Beautiful hotel with amazing outlook onto the river. Boat to the city enjoyable and convenient. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. We went to the spa and got a massage which was also a terrific experience. We were only able to stay in Vietnam for a short time and staying here made the trip a proper break while the proximity to the city meant we were still able to easily explore HCMC.

for me in a remote position 30 minutes from city and more in case of rain with nothing around you always need to call a Grab or taxi and wait for it

Thank you to Mark on the front desk for his extra effort in helping us sled a package to the UK and for helping with an airline reservation . Nhung in the dining room was welcoming and attentive .
However this hotel isn’t as polished as it was . A Mistake with wine at dinner was eventually recognised but not before they tried 10% discount and then 20% which we accepted rather than argue but said it was still wrong that we should pay extra for their mistake … they did eventually , the following day , put it right and re- charge us the correct price . Coffees were a long time coming , very expensive and luke warm .
We couldn’t have or coffee outside at one of the many empty tables because they were all reserved for a group who never showed up ; over the next hour anyway . The replacement coffee was not that hot either . Milk at breakfast was off , split and curdled , poached eggs translucent, Little things but just not quite right like it had been on our previous visits ….

Staff and facilities were clean and well kept. The location was a little away from shops and restaurants but accessible by Grab vehicles. We started in District 1 for the first part of our trip do this was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the massage was amazing. We felt pampered and well taken care of!

The whole experience at Mia Saigon was amazing for me, my mum and my aunt. The staff were impeccable, the food was divine, the boat to town was awesome, the balance of professionalism and friendliness was perfect! We loved the dogs being part of the furniture, they made the hotel feel like home for us - we are all animal lovers!
I have been blessed with staying in luxury and boutique hotels around the world and Mia Saigon reminded me of hotels like The Covent Garden in London, Hotel Du Vin in Bristol, UK and The Dylan in Amsterdam - 3 of my favourite city hotels in the world! The common denominator is the personalised service, the staff remembering you and your preferences and the quiet and calm luxury in a very busy and frantic city.
Well done Mia! I cannot fault our stay and because I am so well travelled, I easily find fault in most hotels - thank you to all of the team for playing a huge part in making our visit to Ho Chi Minh so memorable

An absolutely stunning hotel!
It is a boutique hotel so staff provide individualised attention to each guest. Check-in was very professional with Jimmy who made us feel very welcome. We were also provided with a delicious cake to help celebrate our special occasion.
The river shuttle boat to the city was fun and convenient. The only thing is, there is not much in the immediate vicinity so you need to book transport to go out to eat (but easy to do if you have the Grab app). Eating at the hotel is convenient but very expensive.
The hotel is so beautiful that it does attract Instagramers. Some are respectful of the other guests. Unfortunately we encountered a member of one influencer's entourage who had little idea of personal space: I had placed my towel and belongings on a sun lounger but came out of the pool to find it occupied by the influencer's lackey.
The common areas and rooms are very tastefully decorated - the most beautiful we encountered on our travels. Rooms have a peaceful view of the river.

Everyone was so welcoming from the Receptionists, waiters, masseuses and etc. Food was exceptional and I wanted to add out of the 5 hotels (including Park Hyatt & Vinpearl Landmark 81) in Vietnam we stayed on this trip. The dessert, breads and pastries were the best out of all of them! Plus the surprised gifts of the Mr. & Mrs. linen robes when we checked out, was much appreciated. Will Definitely be coming back when we visit Vietnam again. Who knows, maybe next year for my 50th :) Thank you for making our holiday very memorable.

I loved being far away from the main downtown .
After all day in the traffic, honking etc. It was nice to be back somewhere quiet and not to busy. The staff were so great as im travelling on my own. Kendall right from the start helped me with so much. From watching for my credit card everyday, to speaking to the cabs when i wasnt managing it well. Also the girls at the desk organized for me to get my nails done. They are perfect !
My room was exquisite! So clean and modern with a classic historic touch. Completely fell in love with Vietnam thanks to Mia Saigon

One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at. The staff were incredible, and gave such a personalised service (and helped entertain our kids so we could enjoy a sunset drink in peace!).

The breakfast was exceptional - a mix of buffet and a la carte, with both Vietnamese and Western options (including a make your own pho station).

Every small thing was thought about here, and the hotel itself was beautiful. A very peaceful location, overlooking the river.

If you want luxury, this is the place to go! I’m not a city person so I loved being by the water to have quiet time. Whatever service you want, they can provide. Thanh and Hue (Henry) were so kind and chatting with Emilie was a pleasure (staff in training). When my stomach was unsettled they suggested ginger tea and it helped a lot. I loved the swimming pool and the restaurant. Because it’s a smaller hotel everyone is very personable and I prefer that. I had to leave a day early and I asked if a relative could stay in my room and they said yes. I stayed in the junior suite and kind deluxe (one night) and loved my rooms. I will be back!

Really beautiful hotel, rooms are quiet with lovely views and it’s a real escape from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The breakfast, pool, rooftop bar and spa all 10/10.

Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t use the milk frother in the room without having to pay for fresh milk which felt a bit odd.

Saigon-opoly in our room was a nice touch!

There was no hot water in the shower in our room. After swimming in the pool, I went up to our room to shower, and even after 10 minutes of running the water, it never got hot. I even switched the direction of the handle, and nope, the water only switched between freezing cold and cold. I called the front desk, and housekeeping went up to the room, but said \"it will take too long to fix, we'll do it tomorrow.\" the next day, I checked out, and the employee was Thuy, who never smiled or asked how my stay was. When I brought up the hot water issue, she just repeatedly asked if we had informed them. No apology, no customer service. Later, I was told by an employee that the handle was turned the wrong way, as if I wasn't intelligent enough to know how to use the shower. I informed him that I tried the handle both ways, and it never got hot (again, even after 10-15 minutes). Terrible customer service, and don't even get me started on the awful spa. Super rude customer service there as well, constantly pressuring me to change the type of massage I booked, and very lackluster massage. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The pictures don't lie - Mia Saigon is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, and they go the extra mile; it was our 20th wedding anniversary and we arrived to cake, flowers and a 'happy anniversary' sign and card. Special mention goes to Cam for making it so special.
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and the bathroom just fantastic.
The free boat into the centre of the city is a great service and worth doing just for a different perspective.
Our only regret is that we weren't there for longer!

I am a guest who stayed for 4 days and 3 nights.
I used it satisfactorily during my stay.

(1) : Room : Room condition was very good.
The furniture and props were all luxurious, and I felt very good because they were clean such as bathroom towels.

However, there is a lack of soundproofing. I don't know if it's upstairs or downstairs, but it was unpleasant to hear the couple's sex at dawn.

(2): View: All rooms have a good view of Riverview. I felt good with the bright sunlight I see every morning.

(3) Service: The service of the staff was excellent. Everyone is kind.

(4) Additional facilities:
*SPA: The spa is really great! I used it twice because it was so good. The massage pressure is also great and kind. I was touched by how he carefully examined our conditions.

*Breakfast: Breakfast is generally excellent. But I was disappointed that the menu was the same all four days. It would be nice if the menu other than the main menu is circulated every day.

*Breakfast staff service is absolutely superb.

The hotel is beautiful! No significant shortcomings. Here are what I love: Hotel's condition in general, impressive service, views, security, and English.
What could be improved: There are no needs to have paintings that depict how Vietnam fought against America in Vietnam war before 1975 (anti-American agenda is getting old) all over on the walls of the lobby and halls. This aliens quite a few guests. Food could be improved. Vietnamese dishes are not-so-good. Also, the price is a bit pricey for the size of the room.

Mia Saigon live up its reputation as being the luxury hotel to go to. After 3 weeks in Vietnam and the sleuth of hotels I was very happy that I stayed the remaining 4 nights at this hotel. The staffs and amenities was on point. The view was amazing . I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our 3 nite stay in this gorgeous hotel. Our suite was spacious and beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the pools and Saigon River. We spent many hours enjoying the warm nights watching the boats and beautiful skyline.
The bed/bedding was super comfortable making for excellent sleep.
We asked for ice and they kindly brought a small ice chest filled with ice, since there is just a “chiller” in the room.
The staff are all lovely and very accommodating, the phone system wasn’t working so the operator sent a waiter to take our room service order.
The hotel works with an awesome tour company, we liked them so much we scheduled 2days of touring.
One afternoon after our city tour we lounged by the pool with cocktails and appetizers- plus a lovely breeze.
We hated to leave with enjoyed Mia Saigon so much, definitely 5 star accommodations and service!

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel only had one of the two restaurants open. The one that was open was out of multiple things on the menu during dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet was not properly stocked. I could not order room service and had to go to the restaurant to order my food for delivery to my room.Lastly, I could clearly hear the people in the next room. This was not the service level I expect from a 5 star hotel

This is an AMAZING property. It’s still pretty quiet but I think that’s only because they haven’t really started doing much marketing yet because they’re still putting the final finishing touches on the property. The suite is absolutely amazing - top notch furnishings and modern amenities. The property itself has a beautiful riverside view. You can have breakfast here by the river or delivered to your room at no extra charge.

And they have an absolutely exquisite restaurant. We had steak tartare which was perfectly done - fresh and perfectly seasoned. Also had a pork chop which was one of the most tender pieces of pork we’ve ever had, covered in a wonderfully tangy pepper sauce.

We were worried that the place might deliver subpar food and service because it was so new, but those fears were absolutely unfounded. The staff were impeccably trained in the finest traditions of hotel and restaurant service, and the culinary skills of the chefs will leave you wishing you had more nights here to enjoy their works of art.

Beautiful hotel in quiet side of Saigon

Great property, service and amenity.
Impressed by everything.
One concern was location. It is really middle of nowhere.
If you want to relax and away from crazy Saigon, perfect place to stay.
I would come back for sure.

Beautiful looking hotel but when we arrived only one restaurant available as other restaurant still under construction and the noise and the dust were unbearable. The location of the restaurant was far away from everywhere else with very little facilities to serve guests being a boutique hotel. All my taxi drivers got lost to locate the hotel. Google GPS could not show it because it is a new hotel and is in the middle of nowhere . I would not go back to this hotel again .

The facilities are brand new, service are staffs are excellent. One of my best stays so far in Ho Chi Minh city. Highly recommended
