BE MATE MEDELLÍN, located in Feeling building, consists of 36 spectacular apartments, some of them with a private terrace and incredible views of the city of eternal spring. All of them are fully equipped and have comfortable beds, a private bathroom, 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi in all the facilities.
The modern 26-storey building has its own car park and laundry service. Children policy: from 0 to 2 years old a supplement will be charged for a cot, if you do not use a cot it will be free.
From 3 onwards they will be given adult treatment, applying the extraguest supplement. The cost of the cot will be €10/night for the buildings in Cdmx and Medellín, and €15/night in Europe.
This supplement will be paid at reception.
With a stay at Seissta Medellin in Medellín (El Poblado), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of El Tesoro Shopping Park and Poblado Park. This apartment is 1.9 mi (3 km) from Lleras Park and 2.4 mi (3.9 km) from Medellín Clinic - El Poblado.

Our stay at Seissta was absolutely magnificent. The staff were the friendliest (especially Helene at reception), they couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in the Noir Aparment with balcony and it was stunning. So spacious and clean. Everything felt brand new and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Also need to mention the housekeeping team as they keep the place spotless and are also very friendly. 10/10 from us and we would definitely revisit.

Our stay at Seissta was way better than we expected. We actually left disappointed that we hadn’t booked more nights to stay. From the entire building’s vibe & decor, to the amazing service from beginning to end - I would highly recommend staying at Seissta to any and everyone! There is a washer and dryer delivery they work with but takes up to 48 hours to get your clean clothes again, and for me that is not realistic. Also if they would include breakfast in the stay I would have said it would be a 5/5. Besides that the superhost Dayana is a sweetheart and I would definitely stay there again and recommend a friend.

The location in Poblado is great with access to a local grocery store and lots of eateries but beware of the hills, lots of steep hills. It was a really nice hotel a couple of months ago water pipe from air conditioner flooded in the floor. I have the iPhone by in the floor charging it no longer works. I have a battery charger that got wet they offered no compensation would not change rooms and turn the air conditioner back on

Check in was super easy and smooth, cafe downstairs was awesome for a quick cafe pick me up after a long day of trave. Location was super convenient and the room was fantastic with an amazing veranda to enjoy a drink with a view. Only drawback were the pillows as they were large and the early morning gym noise from a class that was being held in the first floor gym. Considering everything, the place was an amazing value and I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Be Mate is always a vibe. Rooms are great and area is nice. One thing, try to get a room on higher floor. I was on the 3rd floor. You can hear the music coming from the gym and street is busy all night

I stayed at unit 304 and I really enjoyed it until the next morning. At 5am the next morning a loud techno music started playing sooo loud that woke me up. I was very confused specifically with the strict rules that the front desk management informed me and made me signs a form that prohibits partying and playing music prior check in.
It turn out the music was coming from the Gym that was right under my room. my bed was shaking from the base of the loud music…
I went to the front desk to ask if the can change me to another room away from the noise.
They told me.. they are aware of the noise and the cannot do anything about it. I asked politely if they can put me in a different room and they said they don’t have any room available away from the gym.they told me that they have another room in the same floor as my current room and the noise is worst. They proposed if I wanted to upgrade to a bigger room but with an extra charge of $100. I really was very disappointed and pissed about the situation. I really felt being screwed and the extra $100 for the upgrade sounded like it’s made on purpose. I really hope that everyone planning to stay at This property should be aware.

We stayed at the highest floor. It was a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was amazing, super clean, house keeping were super attentive. The view from the balcony was great. The only downside and it determined for me and my family not to stay here again was that such a beautiful building with no pool and the extra or hidden fees you are charged per person. We reserved a two bedroom. One room with a king size bed and the second room with two full size beds. We were 2 adults, 1 child and a newborn baby. We were charged $200,000 colombian pesos which is equivalent to about 50-60$ dollars per day for the child and the newborn baby. Aside from the reservation we needed to pay an extra $800 US dollars. So we were charged an excessive amount at the checkin aside from what we had already paid for the reservation. We fly into medellin very frecuently and we have never been charged these kind of additional fees. There are so many beautiful locations in the area i would reccomend going elsewhere if traveling with family.

The restaurant next door had a very good breakfast. There are many places across the street to eat lunch and dinner. The area is nice and I had no problem walking around.

This place is really nice and huge, HOWEVER their policy on guests is ZERO TOLERANCE unless you pay $120 per person per night (about 50% of the price!), even if it's only to come see the place and the view for 5 minutes. That ruined the entire experience for me. I booked for two people which meant that my friend and I each had our own Couch and the 20 seats in the place went unused.
