Large room, powerful shower, weak wifi in room. In the middle of an ownership transfer, could use some refreshing but overall ok. Friendly staff, easy parking, walk to restaurants. Some road noise at night with open window.

Great place for backpackers - not for us
Selina practically pulsates with a youth vibe: loud music, people playing ping pong, cash payments for everything (no charging to the room). The staff were all young. A few were attentive, but most were not.

I reserved a tour for the day after and ended up waiting for the guide to show up for 30mins with no luck. I contacted the person at the reception and found out the guide had forgot about me.
Second day I was told breakfast will be starting 6:30 so I ended up buying the breakfast coupon the day before and found out when I can for breakfast that it was not before 7:30. I had to leave for my plane at 7 so it was a waste.
Hotel was nice and clean - unfortunately the service was extremely horrible and unprofessional.

Selina Bariloche was a highlight of our trip to Argentina. The place itself is beautiful and the people working there were fantastic. Ampi went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. The amenities and food/drink were amazing and we truly enjoyed spending time at Selina. Parking was free and easy and the location of the hotel is perfect. Just a short walk from downtown Bariloche and an easy drive to all the outdoor activities in the area. Don't think twice about booking here. Just do it! You won't regret it!

Loin du centre en haut d’une côte. À part le restaurant qui offrait une bonne bouf (pratique) rien ne justifie d’aller à cet hôtel. Pas beaucoup d’aide pour nous aider à organiser nos activités. Piscine froide. En général, nous n’avons pas trippé sur Bariloche après notre passage à El Calafate et El Chalten.

La habitación y el hotel muy bonitos y cerca al centro de Bariloche pero cuando haces la reserva indica que hay pileta y otros amenities pero no dice que hay que pagar adicional por cada uno, por persona, diario. Así si quieres usar el sauna y la pileta son aprox 15 dólares por persona por día.
Adicionalmente, pedí que me dieran recibo o ticket común y en al recepción no pueden entregarlo, que lo envían al correo y han pasado 3 días y todavía estoy esperando...

Calefacción no funionaba, la mitad de las bombillas estaban fundidas, poca luz, dicen que tienen piscina y gimnasio pero es de pago en un centro cercano, no es del hotel.

Lucas nos recibió en la recepción en la madrugada y fue excelente. Dio la extra milla para apoyarnos con lo que necesitáramos (incluyendo arreglar la cortina del baño, que estaba caída). Supongo que el precio no está mal por lo que se recibe, pero la propiedad se ve bastante descuidada (hoyos en las cortinas, ropa de cama vieja, colchón incómodo). Esto no está necesariamente mal para un viajero que va deprisa. Nosotros íbamos por varios días y preferíamos más comodidad.

Muy lindo lugar, especialmente el restorán y él área común. La comida es excelente y en el lugar tienes linda vista al jardín. Por otra parte, la pieza es muy funcional, tiene buenas dimensiones y sirve para descansar. La ubicación es muy buena si vas en auto , a 5 minutos del centro , pero caminando tienes que hacer una gran subida que debes considerar. En términos generales fue una muy buena estadía.

Hermoso Lugar, el cuarto muy limpio, agua caliente, el olor del jabón de cuerpo delicioso, música en vivo todos los días, buen desayuno, cómodo, con Piscina, y tienen un restaurante que se llama el Canelo absolutamente delicioso.

Hermoso hostel! La atención es muy buena de parte de todos! Hubo eventos nocturnos muy copados también. La habitación cómoda y el baño compartido también. Buena ubicacióm respecto del centrp y de los cerros. El predio lleno de árboles es un plus también. Lo único malo fue una noche que fui a hacer uso del spa sin saber que estaba por cerrar. Me cobraron y a los 10 minutos me echaron. Me pareció una avivada. Fuera de eso, todo excelente!

O hotel é ótimo e tem uma boa estrutura. Para usar a piscina é preciso ter touca de natação. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar, meu banheiro tinha mofo nas paredes e a cozinha estava sempre suja. Precisa ser feito uma limpeza mais pesada, e não só nas superfícies. O hotel tem shows quase todas as noites, então se o quarto for perto do lobby o barulho pode incomodar.

I've been to Selina's before. It's a concept. It has a young atmosphere and friendly staff. This stay was not the best as the public showers / WCs were a bit dirty and weren't the most private. It was also cold to take a shower as the room was not heated. You couldn't really do it in our motorhome either as the floor instantly would turn into a pool.
So maybe not for autumn/winter but overall it's a cute spot that I'm sure many would enjoy during summer!

Me gustó el acondicionamiento general de las instalaciones. Todo el inmobiliario es nuevo, los espacios son acogedores y modernos sin perder la personalidad de las construcciones de la zona. Si tuviera que elegir un elemento negativo, tendría que decir que en la oferta en Expedia no indicaban que el uso del spa y gimnasio tiene un costo adicional

Mas alla de esto el hostel en si es lindo y tiene espacios como hamacas paraguayas, mesas de picnic, cancha de futbol y otras cosas mas.

Reservei um apto de 02 quartos com 02 camas king e 01 sofá cama , me alojaram em chalé antigo com uma cama queen , e 02 camas de solteiro , é um sofá pequeno ! Em um dos melhores quartos não havia aquecedor !!! Estava fazendo 3° graus !! Minha mãe uma senhora de idade ficou gripada depois do frio que passou ! O chalé estava sujo , chão sujo ! Em cima do sofá havia um par de meias sujos !! A tampa do ralo da cozinha estava em cima da pia, tive que colocar , o chão da cozinha ficou cheio de água com uma chuva que deu .

La verdad que todo muy muy bien! Muy buen gusto en la decoración, todos muebles e instalaciones de primera calidad. La atención de todos EXCELENTE!!! Las chicas de recepción siempre buena onda y predispuestas a ayudar. L@s del bar tmb, muy atentos, simpáticos.
