I booked a room with a sea view but was given one without. The hotel said they would let me know if they had any cancellations and could move me, which didn't happen. They did however kindly offer me all inclusive due to this error
On the second day the jacuzzi from the room above was leaking into my room directly on to the television. I requested to move room but the hotel was unable to accommodate due to being fully booked. This meant that I had to stay in a room I deemed dangerous, although they said it wasn't
The following day the hotel sent someone to repair the upstairs jacuzzi which consisted of very loud banging. I left the room while they completed the repairs but could still hear the banging from the restaurant across the pool
My room was on the corner of 2 walk ways and directly next to the outdoor gym. Every morning I was woken up to people exercising and playing music from 6.30am
The bathroom is not separate from the main room. At times the sewage built up which created a strong odour, especially at night
The window and the patio doors did not lock. This was concerning as a solo traveller
Although the staff were friendly and polite I did not have an enjoyable or relacing stay and was very disappointed, especially due to the numerous issues that arose
