Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was large, clean and had a sea view. Large hotel, very comfortable . The breakfast buffet was outstanding. However the hotel ran low on wine during Ramadan, which was a pain. The price the hotel quoted for airport transfer was very high so we used a private transfer service. Then the hotel refused to let our driver leave for 10 minutes claiming we had eaten chocolate from the mini bar, which was untrue.This after we had been there for 5 nights and spent hundreds of euros at the hotel. So a few service failures

Due to an unavoidable issue we were moved to the sister hotel, The Royal Hideaway. This is a brand new hotel just opened in the last month so some facilities are not yet available. The rooms in the Royal Hideaway are very luxurious. As a compensation for the unexpected move the staff offered us a free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank the management teams at both hotels for looking after us. A special thank you goes to Fatima Oufrid and Imane Khaliss.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. In addition, the breakfast was well prepared, however the room itself had some unattended deferred maintenance issues. The black out drapes did not close all the way, the balcony door did not lock and wallpaper was coming off in the WC. This may have been specific to our room, but I found it inconsistent to the rest of the hotel.

Nice room overlooking the pool. It was very nice. Maybe a little too clean. There was a strong bleach smell. Idk if it was from the pool or the sheets, but the staff was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to local shops and eateries. Very nice hotel. I will definitely be back.

Terrible experience! The room was in poor condition, broken fixtures, unclean bathroom, and generally shabby throughout. Furniture was scratched and worn, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. One hand towel and one shower towel for two people, etc, etc. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars.

I sent them messages to ask questions about cab rides and breakfast and they never responded. They overbooked the hotel and did not inform us that they moved us to a cheaper hotel until we arrived to check in at 11:30 PM after a long day of travel. They said they would provide us with a free \"shuttle\" to the next place, which was an on cab that smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk punted all of my questions to the next hotel and would not respond to me questions.

Too Many Inconveniences Despite Friendly Staff

Even though the staff was super friendly and tried to help, our stay could have been much better. The air conditioning wasn’t working on the first night, and we were told nothing could be done until the next day. We had to sleep with the window open, which was very uncomfortable. The next day, they gave us new rooms and free breakfast , but this came with the inconvenience of having to move all our things and they placed us on different floors, which wasn’t ideal as we were travelling together. It’s disappointing to have these kinds of issues, especially when you’re trying to relax on holiday. The staff were kind, but the experience overall was far from smooth.

Very nice hotel near downtown area. Easily walkable to points of intrest. Very nice lounge in lobby. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall great hotel for the value. Would definitely stay again. The only oddity is the shower which is seperated by the sink area thats next to the bed. It just seems very stylish.

Excellent hotel for the price especially. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! A woman saw me looking at all the options for breakfast and asked what she could have made for me in the kitchen...eggs, omelets? Even though there were 8 to 9 tables of food options. The location is perfect to explore and walkable, safe. I parked my car on the premises and took the white private cabs when i wanted to got to a Hammam, etc (a must in Casablanca). The bell hop will not bargain for you so you have to be firm with your price. They will rip you off! The beds and pillows were fine. The pool was cold, so we couldnt use it. The view and bar from the pool were amazing.

We were very happy with our stay. Despite arriving early we had to wait only a short time before our room was ready. The room was large, bright and comfortable with a view of the Hassan II Mosque. There are a number of inexpensive places to eat lunch and dinner only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the Mosque is an easy flat walk away.
Breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of choices and excellent coffee.

Nice, but not good value for money

Nice hotel, but extremely expensive, and certainly not good value for money. Whilst we had a room for 4, which they acknowledged on check in, we discovered the sofa beds had not been made late at night. It took them 20 minutes to fix. Also, rooms facing the street can be noisy.

Who puts a bathroom in the bedroom, or vice versa. Your mate needs a pee in the middle of the night -- lights on, you will wake up as well. Enjoy watching your SO brush teeth and shower -- you've no choice but to watch the show.

Hotel with excellent location in Casablanca and free parking. However, it doesn’t feel like a 5 stars accommodation as no valet parking and concierge is non-existent (no offer to take suite case to room). The room was comfortable, AC works, although I didn’t like the layout of sink overlooking bed as I would wake up my wife if start using it. We had a room overlooking the pool thinking it’s an upgrade, but for those looking to nap after lunch that will be a challenge due to pool music. Staff were kind and helpful when approached. I’ve had an issue driving the car out of car park as another residents car was blocking me, I left it to manager to sort out and spent the day in taxis. Overall and OK hotel if you are looking for a night or 2 in Casablanca and require a central location.

The hotel itself is ok. The setup of the bathroom inside the living room is a bit strange but it was fine.
The problem is the staff, both outside (by the taxis) and the restaurant. They were extremely rude, lazy, and condescending.
The breakfast staff in the restaurant are all very awkward and aggravating and for this reason, I would never stay here again. The food was terrible and the service was a 0/5.

The breakfast is so complete and delicious. Really recommend it.
The staff at the reception was friendly, allow us to check in early, helped us to store our bags and to book transportation.
The room was new spacious with a stellar view ig the Hassan II mosque and the cty. Comes with dental, beauty sets, space for luggage, clothes, etc.
The bed was very comfty and the shower had waterfall and hose for a great bath experience.
The pool lounge is nice but check the schedule.

We only stayed for one night. Hotel was nice but the shower right in front of the bed was a bit unusual. We had dinner at the restaurant and thought it was good. We were offered a discount on spa treatment but were unable to take it due to the short stay. Wish they had offered something else to us instead. But we did get a room upgrade so that was nice.
The front desk was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the best way to handle money exchange.
