This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

This should be rated at 3 star not 4 (they have a pool). The AC in my room did not work properly, air conditioner was running but did not cool the room. Unpleasant sleeping experience. All the noise from hallway people talking, door closing you can hear in the room. Not a great experience.

Karim at the front desk was so disrespectful, when I asked him to upgrade my room since i am platinum on Expedia he just laughed and didn’t say anything. We booked a city view and got a view of the next building. If your Moroccan wallah don’t come here so disrespectful they only nice to people out of the country.

Staff could have been more helpful. When the AC did not work I has someone work on it while I’m in the room rather than transfer me rooms and then after he couldn’t fix it then transferred me. Incredibly incovnenient. AC not working in a lot of the property, there was old hun on the carpet and when I called for water at 2 am nobody would bring me some which has never happened at a 5 star. I suggest a better hotel chain. Poor management.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. They had buffet for breakfast which I had to pay extra for; it had various options and was delicious. The staff (Khaled and Loubna) were amazing people and answered all my questions I had about the city/neighborhood. However, this property was sort of far from tourist attractions so I had to take a cab or the tram. It was okay to me to take transportation which allowed me explore the city more and socialize with people. Highly recommend this property!

We tripped around Morocco for 4 weeks and this hotel had the best breakfast,lunch,room(with 2 balconies-Room 501),bathroom and bed out of all the hotels we stayed in! We were on a premium tour. However we did have to wait until 10 pm for our extra bed to be delivered! This is a great place to stay!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Morocco. We stayed in Fes and Chefchaouen before two night stay here. The best room layout except for the glass enclosing at toilet area. The breakfast is perfect as well as the team serving there. Reception was fine but they made a mistake in charging us the tax but later on we were refunded. When selecting the hotel it says on the pool photo that its open until 11 pm but it was only the dining area so on our first day we missed it as we arrived nearly 6pm and only learned it when we got up the roof top pool with out swimsuit on. I also had hammam and relaxing massage package. It’s good that they are open until 9pm. The Hamam was amazing! Sanaa was great in Hamam but not so good with the massage, it was very light pressure and her nails were not cut so somehow it scratches my skin not painful though. We love their bed and linen that we bought a set! Thanks to the receptionist who helped us get it done with their laundry department. On our second day we also were not able to enjoy the pool. We got in at 2 pm on a Friday but we were not aware that they will not have any service because it was prayer time. So there was no one there and we dont have any towels. There was also no day bed to use because the deck was arranged as dining not for pool use :( we were disappointed and the main reason we selected this hotel is to use the pool. It was also very hot time but their pool was so cold. Overall good hotel in good location

Location of the hotel is great, there is carefour supermarket nearly and pharmacy and tram stop so you can go easily to town centre. Breakfast very tasty and lot of option. Rooms very dirty I was on 4th floor and I found cockroaches in the toilet, my friend was on 3th floor and he have bed bugs as he has lot of tiny bites on his body. Carpets in the room appealing very dirty and they should be change 20 years ago stains all over the carpets. This is definitely not 4 star hotel.

Please please please do not stay at this hotel the front desk lady was so rude, unfriendly, not at all what you would expect from front desk. Never in my years of traveling & staying in 5 star hotels all over the world that I had encountered such an issue. I was charged for a towel that housekeeping didn’t replace, apparently each room has two bath towels and two hand towels so when housekeeping came she only put one hand towels in my room. When I got back to my room I only saw one hand towel and didn’t think anything of it because I’m by myself and there was no need to get two hand towels little do I know at checkout they charge me $35 for the hand towel that’s missing. If you do stay at this hotel, make sure you count the towels before you come in and each time housekeeping come because if she forgot to put a towel they will charge you for missing towel. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I cannot say enough about the staff at Kenzi. Everyone was so helpful and I wish I had thought to write their names down so I could do specific shout outs but the young man who assists with bags and typically stands in front of reception is a rockstar. I arrived with an issue with my taxi driver and he along with the supervisory staff took amazing care of me. Due to the issue with the taxi, I was reluctant to explore Morocco for a few days and just stayed in the hotel taking advantage of the rooftop and the spa. I loved the spa package that I had (the one with hammam and the massage) and enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop with the delicious mojitos prepared with lemon and lime. When I was finally ready to venture outside, the hotel staff arranged a taxi for me so that I would not have the same issue again. The bed is comfortable, the room has two sitting areas, one with a desk, and the bathroom has a bidet area separated from the shower. The shower has a regular showered and rainwater. They both have great pressure. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean. I basically can't say enough good things about this hotel. I loved it.

the hotel looked really good when I booked it. It is kind of far from everything and you have to taxi everywhere. Even with the petit taxis we easily spent $30/day. I found the rooms smaller than expected and no good seating inside the room. Great shower, and decent view from the rooftop bar and pool. I need to go back to Casablanca for a day this trip and will book somewhere else, especially because of the distance. (BTW buffet was the only option for dinner. $54.00 for a buffet?)

Staff , specially the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Taha of reception gives you the feeling that you are doing him a favor while he is doing his best to help you. THANKS SO MUCH DEAR TAHA. On the other hand the staff cleaning the room get on your nerve every single day. They are pushy impolite and dont know what cleaning is. They are wrongly selected for the job. The restaurant was clean neat and mostly satisfying except for using the leftovers again and again. Overall it's a good place.

The female staff when , checking in ask me for more then 3 different credits cards when she double charged my Chase Card and MasterCard to put a hold or deposit down which was understandable but when you are charging 3 different cards because you are profiling me or doubting me and each time you charge my card my alerts are going off that the charges are going through . Not to mention how rude she was to me and my friends that she spoke rudely in French and Arabic not knowing I understood both languages. Then walking away so that another worker could help me and my guess , you need to work on you Customer Service skills and shouldn’t Judge because I look young and I’m American . Absolutely wonderful hotel, the whole experience from the room, to the rooftop pool and bar, the service.. exceptional. I had a bad accident when travelling alone, the staff went above and beyond to take care of me, for which I will be forever grateful.

The staff was very diligent and welcoming. Security guards are on high alert and do their job well.

The only thing I found odd were the washrooms were sliding doors so there is no privacy as you cant lock it from inside.

Lastly, the building next to us is undergoing construction so couldnt rest during the day at all as our room was right next to it.

I liked the sauna in the spa.
Disliked the overall service in the hotel. The staff are a bunch of money grabbing people. Their love for money was more important than the service rendered at a \"4 star hotel\". Privacy wasnt respected in the room and spa. For example some staff member opened the door while my wife and i were in our private moment. We paid for things that we didnt get. In my plan i had 10% off for spa treatment and i didnt get that discount. I paid full price for my spa treatment. I didnt mind about spending extra money, what really bothered me was the general treatment in the hotel. They cared more about money than giving proper service. On the last day before we left, my wife was sick, she asked for sesame seeds with boiling water and it took them twenty minutes to get that. The waiter in the hotel had the audacity to say oh i am sorry i forgot about you. Now that is wrong.

We did a quick one night stay here due to its proximity to the airport (approx 20 min away) Staff were very friendly and professional. Location doesn't have much around it so its not meant for tourism. Very clean though. The part that bugged me was it was late when we got it and just wanted to order a pizza while we got ready to fly out the next day but this hotel does not allow outside food or drink. So we reluctantly ordered room service. 2 burgers. 2 desserts. Order came and only 1 hamburger. Had to wait 20 min for them to cook the other. Apologies made but no compensation offered. And they gave me tiramisu instead of chocolate cake. So a little more attention to detail is needed.

Came for a weekend to a wedding in Casablanca. The hotel staff were very helpful, breakfast was great and the rooms modern and new. An amazing rooftop with a pool. Unfortunately did not have time to visit the spa, but they do offer a great variety of treatments. We booked this hotel as it was close to the wedding venue, that’s why unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of things to do around. However it was still close to the centre, around a 10min drive.

Modern, quiet, well designed CLEAN rooms and bathrooms, with a nice layout. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff at front desk. Wifi is fast enough and has worked for me 99%. Breakfast buffet is adequate, dinner restaurant was very satisfactory. Gym is very small and inadequate for serious workout. Local area is under construction during the day, with not much to offer (Carrefour, Burger Joint, bad sushi, BKing...etc). Close enough to the airport.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, wonderful place, excellent rooms and clean and great service. However now for the 2nd time having used Expedia to book the hotel, the hotel do not receive the booking, and when you turn up, they apologise and ship you off free of charge to another hotel, which in this instance was an hour away and terrible. my advice is after booking, call the hotel and confirm as they don't always receive the Expedia confirmations.

The hotel is located right next to Highway toward Airport Mohammed 5, it takes about 20 min drive from the hotel to CMN, also right in-front of the Tramway ( Electric Train ). Room was big enough and balcony brings more natural lights to the room . staff were great, they speak English and French and very professional. Clean hotel and very quiet area ....I recommend it for its price .

Great staff. From the door all the way to the room. I stay there during my mothers funeral They made me feel so welcome I was very relaxed and happy

A nice hotel if you need a place to stay that's somewhat close to the airport. Room was clean and staff was responsive when we reported that the AC didn't work; however, it still wasn't working at capacity even after they fixed it. Still, seems like a good fit for business travelers.

Great hotel IN TERRIBLE location

Great hotel but terrible location. You have to take a cab to go anywhere & the front desk is extremely slow. It's not a busy hotel but it took me over 30min to check out

Fantastic hotel with comfortable rooms

Big comfortable western style hotel in Casablanca. We booked this for the night before catching an early morning flight home and after two weeks of riads and couldn't have been happier. Spacious clean room with a luxurious bathroom and lots of English tv options - plus the restaurant serves alcohol and there's a nice outdoor pool on the roof with great views. Only downsides were that the pool area was undergoing some minor construction while we were there (but didn't get in the way of us still using it) and the staff was largely awful and incompetent. All in all though I would recommend this hotel to westerners looking for a taste of home in Morocco.
