The room was spotless, my family felt very safe. The front office staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest mall. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool was being worked on and my granddaughters wanted to swim. Other than that, everything was well kept.

Nuestra breve estadía en el hotel, luego de cerrar un viaje muy intenso por Antioquia fue de lo mejor. Pudimos descansar, quedamos muy cerca del aeropuerto y fuimos atendidos de forma increíble. Todo el mundo fue muy amable y súper disponibles para ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes. El lugar está muy bonito, moderno, con habitaciones grandes y al lado de lugares donde se come muy rico y a buen precio.
Nos ayudaron a conseguir taxi de madrugada para ir hacia el aeropuerto y aprovecharon de gestionar nuestro desayuno antes de la hora oficial. Muy recomendado!

Secluded hotel near airport. Excellent service with helpful staff. Hotel security is excellent with guard at front gate. This was a last minute booking, so I excused the lack of a chair in the room, chain on curtain was off track, so unable to open or close, and shower did not drain properly. I will definitely return as hotel property and staff were helpful, professional, and attentive. Restaurant closes at 6pm, so late dinner is arranged with restaurant delivery service.

Hotel is new and clean, staff is really nice but this hotels is one of those that charge you for everything. Transportation from airport to hotel has an extra charge an late checkout (an extra hour) has a charge of more than the room price. It also bother me that there was not a trash can at the room. Breakfast was ok. In general I probably won’t stay again at this hotel, they are many other closer to the airport with probably more perks for the same price.

I could not work or surf the internet . If I could cancel I would definitely leave this below average hotel . A hotel without working proper fast internet service is not acceptable in 2018 . Now I understand why the cost here was so cheap and non- refundable
