There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend

The hotel had a very quiet atmosphere, at times feeling almost deserted. The property appeared somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovations. On a positive note, the cleaning service was thorough and well-maintained. However, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which impacted the overall guest experience.

We chose this hotel due to their spa. I had read that there were charges for the spa but thought that was for massages, etc, not that I order to use the pool and sauna each had to pay E 27 AND reserve a time. Additionally amenities were limited. Felt like being nickel and dimed. Would not recommend although we appreciate the sparkling wine they sent us.

Unfortunately, this giant hotel is placed in the middle of nowhere with limited dinning and and a very small amount of social interaction. It is probably build in the '80 or maybe '70 and placed into a diserted city...
They are keeping it clean but is it very outdated ...

Very nice hotel but not near town. Town was active but it was a ghost town at the hotel. The key to the room failed twice. The front desk person said it happens often. Not good. Dinner was nothing special but breakfast was very good. Nice lady working the breakfast shift. But stay in town and walk everywhere including a beautiful park.

The hallways were very dark. I requested a room with a king bed and a twin bed and was provided tow twin beds put together as a King bed and a pullout sofa as a twin bed. Also, the only option for a hot fall day was to open a window which opened to rooftop.

Cheap wine at the bar!two glasses for the peice of one if it was in the UK!

Great hotel with fantastic breakfast

My wife and I stayed here whilst attending a wedding of family friends. The hotel very clean and the balcony was lovely to sit at in the morning. The bed was massive(!!) and very comfortable. Breakfast was provided each morning and it tasted great. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Aranjuez.

Excellent value!

Overall a very good bang for your buck! Plenty of free street parking in front of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The food at the restaurant is tasty and not overly expensive as one would expect at four star hotels.
The complimentary WiFi works well. Only drawback is the hotel is located outside the city center.

A nice hotel with nice food and staff who were polite and helpful. The facilities were good though the restaurant was never opened during our 8 night stay. The pool was maintained to a high standard but was a little chilly for our tastes. The Spa was nice with a good range of pools sauna and treatments.

Nice hotel but a bit of a strange location, although out of town (which we were aware of) it seemed in an area which was quite run down and the nearby shopping centre had closed down. We played at the Golf course next door but it wasn't in great condition, supermarket close by was useful.

Good hotel but with 2-star hotel service

The rooms are big and comfortable. But from a 4-star hotel I would expect a more high-end service. We had much luggage and no one helped us carry it. When I asked for a trolley, they pointed to a trolley far away and said \"use that\". After having to carry everything myself struggling with the tiny lift, I got thirsty to the room to realised they do not offer any complimentary water and the bottles in the mini-bar are twice the price compared to any bar. It's a simple detail, but nowadays all hotels offer complimentary water.

Good deal for the money but a bit far from Madrid!

Hotel was good deal for the cost. We requested 2 beds because we had 4 people and even called the day before and confirmed we would be accommodated. When we got there, we had one bed and a pull out couch. Only 2 towels and no wash cloths were provided. Other than that hotel was fine and room was comfy. No coffee pot in room and no complimentary coffee in lobby.

Great stopover, good value

Another stopover on our trip down through Spain. Super modern hotel, huge room, excellent facilities, great pool. We chose to eat in Aranjuez in the evening so can't comment on the food apart from the breakfast which was superb and discounted for us. Aranjuez well worth the visit it is a shame that the surroundings of the hotel appear derelict unfinished.

The hotel is conveniently placed reasonably close to the centre of Aranjuez and the fine Royal Palace and also to the main road we use en route to our apartment in the Costa Blanca. The rooms are clean and functional; although those at the front can be noisy if above the main entrance and we always choose to be at the back for that reason. There are good views of the adjoining Golf course and the mountains beyond. On our last visit, the restaurant was closed and meals served in the bar area from a limited menu. The buffet breakfast was acceptable. I cannot understand why there's a charge for Wifi, although it is freely available in the reception area. We have stayed at this hotel more than six times in two years. As I do not play golf, I would find activities limited if I were to stay for more than one night at a time.

A very large, effecient and clean hotel set well out of town. It has a convenient and secure underground car park costing 10€ a day. Very limited hours and food choices in restaurant but bar snacks are available. There is a casino next door where there is a better choice of food and is more popular.

Excellent hotel just off the main route south from Madrid. Very good facilities; excellent bedroom except the aircon was not working properly. The hotel restaurant does not open until 8.30pm but there is a very good cafe/bar across the road.
On departure we drove through Aranjuez to access the motorway and it looked as if the town deserved more than just a fleeting overnight stay.
This hotel is well worth a stay!

Great service, but a bit far out...

Nice light and airy hotel. The staff are excellent and the service is really good. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, there were two downsides to this hotel, the food and the location... It really is the middle of nowhere (and that nowhere is not very pretty!). You need to either drive or get a taxi to Aranjuez, which is not cheap (approx 6-10 euros each way). Unfortunately the food was not great either, except for the breakfast, which was very good. Saying that, the food was not expensive for a 4* hotel, and the drinks were relatively cheap too, so at least you aren't paying over the odds for being a captive audience! Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but only if you are driving!

La verdad que no ha sido mi mejor estancia en este maravillo hotel , pero bueno por un día de varios alojados no vamos a poner un punto negro, pero está noche hacia demasiado calor en las instalaciones, habitaciónes etc , dormí mal , acompañado de los vecinos q no desistieron en sus brutales acometidas sexuales de bajar la bandera blanca, a pesar de mis varios golpes en el cabecero a la misma vez q los de algún otro vecino , preocupado seguramente como yo, por la ansiedad, iptus o enfermedad rara q estaba sufriendo la acompañante al sacar a la luz sus grandes cuerdas vocales, seguro q toma mucha miel y propóleo, esos chillidos son de otra época.
Posdata , cuando el hotel esté semivacío, como era el caso, por favor no ubiquen en la misma planta a parejas felices con gente q va a trabajar , yo estoy acostumbrado en otros hoteles q frecuento que. Alós comerciales, trabajadores etc, nos reubican juntos , alejados de gente de paso o parejas que vienen a demostrar q son capaces de durar más de 5min a pleno rendimiento.
Estamos para mejorar no pasa nada , tenerlo en cuenta .

Como reclamación indicaría que las botellas y refrescos de la recepción se tienen que pagar en el mostrador. Intenté comprar una botella de agua sobre las 21:30 y había únicamente una persona en el mostrador y una cola de 7 u 8 clientes para check-in. Me resultó imposible. No entiendo cómo no dispone un hotel de este nivel un terminal para pago con tarjeta junto a la nevera de bebidas.

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The staff were extremely inflexible about allowing children into the spa even for a short time, which meant we couldn’t enjoy any swimming. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, as it is a central feature on your website. I traveled all the way to the spa solely for the pool, and it would have been very helpful if it had been clearly indicated that the pool was closed—there was no notice or text about this.

We asked if anything could be done to allow our child to swim at a time when there were no other guests, but nothing could be arranged. The hotel itself was unremarkable. Breakfast was very average, and the balconies were extremely close together. There was a couple next to us smoking and drinking wine, which made it uncomfortable to sit there with our child, especially with a view of the closed pool.

Overall, we will not return and are unlikely to recommend this hotel, unless staying in Arranjues is unavoidable.

We also visited the hotel to check it out in preparation for an upcoming wedding. However, after our experience, staying here is completely out of the question.

Sinceramente una experiencia fantástica. Fuimos a celebrar el aniversario y muy recomendable. Pedimos servicio de habitaciones y hubo una equivocación con un plato y muy amables nos los cambiaron. Además cualquier cosa que necesitasemos muy amables nos llamaban y atendian. El desayuno buffet imprescindible cintratarlo, tiene todo, y yo que soy alérgico aalimentario tienen mucho cuidado.
