Disappointing 5-Star Claim
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to its 5-star rating. The biggest issue was the smoking smell in the rooms, despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking. The lack of enforcement on smoking policies was disappointing.
Additionally, the hotel's location on a busy avenue with a tramway made it extremely noisy, and the lack of soundproof windows didn't help. The fact that pets are allowed in rooms added to the noise with barking dogs.
Given these issues, I would rate this hotel as 3 or 4 stars. It might be suitable for smokers or those who prioritize other factors, but for non-smokers and those seeking a quiet stay, it might not be the best choice. My first and last night at this hotel.
