Absolutely unacceptable experience. The hotel was extremely noisy well past 12am every night. After calling reception multiple times, the only response was to “wait until the party wraps up.” On one occasion, we were told the party had been moved inside instead of the terrace, yet the noise level remained just as loud. This is not a hotel — it feels like staying in a nightclub, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast and restaurant are good. Location is also pretty convenient. As other reviews have stated, you do hear traffic noise, and holy shmoly do Moroccans like to honk their horns! But I guess there's little the hotel can do about that short of soundproofing all the windows. Still, it's something to be aware of.

The ambiance of the hotel and the room was impeccable. The hot spot was the breakfast buffet in the morning and the rooftop hookah bar both on the 2nd floor at night. The staff assisted me with ease and I will go back and stay at this spot. It is not faer from the bullet speed train station that will take you to Tanger and the airport! I was by myself. This was an awesome find!

this is my 5th time to stay in this hotel , but last time was terrible , the maintenance is very bad so hotel is getting old , the room was very poor and not in good condition
the gym is also in a very bad condition , the breakfast buffet is very poor and doesn't have lot of options specially for food allergy
i got an infection allergy while i was their so i doubted the hygiene of the room and bed

This hotel was splendid! We spent an excellent 2 night stay here! It is right in the center of casablanca’s business district, and there are so many stores and restaurants around! This place is also so clean and the bathrooms are so modern! The bed was so soft and the pillows were like clouds! Would absolutely recommend!

Service for food was awful. Took forever and
no one cared to be attentive. When I arrived on my first night I was sent to a different hotel because they over booked my stay. When I got to the new hotel they were never told from the old hotel I was staying there. When I got back to the original hotel after two nights away I received no refund or any type of service to accommodate the inconvenience. They charged me twice for the shuttle. The bed is very hard. Very poor stay wouldn’t recommend

Hotel cosmetically is very nice. When we got to our room the bathroom smelt like someone had just been in it. We were put in a room directly adjacent to the courtyard which wasn’t an issue until there was some sort of party/gathering till midnight. Loud music and lots of noise right outside our window. When I called the front desk to ask about the noise/music and to see if it could be turned down as we had a 4am ride to the airport, I was told there was nothing they could do and the phone was hung up.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful location, within walking distance from sites such as the Arts Museum as well as the Arab League Park. The vibe was urban and modern. The buffet for Iftar offered a varied and delicious array of items. The staff were attentive and were willing to research any questions that I had while there. I will be staying there again in the future.

The hotel was amazing and the outdoor area was great, however, that friday night when I stayed they played the music very loud until 11:20. Then the hotel workers had to move all the outdoor furniture back in place and that also took a while.

5* from me amazing for a short stay!

Was really good! I just didnt like the fact that theres a door that leads to another hotel room. The staff made me feel very welcome. The reception staff deserve a pay rise they were very good at service!

They ve allowed a Party until 8 Am in one of the room, people smoking and screaming. I called several times the front desk. Nothing happened…

When I checked out, I’ve mentioned my disappointment, the front desk girl didn’t even cared and that was a deep disappointment.

Beside that the hotel is very nice and the neighbourhood is amazing.

Good luck with service you’ll need it

Hotel is nice and new BUT you have to wonder how they operate.. some days they don’t have towels, other days there is no sugar for the coffee in their cafeteria, while you may or may not find glasses for juice and water. Don’t worry about dirty table, cause they hardly ever prepare it for next guests

The check-in was great the lady was really nice. One of my pet peeve’s is when housekeeping doesn’t check the sink can you run the water for the first time in the sink and it starts backing up that me is disgusting. I wanted to call down to the front desk to get it fixed but the phone in my room also didn’t work. They also claimed they had a gym it was only a yoga studio with a couple exercise bikes in it which is not really a gym which is also a pet peeve of mine. When I complained about the sink backing up in the room the next day like I just sort of shrugged it off.

No hot water available in my room

Third time, i come to this hotel for 3 days business stay.
This time however, i was given a room with no hot water, no TV channels. TV got fixed in the second day, still no hot water available.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with friendly staff and very clean. In the morning there were workers cleaning windows and even wiping down the baseboards. The breakfast was a nice buffet.

New hotel very clean but mattress was really hard couldn’t sleep much. Not a comfortable bed at all. Good location near to la corniche area about 5-8 minutes drive but be wary of taxis as they will make it feel it’s far they will go round and round to get the meter high.

Onomo Hotel is conveniently located for shopping, eating and walking to some tourist sites. Hotel is very attractive with beautiful artwork, is clean, has the typical amenities expected by westerners (yay!) and has a very nice restaurant in the hotel. The entire staff are very pleasant and helpful. My only caution and complaint is when certain hotel staff calls a cab. An extra cost of 15-100 Dirham (our experience) is added to the cost of the trip. One can only guess why.

The hotel itself is in the heart of the city and close to so many places.
Room was clean. I requested for Iron and Ironing board that never came .
The charge for overnight guest (even if the overnight guest resides in the city…strange )

But overall I had a good sleep in the room and the staffs were great.

Low Service, good location,no Double Glazing

We went on a business trip to Casablanca and Onomo seemed like the nice modern place to stay. But not really. The hotel is quite nice and . situated in a nice area but there is no double glazing (and it's very noisy since the hotel is located on a big avenue)
The service is REALLY BAD. I've never been to a hotel where the service was this bad. Some of their personnel needs more training on how to be nice with guests. Never going back their again.

The room smelled disgusting. When I complained about this, I was told that the hotel did not have any air freshener and that all of the rooms were booked so I could not get a different room. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. There were two bulbs lighting the entire area. The toilet leaked and this caused the room to smell. Toilet paper was given out in tiny rolls and barely anyone spoke English.

I loved my stay at ONOMO. The staff we're very friendly, professional and very helpful. The only thing I would improve is the restaurant menu. The selection is very limited. Maybe include proper Moroccan dishes. Have a special dish or something.

The hotel is well located , it’s very clean , the rooms are good , quite , all required amenities available inside the room .
What I did not like is the check in which took more than half hour , same for the check out , I guess need more assistance in the front desk .
For the breakfast which was not included in the booking , I have been asked to pay cash and they could not add it directly to my room expenses to be paid at the end , not sure why !!!

The location was excellent. The hotel was also new and modern. The front desk staff and valet attendants were fantastic with recommendations and helping us find reliable taxis.

The only downside is the shower has very little pressure and the fridge is more of a coldbox (it will not cool down your food).
