One of the best hotels i have ever stayed.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks.
Very friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts.
Highly recommended.
I will be back in near future.

Such lost potential

This place has potential but it needs refurbishment to improve its facilities. The toilet is in the shower. Shower water fills the bathroom floor, as there is no cubical.

There is no hair dryer, and no air condition in the bedroom. There was one air condition in the adjacent living room. The matress was hard and old.

No selection for breakfast, take it or leave it.
Restaurant menu selection is very poor.

There is one shuttle bus to go to the beach and back.

Bar is there but practically non existant.

Tv reception was very poor due to issues with internet.

When we stayed, there were 2 groups of small children using the pool facilities. We had to opt to go else were.

Nice large swimming pool of interesting design. Large modern rooms with large beds. Balcony in my case looking onto forest. Attractive marble hotel entrance. Nearby is an ancient cliff side monastery. Nice beach with a few bars and a hot sulphur water spring at the top of the beach that people bath in. Lifeguards on beach early June and hotel pool clean and full of water. . Many beach restaurants great low expense quantity food

The room was huge, like a suite/apartment, staff friendly & pool lovely when it was quiet but, bus loads of kids arrived most days & used it as a mujicipal pool :((; good 40 minute walk from Golden Sands and fairly remote location without a car.

Lovely hotel.

A lovely hotel with limited facilities due to covid. Also limited Staff who were more than accomodating and very friendly. Gave us a room on the top floor with a large balcony and a sea view. Let us have a late checkout so we could spend the morning on the beach and use the room for showers before we headed home. Lovely stay.

Great service and restaurant.

The restaurant is great. The breakfasts are OK, but their menu for the other meals is really good. Prices for food are also great. The service was wonderful. I hate to even say negative things because they people were so good, but the room really had serious need for renovation. The location is pretty far from local things, but their shuttle service to the beach was helpful. There is NO ATM anywhere remotely near this entire area, so be prepared. The Wifi in our room was hit or miss, but frequently, miss.

Beautiful, clean and tidy hotel.
We ordered 2 rooms and received 2 luxurious suites and free parking at the entrance to the lobby at the same price.
The truth is, we were pleasantly surprised and we recommend that everyone book the hotel on their next vacation in Bulgaria.

Great place to explore Bulgaria from

If you want a loud and noisy 18/30 type hotel then this is not for you!
If you are looking for a nice clean hotel with good facilities as a base to explore Bulgaria then this is for you. As it's about 4km from the nearest beach a car is invaluable although the hotel run a shuttle service to Golden Sands daily.
Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful, the room was kept clean, the food was very tasty and good value, will definately be going back!

The apartment was big but the entire hotel was poorly maintained. The elevator did not work on the second floor. The furniture was outdated. The bed was making noises and was very uncomfortable, with dirty sheets. The check-in process was super slow at midnight. Most of the staff did not speak English. The restaurant staff was rude; they refused to bring some clean glasses to the room, telling me to go downstairs and get the glasses myself. There were no toiletries in the apartment. There was no view, and the windows were overlooking some weird gazebo in the courtyard. Access to the hotel was really difficult, with unmarked streets and safari-like potholes; barely made it to the hotel. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. All vegetables were wilted; omelet was old, potatoes were old and hard, croissants were hard, coffee was undrinkable, cold cuts were old and dry. The wifi only worked in the bathroom. I could go on for days, but Id like to summer it up by saying: stay away from this hotel

Nice hotel away from resort area

If you like a place that is away from the main resort, this is the place for you. The hotel is situated next to a woodland which is very close to the Zlatni pyasatsi Natural Park, though it is not possible to walk through the woodland to it from here. It is also within easy reach of the Golden Sands resort if you like that kind of thing and has a swimming pool in the peak season if you like that kind of thing. The staff were friendly and helpful and all times and made my stay a pleasurable experience. The food in the restaurant was very good and the area was peaceful.

Newer come back

We spend two weeks,well..only towels changed dayly but they smells, pillows as well as bed.Floor newer been cleaning, dust and sand from beach stayed through all stay.when we finally took being off we been told off by management. There was no water for 24 hours...what can I say more when outside is 35.Food flat and average, coffee only instant,otherwise you have to pay extra.Most of the time staff didn't knock the door,just entered to the room,no privacy at all.Jim and rest are not Free, all extra.But the best was when we find out that we can't use swimming pool because management decided to organised wedding not considered anybody else,music all night,and condoms in swimming pool next morning.

Bellevue- a special place in Golden Sands

It was a really amazing holiday! Everyting was great, the hotel looks very nice, it's very clean and the rooms are so big. The view on the big terrace is purely breathtaking.For a family with kids who travel by car it is the perfect place to spent the holiday. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good at a very good price.

Brilliant Hotel, lovely pool!

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in the first week in September and it was excellent value for money.
All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, while at the same time respecting my privacy.
The Reception staff in particular were a big help to me as I had some complicated taxi trips to organize, and they also managed to arrange a late check-out for me even though I had not originally booked it.

The pool was wonderful and the setting around the pool really lovely - eating breakfast in such pretty surroundings was a joy.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel far from everything

Nice place, but far from everything. No internet in the rooms and there is nothing that separates the shower from the bathroom on the floor, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower.

Nice place with a few problems

The hotel is very nice and modern, but they are very far from everything. Also they do not offer wifi in the rooms and the kitchen staff was very rude and would not even let me take a menu to my room even though I ordered room service each day. They also would not let me fill up my glass with water at 10:01 at the breakfast buffet that ends at 10. The women at the reception were very friendly though.

Perfect gateaway

It was a nice family vacation. We were in on of the luxury apts and it was very nice. The breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the pool also. The only problem with the room was that the water was not running in the bathtub; however, the other shower was working. I would recommend this place no matter what.

we had a nice appartment 4th floor, big balcony,but veri small bathroom, not enough light .
unpleasent to serve breakfast on the table directly without tablecloths.

Bit far out of resort but a little gem.

This hotel is situated outside of Golden Sands. It takes about 25 minutes to hike down into town, and is quiet steep in places coming back up. The hotel itself is very clean well kept and has really friendly and proffesional staff. My room was enormous and kept clean. Pool was great. If you want a quiet place to stay and undwind this is the place as there is nowhere in easy walking distance to go out to. The reception organised taxis into to town which cost 5lev and after 7pm 10lev. The fares varied on the way back if you pick a taxi up in town. There is a sauna but it is no where near hot enough.
To sum up this a great hotel, but its too far out of town.

It is very far to city and golden sand.Specially It is placement not goldensand.

Transportation from hotel to city is very difficult and expencive with taxi. It is wery far from city and golden sand but this is not hotel failing, this is your failing, because of you say us 'this hotel in golden sand'. This hotel was completely empty during our accommodation interval. Consequently our breakfast was not well.

Fint Hotel udenfor Varna.

Et fint og rent hotel med en skøn pool.
Fin morgenmad og dejligt med engelsk talende personale - som jo kan være en udfordring i Bulgarien… men ikke på dette fine hotel.
Vi rejste 3 og fik en fin dobbelt suite med fin balcon.
Vil klart anbefale hotellet.

Unglaublich höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel hat einen Renovierungsstau.
Ist aber bei den Preis fürs Zimmer incl. Frühstück für 15 Euro nicht anders möglich.
Wir waren froh, überhaupt ein Hotel um diese Zeit bekommen zu haben. Die reine Kathastrophe ist allerdings der Goldstrand und die die Zufahrt zum Hotel.
Weiterhin würde ich euch empfehlen, das Parkhotel Persey Varna aus den Angeboten zu streichen. Dreck, Schimmel, kaputte Anlage und unverschämter Preis.

Pas l'enfer... mais pas loin

Piscine vide dans un sale état. Chambres faites selon le bon vouloir de la femme de ménage. Salle de bains jamais nettoyée en 7 jours. Petit déjeuner plus que minimaliste. Le patron ne sait pas dire bonjour. Pas de serviettes de bain propres, on doit les réclamer en rentrant le soir.

Oppholdet var egentlig svært bra. Det eg reagerer på, er at vi hadde bestilt rom for 4 personer i 3 uker. Og hotellet kommer med 2 ekstra/klapp senger. Som er svært ubehagelig å ligge på. Det syntes eg er helt upassende.

Personal war sehr freundlich, Hotel sauber aber nicht mehr das jüngste .Für Party Gänger nicht geeignet, eher für Familien die es ein bischen ruhiger haben möchten. Mann muss auch Lauffreudig sein.

Hôtel bien que vieillot, très agréable. Bonne ambiance. Calme; Accueil sympathique. Belle espace piscine même pour les enfants. Salle de fitness. Restaurant sur place. véhicule nécessaire. Salle de bains pas terrible et connection internet nulle. Nous devions y passer 4 nuits mais sommes restés 6 nuits!

Das Hotel ist im Ganzen nicht schlecht. Die Rezeption ist immer erreichbar und spricht englisch! Allerdings hat mir die zimmersauberkeit nicht zugesagt, muffige Luft und der Boden irgendwie zwischen in Ordnung und geht von der Sauberkeit her. Die riesige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer hat das aber wieder vergessen gemacht!

Die Bedingung sehr nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings wenig englisch Kenntnisse...

Hotel in Strandnähe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, der Strand ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel macht jedoch sowie die Zimmer vereinzelt einen baufälligen Eindruck. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Reinigungspersonal dagegen macht den Eindruck, dass es nicht putzen will (Zimmer wurden nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt, nur grob bzw. gar nicht. Kommunikation schwierig, da die meisten Reinigungskräfte nur bulgarisch sprachen). Die Freizeitangebote wie bspw. Sauna oder Solarium sehen einladend aus. Insgesamt fällt das Freizeitangebote sehr mau aus. Der Pool draußen ist sauber, wird jeden Tag gereinigt.
Das Frühstück ist ok, nach 3 Tagen jedoch fade, da es jeden Tag das gleiche gibt.

Mahtava hotelli uima-altaan kera

Hotelli on sijainniltaan noin 2 km kultahietikolta. Erittäin rauhaisa sijainti. Auton sai helposti pysäköityä hotellin pihalle. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi ja jääkaappi, hyvä parisänky, sohvatuolit, huoneen koko oli kuin palatsiin olisi tullut ja todella suuri parveke. Ainoat miinukset oli että wifi ei toiminut huoneessa ja 90's putkikuva tv. Uima-allasta oli mukava käyttää,koska se ei ollut ruuhkautunut. Aamiainen oli ok. Noin 5-7€ pääsee taxilla kultahietikolle.

Kaikinpuolin erittäin mahtava valinta vaikka hotelli maksaisi tuplat. Parisängyllä maksoi huone 24€.

fint hotel i skogen ikke golden sands

ca 2.5 km til nernsten strand 20min gange ca 3.5km til Golden sands ca 35 min gange og sentrum av golden sands ca 5km ,info det anbefales å bruke drosje til og fra hotelet for fartsgrensen på stede er 40 men de kjører 80 og det er nesten ikke fortau. store fine rom men husk når barn er 12 år i bulgaria så reines de som voksen ikke sånn som i norge 16 ring å spør hotellet om det er ok å ta barn over 12 pga det har litt med brannforeskriftene å gjøre rommene er store nok til 5 men kun 3 voksne hadde dette låge i sentrum av golden sands x x x x x glimrende for barne familier
