This is not a 4 star hotel. More of a death trap.

Arrived early and requested early check in, we got access at 1.50pm (check in opens at 2), all the rooms on our floor were empty the first night, thus why the long wait?

Breakfast - basic, chaotic, noisy (construction noise from floors below), lack of seating and food choices and coffee is extra.

Rooms - paper thin walls, you get to listen to the noise in the street, the noise in the corridor and the neighbours talking in their bedrooms.

Bathrooms - added to the bedroom as an afterthought with tiny shower flooding into tiny toilet cubicle, huge sink on a tiny vanity with no where to put anything.

Checked out the rooftop coffee shop, its an adventure to figure out how to get there. Up in lift (if you can find someone to activate it for you) then 3 flights of uneven stairs.

Very modern hotel and good room size (studio). Only downside is the bathroom design and layout - awkward and impractical. Breakfast selection and taste/quality were excellent. Located right at the bustling night market. Very loud music blasting from the neighborhood every night till 10:30-11pm!

Literally top 5 hotels I have ever stayed at and I have been across Korea, united states and Vietnam this hotel has amazingly kind staff. No one give me and fiance attitude. The rooms are always clean. Gorgeous views as long as you get the right rooms. The only criticisms I could leave for this hotel is the mounts for the shower glass are beginning to rust and expand.

The surrounding neighborhood is very loud at night, we heard all the honks and chatter from outside. The walls are also super thin so you can hear all the chatter that goes on in the hall way and next door room.

What a surprise I got when I arrived at the hotel. There were porter waiting readily to unload your luggage,opening the double door to let you in. It felt like service of a 5stars hotel.
Hotel is located next to entrance of “New Dalat Market” which is so convenient. this market is connected to the original famous Dalat market which turns into night market when night falls everyday.
Hotel room is clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent with new dishes changed everyday(I stayed here 3 nights).

Nothing not to like, our suite was great, loved the city view and really enjoyed the breakfast. Walking distance to the night market and a lot of other nice shops and cafes. We didn't get the chance to check everything out. Also loved the tub. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location, right next to the night market and a huge shopping complex right next to the hotel.
Great gym, large and diversified.
Breakfast was large and diversified.
We took 3 bedroom apartment and it was fully equipped with kitchen etc. although we mostly ate outside.
All in all - a great place to stay and we would definitely come again.

Good location but room needs up keeping

The location is great! The room looks nice but maintenance needs to be improved. The bathroom gets flooded after a shower, and water flows over to the WC area as well. The design of room could also have been better, eg. The sink placement makes the entry to the toilet inaccessible, hence making it less convenient when the room is shared. There is also no power plug near the study table, making it less convenient if you need to charge your laptop.

I like this hotel. But the shower and toilets are not great. You can either close the door of the shower and toilet. But can do both. The deluxe room is small for me bed not comfortable for the price. Breakfast is good. Hotel is located right in the heart of the center. Do have most everything around.

Construction every morining anove room, rooms are NOT soundproof very noisy they did on the last day move us to a upgraded room but the smell of cigarette smoke was powerful and they put families bear couples and kids run up and down halls screaming and they also put us across from housekeeping who were really loud even though the do not distirb sogn was on if you want quoet relaxation this is Not the place

Nice modern hotel catering to Asian tourists

Good breakfast buffet, albeit mostly Korean and Vietnamese dishes.

Deluxe Double Room was small, but adequate with nice view. Bathroom was very small (Toilet stall was so little you'll bang your head pulling up your pants!), and has too many mirrors.

Room had more than enough outlets, which is rare in Vietnam.

The \"western\" restaurant had very limited menu which did not reflect the advertisements for the restaurant.

The lobby bar was OK, they had lots of fancy cocktails, but did not know how (or were unwilling) to make a simple Gin & Tonic. No wine by the glass.

The room is not nice the people here is horrible. When I check out they want to charge me 30k vnđ for a dirty towel. Are they expect us use a towel and not dirty it?! I don’t mind paying it only 30k but this is a dumb charge ever. And they told me they try wash it but didn’t come out . But I just check out 2 min . There so much nicer hotel around this place . Don’t come here to ruin ur trip

Booked 3 rooms. I stayed in the Queen with No Window. It was very good. Ventilation was adequate, and the bed was super comfortable. The inside room was quieter. We didn't have any problems like other reviewers did with noise.
The other thing that made this hotel really good was the location. Right behind the hotel and accessible via a long staircase was the night market. And all kinds of restaurant were within a 10-minute walking radius.
The staff were excellent. The breakfast was really good, although the selection were more Vietnamese-style, not as western. But it still tasted great. I would 100% recommend Colline and would come back on my next visit

Lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. Very central and walkable area although a bit hilly throughout the entire city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. This is a great choice for your stay in Dalat!

The staff was very attentive and courteous from start to finish and they deserve a solid 5 stars!

The room on the other hand was average: beds were comfy but the washroom layout is not the best (looks fancy but not the most practical) and the soundproofing is lacking (we can hear honking even on the 9th floor).

The breakfast buffet offers good variety, but would be nice a touch if items were clearly labelled whether is they are vegan/vegetarian.

Location is ok if you're into the local wet/dry market experience (most of the vendors do sell identical items).

I would rate my overall experience a 3.5 stars.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from hallway, outside and neighboring rooms. Check in process was unorganized and we had to provide our passports a second time. Overall facility needs some maintenance. It wasn’t as clean and updated as the photos showed on the website. I think this is closer to a feel of 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good. It had many options to choose from. Very convenient to eat in the morning. Make sure to read the fine print of the room details, as some rooms in this hotel doesnt have windows. I booked a window room but others in the group accidentally booked the windowless room. It was a very convenient walking location to restaurants and shopping.

Too noisey at the corridors during night time. We can hear all the noises from outside. The lady at the check in counter was very rude. She keeps on insisting that we took the laundry bag at time checkout and requested us to go back up to look for it ! Very frustrating and upset!

Great location and room amenities, and decent breakfast. Gym is everything you could ask for. Just be sure to get a room on a higher floor. The noise from the street was muffled but audible from the 9th floor; can't imagine how loud it must be below. And skip the day tours on offer in the lobby - a complete rip-off.

The hotel room is not 4-5 star rated as its disclosure. Room is poorly design, breakfast is terrible quality control and too crow. This hotel is over price. I recommend you to stay at Da Lat Pallace Hotel which have excellent quality and service.

It's a really new hotel and it shows as its not a well oiled engine like other established hotels. But you can tell that all the staff are putting in effort to do their best to deliver the best service they can. This in itself is worth commending.
