We checked in late at night as we needed to be at the airport at 6:30 am. Room was clean bed was the best we had in 13 days at 4 different hotels. Rose petals on bed was nice. The reason stay here I believe is because it is 5 mins to the airport. I believe it is perfect for that.

It's a typical airport hotel - nothing special at all. It was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in for one night before my early flight the next day. The staff was friendly and nice. Free shuttle to the airport that's just a couple minutes away is nice.

Cet hotel remplit très bien son rôle lorsqu’on est en transit. Il est situé tout juste à côté de l’aéroport avec une navette au 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et comporte une terrasse très agréable qui se poursuit dans un jardin qui l’est tout autant.

Starting with your welcoming front desk, rude, unwelcoming, Kawtar. She was so rude unhelpful which made staying there already uncomfortable. Tends to be nicer to men and only Moroccan guests. She gave me the most uncomfortable room, bed felt like sleeping on wood planks, AC mildly works. Their hallways are dark and looks like a dungeon in the midst of the hot weather.

We booked for only the evening as we had a 1.25AM flight and wanted somewhere near the airport.
Efficient and courteous staff.
Excellent hotel for that purpose with ability to sit in restaurant and courtyard to eat and have drinks.

Our only criticism is the semi-functioning air conditioning - ended up having to open the window to heat relief.

La dame a la réception n’était pas très souriante et accueillante, nous avions l’impression de déranger.

Le personnel du bar était très sympathique et accueillant. Puisque nous nous sommes assis sur la terrasse à l’extérieur, le service était un peu lent mais avec le sourire.

The third floor was a hot house above 90 degrees F. Not only were the hallways a sweat box, so were the rooms. It took several trips to the front desk to get a cooler room and with atitude. Pay the difference and upgrade to the Hilton which stands for quality. Onomo, no more!

Tried to reach staff to arrange shuttle, no response. Paid for Uber crazy price for 2km.
Dining staff rude, slow, dismissive and then overcharged for a beer.
Staff advised no converter plugs available, asked for wake up call and did not receive.
Room dirty (mirror, sticky end table).
Hallways are painted black, looks terrible, not welcoming on room floors.
Good points, iron available in nice stairwells. Nice garden decor outside. Overall, one friendly staff out of five encountered.

They offered an airport pick up but never send the driver. When we eventually got to the hotel and asked the receptionist who was checking us in, I was basically brushed off and ignored. The room was not as advertised. I would not go back there or recommend this hotel

The room was pretty clean and pretty good size. The shuttle service was great to and from airport. However, I tried to connect the hotel staff before my arrival to get understanding where the shuttle will be located at the airport, but no staff contacted me. It was by chance I came out of the airport and I saw the space where the shuttle was parked. The food was great at the restaurant and at a very reasonable price. Overall, I give a rating 4.5. The proximity to the airport was excellent. My room was facing toward the main road, the noise from the traffic did bother my sleep.

Airport shuttle was a big plus but don't expect quality of similar price in the US. For couple nights as a satellite location it was perfect. For longer term I'd upgrade. Stuff is helpful and friendly, good breakfast, nice food in the restaurant. Didn't like rooms going dark when removing cardkey, and room has no fridge. Also on the tight side. Towels was not great but clean, I was happy I brought my own.

Paid with card in advance. Reception wanted $25 for city tax. I gave her $50. She said would I take $23 as she didn't have change. I said no. She said she would send the $5 to our room. Never did. Very unprofessional. Restaurant servers were great.

Stayed only one night and caught the 5:30 am shuttle, so I may not be the best judge. I thought everything was very good; the only exception being the lobby. To make a good first impression on guests, the lobby needs a separate storage room for held luggage plus seating. Now there is seating only in the exterior courtyard or the bar.

The betting was poor.
The bottom sheet was exposed and the duvet folded at the bottom, which means it’s not very hygienic.
The bathroom was tiny and very difficult to navigate closing the door in order to use the toilet.
The staff at the restaurant did not seem to know what they were doing and it was difficult to place our order

Very disappointing experience.

The AC unit in the room wasn’t working properly, and neither was the TV. To make matters worse, a staff member entered my room unannounced and opened the door without permission, nearly walking in on my wife while she was undressed. Completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy.
The restaurant service was just as bad. I placed my order and watched multiple customers who arrived after me get served first. After waiting about an hour, I was given the wrong dish, I ordered escalope chicken but was served dry, overcooked baked chicken instead. No one checked on me or addressed the issue.
Overall, poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero attention to guest experience. I will not be staying here again.

Overall a no frill hotel room and it was sufficient for our needs. The room was minimally decorated with just one pillow (we had the standard twin bed room) - it felt like a school dorm room, and the bathroom had a weird layout which made it feel tight getting in and out to use the toilet. Having said that - it was clean, quiet, and the best part of the room was the bathroom shower had great water pressure! (We noted there was no blow dryer so thankfully we had our own).

We had dinner at the hotel - it was very busy and no much staff to serve us. We ended up leaving the money for our food on the table after we ate as there was no one around. The food itself was good.

We only needed this hotel room for a night to end our trip in Morocco - we checked in at 6pm and we were out the next day for an early morning flight. The free shuttle to the airport is a huge part of why we booked this place and the shuttle was punctual (6am sharp!). The drive to the airport was just 5 mins which worked great for us.

To summarize - this hotel hits our requirements. It’s a no frill hotel that is clean, simple, quiet and location to the airport is great!

Perfectly fine if you need a place very near the airport for a single night. They have a small gym and there is an additional fee for the breakfast though I didn't have it. There is a convenient shuttle from the hotel. The same shuttle runs from the airport but I was not able to locate it when I arrived and paid for a taxi instead. I have used this hotel twice and have been satisfied.

Nothing around this area but the convenience of this hotel (if you're flying out) cannot be overstated. Free airport shuttle leaves every half hour. The place is small and understocked compared to north American standards, but it's clean and fairly comfortable for a one night stay. The restaurant is average with a small menu. The bathroom was pretty damn small. So small the door hits the toilet. But again, it's clean and functional.. and the shower water is hot and has decent pressure. Overall I felt that, for Morocco, I got my money's worth
