The toilet was not functioning, had to call at night for help.

I have worked in the tourism industry for over 36.5 years and this hotel would have yo be one of the worst i have stayed at, over 200 school children staying at the same time and making lots of noise until midnight and from 05.00am in the morning which was totally unacceptable.
No hot water for two mornings, so had to have cold showers again totally unacceptable.
Very mismanaged.
Breakfast very disappointing as it was not hot.

3 star hotel needs some improvements.

For a 3 star hotel, it needs further improvements, especially in the morning breakast restaurant .Restaurant staff need to refill coffee frequently and ensure it is hot; customers need not have to inform supervisor about it. The morning sun shine into the cafe indoor and outdoor eating area and is hot and glaring. There are curtains and blind and the supervisor need to have initiatives to activate it. Room aircondition was not cold; it needs servicing.
I like to complement the restaurant male cook who can cater specially for me (on my request) 2 half-boiled eggs at every morning breakfast. One male receptionist who can speak english is helpful; he helped me find a private car driver for my own outings.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja rauhallinen. Lähellä oli ruokapaikkoja. Aamiainen melko monipuolinen paikalliseksi ruuaksi. Siis aasialainen lähinnä. Retket järjestyivät respan kautta. Ainoa huono puoli oli, ettei huone- esittelyissä sanota selvästi, jos ei ole ikkunaa. Ikkunattomassa huoneessa ei ole kiva asua! Huoneen ilma oli tunkkainen. Ionisaattori helpotti vähän ilmaa. Koko kerroksessa ei ollut ikkunaa eikä nähnyt esim. sataako ulkona. Samoin retkiesitteessä oli väärää informaatiota, jota myös respa antoi.

Top stay in Da Lat

First and foremost, top notch service all around from bellhops to counter staff. We got some great visit tips from a bellhop. The hotel is minutes from the night market and the lake (for an excellent morning run). Rooms have good size however a bit dated. Our room is near the top floor so our bathtub is right next to a slopped roof causing some claustrophobic. Hallways definitely need more lighting and a carpet change. Breakfast has reasonable space with outdoor seatings with lake view. Breakfast choices are excellent with great service. BEST OF ALL, it is situated away from the busy hotel rows, so it is very easy to be picked up by either bus or car, little to no traffic here.

overall acceptable, just yoo noisy on the streets

Good location about 10min walk to night market but too noisy at night, even till 1am and start aroynd 4:30am, cant really gwt good sleep as need to open the window, outside tooo noisy. The staff very nice and helpful.

Kings Hotel located in convenience place as about 10min walking to Dalat Night market, but the surrounding is too noisy as many people walking and bus in front of the hotel, the noisy can go till midnight 1am and start from 4:30am, I stayed in Kings Hotel for 4 nights, the first 2 nights are super noisy till we really can't get good sleep. I'm not sure all Dalat hotel facing this problem? But the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast above average, bed comfortable, all Dalat hotel no air-conditional, and only give a stand fan with small wind. At night still quite cooling. Overall can accept only too noisy at night.

Walking distance to night market. Accommodating staffs. We were 30m late to breakfast but staff stay open for us and even offer to cook us eggs.. floor is a bit dirty especially under the bed other than that everything is nice.

Minutes walking to Dalat market and the lakem

Staff need to interact more with guests, more smile would be nice. Breakfast buffet tables set up for big family, it'd be nice if they have small single tables for singles and couples. Overall, I would come back.

Comfortable room and helpful staff.

For a hotel that is only 12 months old it is showing a surprising amount of wear and tear. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I wish Vietnamese hotels would provide traditional coffee.
We stayed for 4 nights and bathroom products weren't replenished at all.
Staff were delightful and location is good. Had a visit to the salon which was excellent and highly recommended.

I think our room was given to someone else. We suppose to have a lake view room and was given an inside room with broken window and the smell was bad. I complaint and they gave us a room with a partial lake view. Very bad experience.....

On the first night of my stay there was without remote control for the tv in the room and the fan was so noisy.On the next morning went to the front deck and inform the staff about the issue but on my return in the evening the issue are not resolve yet.

Notre séjour avait plusieurs problèmes. L'isolation des fenêtres était presque inexistante et du 4e étage, on entendais chaque auto et chaque pas des piétons qui passaient. La salle de bain était aussi mal conçue, laissant l'eau s'accumuler sur les rebords du bain pendant la douche et inondant le plancher.
Du côté positif, l'hôtel était bien placé et permettait d'aller au lac ou à des restaurants à pied. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner avait aussi une bonne sélection.

Best location (1 min walk to thesinh bus station or lake, 5 mins to night market ,15 mins walk to big c)Good services,clean,safe,staff r friendly and helpful.14:00 -18:00 free herbal tea /coffee in the lobby.
PS.some rooms r no windows,highly recommend deluxe lake view room with balcony.

작은 연못이 바로 옆의 호텔

전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다.

호텔 룸서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 음식들도 제법 맛있습니다.

호텔 M층에 BBQ 식당이 있습니다. 그곳에서 룸서비스 음식도 공급하는 것 같았습니다.

호텔 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 호텔 지하에 있는 마사지는 추천하지 않습니다.

Khách sạn phòng không có điều hòa, nhưng ban công lại thông với phòng bên cạnh, rất bất tiện và không riêng tư, không mở dc cửa sổ và cửa ban công. Nhân viên lễ tân không thân thiện. Bữa sáng tồi tệ, món ăn chán, nhạt nhẽo. Nhà hàng của khách sạn phục vụ chán, thức ăn không tươi ngon.

Khách sạn trung tâm thành phố

Chúng tôi đi nhóm bạn 4 người lớn, phòng ốc tương đối thoải mái. Khách sạn mới nên trang thiết bị khá ổn. Tuy nhiên, có vài vấn đề làm chúng tôi không hài lòng lắm:
1. Mùi đồ ăn (nhất là buổi sáng) tỏa khắp khách sạn nên khá hôi. Có lẽ thiết bị hút khói và khử mùi của nhà bếp không hoạt động tốt.
2. Khách sạn không dự trù tốt lượng đồ ăn sáng trong ngày. Chúng tôi ăn sáng vào lúc 7h30 và đa số đồ ăn hết nhưng không được nhân viên fill-up. Nhân viên giải thích là sáng nay có đoàn nên thức ăn và sữa đã hết.

今回、初めてダラットへ行き、4泊ました。こんなにも涼しく、快適な所とはおもいませんでした。

こんな気候なら、１か月位滞在したい気持ちです。

中心部へも歩いて回れる距離で、シンツーリストが、すぐ隣にあるので、ツアーバスの申し込みに便利。

近くに、Ｖカフェがあり、何でも美味しいですよ。

ホテルの朝食がいまいちで、種類も少なく、少々がっかりでした。
