Extremely hard to find without building number. Random service fee asked for after arriving at the property 50 dihnar. No bottled water provided, host even suggested we dink tap water. Towel was extremely dirty with crust... There was no AC in the room... Host asked for 70 dihnar to get food from the local resturant, it just cost 23... It's a scam... Host even suggested arranging a taxi to take me to the airport for 100 dihnar... Went to a cafe nearby and the man helped me get a taxi for just 5 dihnar... It is cheap, but it's because the host wants to scam you.

Is kind of noisy from the outside there is Basic bathroom, private room, great hospitality from the owner, breakfast lunch and dinner available on site with additional fee. Pretty close to the airport so is a good place to rest after a very long flight.

The map location is accurate, but almost none of the pictures are. The cover picture \"Private kitchen\" is accurate but it is a shared kitchen. Bathroom/Shower is also shared. We booked a \"Comfort Appartement\" but got a single room with two beds. The house being shared with 4 or 5 other rooms I think. Overall, it was fine as we were only on a 28 hours long transit at the airport, it is just unfortunate as this was a family trip with a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old that can't talk quietly, I feel bad for the other house guests.

The area around the B&B was nice, lots of place at walkable distance (within 15 minutes) to eat and stores to buy nice stuff at low price. Clothing at a third of what the airport duty free shops asks.

The site says «Government-issued photo ID may be required» but they actually take pictures of both your passport and your visa, not just the person booking, but every occupants. I think it was a bit over the top compared to check-in requirement in other countries.

The owner was very friendly. Overall, a nice stay.

Don't go there! they will torture you!!

Dirty Hotel... Bad service (When I showed up in the check-in, I was told: Sorry NO rooms available in here, they let me walk 25 minutes caring 2 suitcases, and provide me a room in \"no-hotel\" location (stinky towel, bad smell in the room, no TV...)
Moreover, they stole my money, I asked for a taxi service because my flight is taking off at 6AM, they took the fare in advance to assure the ride & the driver DID NOT SHOW UP... I was running in the streets like crazy to look for a ride & almost missed my flight.

Incredibly disappointing.

This was an awful experience. We reserved through hotel.com and chose the option to pay in person. When we arrived at 8:30 pm at night to check in, we sat for over half an hour before being told that they didn’t have a room for us. Apparently, if you choose the option to pay in person and don’t arrive at a specific time, they give your reservation away with no warning, message, or any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to find a place to stay at the last minute while sitting there in the lobby.

Also - taxis are 150dh which is wayyy too expensive for the short 10 min drive. They charged us an extra 150 to call a taxi for us (we weren’t able to get one due to the rain!).

300 dh later (for no reason at all because they gave our room away) we finally found a hotel by the airport, thank goodness.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I would just spend the extra money to be near the airport which has free shuttle service and breakfast included.

The man who gave us access to the room was friendly, but the room was very basic and dirty, with crumbs on the floor and dirty utensils and tissues left on the bedside table (a chair). The bed sheets were visibly dirty and we were met by a cockroach.
The sink was leaking, there was 1 towel which was dirty and no basics in the bathroom such as toilet paper or soap.
When we mentioned the room being dirty, we were politely told that it was not prepared because we were a couple of hours later than expected (our plane was delayed), so they thought we weren’t coming, although I’d paid for the room in advance.

Lots of issues with this place. The area around the place is shady. Once we arrived, a man came charging down asking for money. At first we didnt realize what was happening as the person didnt speak english. Husein was the host, he came out and told us we have to pay for parking. Paying for parking was not mentioned. After, he took us to an apartment, wifi in the apartment did not work. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The place was not dusted as there was a lot of dirt and dust on the furniture. Used dishes were lying around in the sink. As we were there only for a night, we tried to not let this bother us. Going to the bedroom, the beds had a strange smell to it and the bed sheets had stains, and hair on it. The water from the shower leaked out into the room as theres no curtain and the bathroom floor is elevated (strange design). Lastly, the bathroom flush is busted so we had to turn on the main water supply before bathroom and then shut it off once done. Overall terrible, scam. Stay away!

Avoid this place.

In room pictures shows bathroom, and later they tell you no bathroom in the room. Told us to cancel and rebook another room with bathroom, which would have resulted with no refund. When asked if we can upgrade to a room with bathroom, they gave us double the price shown on hotels dot com. Dishonest people, avoid it!

Tarik the host is communcative. This place serves its purpose if you just need a place to sleep overnight. It has a shared bathroom with three other rooms so be ready with expectations. Some key points:
1. Moussa, the cohost speaks French so when you get to aparťment, get wifi and use google translate if you need it.
2. The place has no address on expedia amd you need to put an address down on travel documents! If anything just write Ibis Hotel
3. The place is in isolated place so it may look shady if arriving at night. But I would suggest u take their shuttle service... taxi from airport to station near there was 100 dh
4. If u have time in morning, there is a place called hot cafe two blocks away that serves amazing breakfast for 15 dh and espresso for 2 dh...! Must try it

Cuidado con este hotel dice que la recepción trabaja 24 horas y es mentira, me robaron el dinero. Llegue a Casablanca pasadas las 12 de la noche y llamé al hotel, la contestación que estaba cerrado, claro que ya habían cobrado, son unos grandísimos h., Ladrones.

Strange experience... the communication was excellent, but the experience was poor for two reasons: 1) I was in an apartment and the key I was given only worked on the exterior door, not my apartment door. I was told \"don't worry it's calm here.\" I was told very little when dropped off here. During the night someone came in... I'm assuming another guest for the other room in the apartment. But who knows... 2) I also had a 5:30am ride to the airport scheduled, but the driver didn't show and so after repeated calls he came at 6am. I still needed to pay the full amount, in fact they were going to charge me extra for the early morning ride. What a joke. I would not recommend.

Moi et ma femme nous étions au lit et un gars a ouvert la porte sans frapper et nous a dérangé. Une autre fois j'étais tout seul le même gars a ouvert la et n'arrêtait de me parler tandis que je dormais. Je trouve cela inacceptable. J'ai dû me plaindre à Moussa pour qu'il parle au patron. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet établissement.

カサボヤージュ駅や早朝の空港までの送迎快く受けていただけました。また夕食のレストラン場所を聞いたら遅い時間であったためか無料で送迎してもらえました。歩ける距離の為帰りは歩くと申し出るも連絡してくれたら迎えに来ると親切でした。宿も広く、今回はキッチン使用してないのですが充実したシステムでした。

房間的位置確實出乎我意料之外，在一個剛剛開發的新住宅區，只能說適合自駕遊人士吧，因為有公用廚房衛生間。我凌晨四點需要車送我們去機場，民宿主人很靠譜，120迪拉姆，準時四點來接了我，這點很好。

Bon séjour pour une nuit seul bémol le menage qui n'est pas regulier surtout la cuisine. Le petit déjeuner à moitié fourni alors que normalement c'est compris ( denrées de dépannage dans le frigo). Tres bon accueil de moussa.
