. Der Weg der außen herum führt dauert zu Fuß ca. 60 Minuten.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più la pulizia è un pò scadente nella stanza che ci hanno dato abbiamo trovato la carta di un preservativo usato appena vicino al letto, la sera ci avevano detto che il ristorante era aperto finio alle 22:00 quando siamo scesi ci hanno comunicato che lo chef ha avuto un problema ed ha chiuso la cucina alle 21:00 non anno neanche avvisato per informarci cosi in 2 piedi dovevano cercare dove cenare fuori abbastanza scomodo , siamo andati in spa ed avevo finito gli accappatoi e ci hanno dato dei teli non abbastanza grandi le stanza sono troppe comunicati si sente tutto dalle altre stanze solo la spa e la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più e la colazione che abbastanza assortita purtroppo non ci siamo trovati tanto bene potrebbe fare di più .

Super beliggenheden var helt i top, men desværre var det meget larm på værelset, skyldes aircondition og udsugning på værelset. Gjorde at nattesøvnen blev meget forstyrret.

Sono arrivato in tarda serata. L'Hotel è in una struttura commerciale, insolito. Dopo un primo smarrimento iniziale dovuta a questa situazione non comune, la struttura è bella pulita.
Accoglienza del portiere di notte super cordiale. Ci viene fornito senza esitazioni un caricabatteria per il telefono.

Colazione ottima.

Al check out piccola incomprensione sul.costo della colazione.
Sono pochi euro, non è un problema, dico che non fa nulla, non cerco neanche di discutere. Ma la persona al check out non ascolta e storna senza problemi il costo.

Dormo fuori casa circa 200 notti l'anno. Raramente ho avuto una sensazione così positiva, dal check in al check out.

Kudos. Tornerò.

Se potete evitate

Si atteggiano a super hotel, in realtà se prenoti con un “ente esterno” il trattamento è diverso, stanze distanti dalla hall, colazione sotto tono, e dulci in fundo, mi hanno chiesto 15 euro per poter accedere alla piscina. Quando il mio bagno aveva letteralmente le croste sul soffitto che cadevano; per lavoro ne vedo tantissimi di hotel, ma questo, di sicuro, non mi vedrá mai più.

I stayed with my partner and our dog at the Best Western Hotel Adige one night (between Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th September). Unfortunately we had an unpleasant moment with the lady at the reception at h22:45.

After our night walk with the dog, we come in the lobby and ask for a drinnk, as the bar is located next to the reception. The lady in charge – who was alone and with no other guests around – ask us to wait for 15 min, i.e. till h23:00. We sit on one of the couches and wait patiently. At h22:53 a guest enters the lobby and asks for her three glasses of champagne. Dutifully, the lady at the counter serves that guest. When I ask for explanations why that guest is served but we are not, the receptionist/bar tender tells us that that lady was \"kindly\" (\"gentilmente\") waiting for 20 min. I replied that while \"we are all kind people\", if she can serve that lady she can also serve us. Once I said that this would certainly go into my review, then (!) she served us too and said that our drinks are on the house.

I am thankful for the drinks, but that behaviour is unacceptable with paying customers: that misbehaviours should not be \"bought\" with a drink, but with a sincere and full apology.

While we drink in the lobby, we see that at h23:00 a colleague of the lady takes her place. We thus realise that the lady simply wanted to finish her shift without bodering to register another transaction (ours!) on the register. Basically her laziness came before customers. Chapeau!

Séjour très agréable, Trento est un bijou à visite

Très agréable séjour.
Le personnel est attentionné, notamment une personne parlant français, qui m a conseillé pour visiter la ville de Trento à min arrivée.
Les plats concoctés par le restaurant sur place sont un régal pour les yeux et les papilles.
Le petit déjeuner buffet propose tout ce qui nous fait envie aussi bien en sucré que salé.
La partie piscine, spa … au sous sol, est parfaite pour se relaxer. Tout est prévu pour se sentir bien.
Seul bémol, le tarif de 15€ à la journée n est pas adapté pour les personnes qui travaillent toute la journée et qui elles aussi ont besoin de se relaxer en rentrant à l hôtel à la fin de leur journée !

Struttura a due passi dall'autostrada, molto pratica.
Personale attento e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste
Belle camere, recenti e ben organizzate, pulite e in ottime condizioni, con pure bollitore in camera. Forse l'unica pecca è che non sono perfettamente insonorizzate, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo.

Siamo in Italia è questo lo dobbiamo sapere ma il fatto di regalare stelle a strutture che non rispecchiano in nessun modo il valore che gli si vuol attribuire è un modus operandi a cui non mi abituerò mai! Diciamo che questa è una struttura che a malapena meriterebbe un 3 stelle e non di certo 4
La camera fronte strada si trova proprio di fronte allo scarico merci del locale supermercato che alle 7:00 del mattino con i suoi camion ti da la sveglia e ricorda che è meglio andar via …. infatti prenotato per 4 notti al mattino seguente abbiamo annullato le altre notti
La colazione ed il servizio di pulizia camera veloce ed efficiente (l’unico aspetto che meritava magari le 4 stelle)

Posizione pratica, facile da raggiungere in auto e vicino alla metro. Personale discreto e disponibile. La struttura è stata aggiornata con interventi economici, camera double delux comoda, ampia forse un po’ basic nelle dotazioni, bene per la pulizia.

Nel complesso, tutto bene. Benissimo l'accoglienza, hotel con ristorante, spa, fitness area e piscina, prezzo molto conveniente, camera comoda ma con tv mal sintonizzata e wifi ballerina. Parcheggio non particolarmente agevole.
