I was so happy with my stay in Idou Anfa.
The staff was wonderful and hospitable
Everyone greeted me with genuine kindness from the moment my taxi dropped me off.
My room was perfect and had all I needed and even a great view. I will absolutely stay again!
The location is excellent and you can walk to anything you want or need . It’s for me the prime locaton in the heart of Casa. Thank you all the management team and staff for being rigorous about all the details that matters .

Everything was excellent. The property met our expectations. Very polite and helpful staff. The room was little bit cold and central heating for building was switched off, but we're provided with a heater, which helped a lot. Shower was amazing, bed comfy, we were very satisfied.

Very boring and unattractive design. They have no bar, although its advertised in their elevator. They serve pork, so not sure if its a religious thing or not. Also, the roof deck apparently is only open from 3 pm onward, which makes no sense. Don't recommend.

The triple room is quite cramped but comfortable enough. Very little spare space.

Beware when booking through a 3rd Party that you may encounter discrepancies in your booking. I booked as an Adult with two children aged 16 & 14, which were entered on my initial booking with Expedia. On arrival they were not going to accept that they were children and intimated I should have paid more for the room. The girl kept telling me my daughetr was 17 as shes born in 2005, even though her birthday is October (as is both my children). Eventually they conceded and it appeared they changed the room from what they were originally going to give me to the room with 3 single beds, which was the room I'd expected in the first place and was documented on my booking.
Once that was sorted everything was fine and staff were friendly and helpful.
Pool is nice but quite small and shaded from the sun later in the day, but a pleasant dip to cool down from the hot sun.
Overall a pleasant stay.

It's in a great location. Fast food, Chinese, Moroccan, patisserie, everything is at walking distance. The check in and out is very fluid. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding on to and has everything. You can always grab coffee or something to eat right next to the breakfast place at any time. If there's a minus, it's the no stop policy for people smoking in the lobby. That doesn't leave it an indoor, smoke-free place to lounge around. They don't have a separate for smokers room, so even if it's 2-3 scattered people, it's everywhere. It was nice to be in a hotel in Morocco where cats are not constantly under your feet. Definitely recommend.

For a 4 star hotel the smell around the floor and the toilet clogs are not ok. Staff were friendly and nice. However, I were given a room different from what I booked. Overall, this was a great place for a 1-day layover in Casablanca. Amenities were surprisingly good, expect for the Wifi, but I think we're spoiled in the US. Great bar with view on the 16th floor, I'll go back if I get back to Casablanca!

Trust me I understand there is no perfect hotel, but this hotel 4 stars status is just not true at all. Lazy doorman and a bellman with the attitude of it’s not my job. Neither the doorman nor the bellman dared to welcome us with a word or come to help with the language. The front desk gave us a double bed instead of one bed as requested, my wife slept on one bed and I slept on the other bed. There was a roach running in the bathroom and couldn’t mention it to my wife because I didn’t want her to panic.
The front desk’s light was dark and it looked depressive.
I feel sad to mention what I experienced in this hotel, but honestly I will never go back there

the staff let this hotel down, mainly the reception staff and the manager. The man who looked after the Sky Bar was lovely.
We enjoyed the hotel facilities especially the heated pool was a real treat.
But after being made to wait half an hour in reception for no reason to check in when we had arrived quite late would have been acceptable if the guy hadn't been so dismissive and rude.
They also conveniently forgot to tell us breakfast was not included in our room plan. We innocently went for a quick five min drink in the restaurant and we were charged over $20 - the manager refused to accept and honest mistake and wouldn't even accept us paying half. They will take as much money off you as they can in this hotel!

After traveling all over Morocco we arrived to casablanca to this hotel and the service and the hotel was not even close to all the other hotels we stayed in. There was a vomit stain on the bathroom wall and blood stain on the bed. Over all not so amazing.

The staff was amazing!! We ate at the hotel almost every night! We had the same waiter and he was amazing! The room was very clean and I even had laundry done through the hotel and I was very satisfied. They opened the door and pushed the button for the elevator every time for us! The front desk was amazing as well! My credit card was shut down and they worked with us to keep are rooms secured until I could get the credit cards back up and charging. I can only say great things about this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting. I did read the reviews before scheduling the hotel. My husband was so pleased he showed his gratitude to the staff as well.

Overall good stay, non-smoking floor had people smoking inside the room which is an issue for some and I asked to change a room and they did so without a problem. Interior could use an update but overall ok hotel for my needs.

Idou Anfa is an older hotel that has been modernized. The lobby generates a warm feeling and check in is efficient but somewhat longwinded. My room was clean and comfortable and away from the noise of the busy Anfa boulevard. But Casablanca is a noisy city anyway. Service is good and staff efficient. As for the Moroccan restaurant at the hotel, I was surprised to be served aubergine and zucchini in a veal tajine. Not the usual fare for those familiar with Moroccan cuisine. All in all a decent place to stay.

The hotel was for a one night stay before leaving early in the morning for a flight out of Casablanca. If that is a factor, you need to allow 45-60 minutes for the commute even though it is only 16 miles from the airport. The hotel is lovely; the common areas are pretty, but smoking is allowed indoors in Morocco and it was difficult to enjoy a dinner in the beautiful rooftop dining room when it was filled with disgusting cigarette smoke. The staff was attentive and friendly, and arranged for a car to be waiting for us at 7AM to take us to our flight. The area that the hotel is located in is downtown, and didn't look that attractive to tourists.

Awful staff and awful customer service.

Only upon checking-in into the hotel did we realise we made a mistake with the dates.

Hotel staff were not understanding more were they compassionate. We were forced to make another booking and they completely refused to give us even a partial refund.

Ok, it was completely my fault for booking the wrong date and I understand the no amendments, no cancellation policy but business owners need to treat their guests with a bit of respect and understanding if they wish to be successful.

Good hotel great location

I’ve stayed 3 times - this has become my go to property for Casablanca. From the second time staff recognized me as a repeat Guest. Both check in and restaurant have incredibly friendly staff. Concierge goes out of their way to help. While the property is a bit older the beds are very comfortable. Certainly can’t beat the price either. Definitely reccomrnd and I will be back!

This Hotel is entirely ok if one does not expect 5-star appearance; the biggest plus is the location near Gauthier, where one can find many nice restaurants and shops; also, the location is in the city center, close to \"Twin Tours\" business center. The staff is very friendly (as most Moroccan people are), and this makes the stay pleasant after all. The rooms are clean, and the beds are good, but the styling / design is simple and out fashioned. Some rooms are somewhat noise, facing busy Boulevard Anfa, and the windows are not entirely soundproof. The biggest inconvenient may be the bathroom in their 80th year style, and the shower in the tub. Clean, but not a looker... ...breakfast is ok, and the rooftop bar with a view over Casablanca is also very nice! I would recommend this place for basic and sage accommodation at avery reasonable rate; in one looks for fancy pampering by design and looks, then this is not the place to go. Again, the location is excellent, and this is a great plus!

I heat dealing with these poeple. They explained me that these are the new administration rules including a small bottle of water you pay like if it was a black label Wisky.
Bottom line this hotel deserves 1,5 to 2 stars not more.

Staff were relatively accommodating, in particular the staff in the breakfast buffet. For the hotels in the area, it is reasonably nice, but the bar for the city is pretty low. The hotel is in the process of being updated (they were painting the hallways while I was there), but they will need a bit more than a fresh coat of paint to reach an international standard of 4 stars.

Great hotel and great spa, clean and friendly staff , food was also nice , Very helpful when needed assistance regarding shops etc etc, excellent location with cafes and restaurants around us , we were on the 6th floor and in the mornings there was drilling and works on the same floor which woke us up this carried on for 2 days and then we spoke to a lady called zaynab who was very helpful and came back to us with a update and apologised for the inconvenience which was great and the works stopped. Also the reception should have more money to exchange as they only let one person exchange currency at one time and only had a limited amount , I would expect more from a 4 star hotel in the heart of this busy area. But overall I would stay again.

Did not appear to have cleaned the room. Bathroom still had hair in tub.
Arrived late so ordered room service, thought a club sandwhich was a safe bet, nope. Could barely eat it, so much mayonnaise and food was bland. Ordered coffee as well and fruit for breakfast, worst I've ever had in my life.
Used the gym by the pool. There was a towel and a used condom in the changing room.
Neighborhood not the best either. Pictures do NOT represent quality of hotel.

Can walk to many attractions in Casablanca

Check out the panoramic view from the lounge on the top floor to get oriented to the city. We walked miles each day to take in the old Medina, the colonial era Habous market, the Mohammed V mosque on the ocean, the port near the old Medina, the fine arts museum, the museum of curiosities, etc. Enjoyed the hotel's breakfast before setting out each day. Air conditioning was very needed in May for a restful sleep. Hotel room was quiet, staff helpful, and public lounge spacious for meeting friends.

Good hotel, very convenient location. Good service. Room service should be improved. The problem was they removed all towels in the morning and brought clean ones late afternoon. Need towels to be replaced right away. Also, at check in, someone should give details of all amenities of the hotel such as pool, etc..
