Place was freezing (especially the floor) with AC with no control over that. Room was small with only one light option.. glaring bright florescent. bathroom was very small but adequate . The cleaning staff did a poor job and the only chair in the room was so dirty you couldn't sit in it. The shower had good pressure and hot water but the sliding shower door was not working very well. Only two clothes hangers and the clothing shelves were dusty. I was worried about security because the one window overlooks a dirty back alley and stairwell .. it only has a weak window lock. Over all despite the friendly staff and low price, it still only earns a 3 out of 5 from me. And I think I'm being generous. I hope the manager reads this makes some basic improvements to the room.. make it feel more comfortable with dimmer lights and a place to sit down. Talk to the cleaning staff and explain that things need to be clean.

Bit hard to park outside but there is nearby paid parking that is cheap for western tourist. Under £1 a day, also a lot safer to park there too. Hotel isn’t the cleanest but can feel homely with the right people. Great for the price.

Very basic hotel, very basic room with basic amenities. Came down to have breakfast on the first morning to be told there's no breakfast being served as they had no bread. Anyway, eventually, the boy went out and bought some bread from a local shop, so I had a very average breakfast eventually.

We loved this hotel so much, we stayed in it again the next time we landed in Casablanca. Super professional and caring service, great central location near the main train station to Marrakech, found an awesome restaurant nearby, and most important of all, we slept very comfortably and peacefully in the room. The staff were helpful. I was not expecting much amenities for this price point. Lots of noise were coming inside the hotel from outside. I had to change the first room but the situation did not improve. Some kind of motor went on all night long outside my room. I was not able to sleep. Single beds are too small even for a small person like me. Well, you get what you pay for. Given the choice, i would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is amazing. This is a two star but could easily be mistaken for four star. The staff is very friendly and pride themselves on the service they provide. There is parking outside the hotel and security on site. We had two rooms and these were both spotless. The bedding is high quality Egyptian cotton and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. The only thing I would say is that it is better to choose a room away from the street as it can be a bit noisy.

The rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
