One of the best places I have stayed at in my travels. The rooms as super, we felt like on a honey moon. We used the spa, the in door pool, sauna, etc all very clean. Very good if you want to see the baloons in the morning. I recomend this place. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The place is decent, the staff is friendly and accommodating but the rooms and facilities do not match the publicity and the hotel is overpriced for what it is. Breakfast was but the restaurant was understaffed and food did not come at one time but staggered and not in an order. The room I was in did not have a window that could open and the air in the bedroom was not very fresh. The lights were not sufficient either. The bed was good and so was the bathroom. The spa did not really work. Not a bad hotel nut expensive for what it offers

Traveled a lot over the years 26 countries 5 continents and I have to say this is one the most unique location I’ve stayed at 4 nights with family staff was absolutely incredible cave hotel makes it seems like your in a different time this hotel offers an experience the only negative thing I could say is traffic can be challenging and outsiders do tend in come in to take photos but understandably hotel can’t control outside world I would absolutely recommend and return

They nailed the big things, and it's crushing the little things that makes us want to come back to this perfect hotel. The breakfast is absolutely magical! Air conditioned climate with soft music and the service that makes you feel like you're on top of the world! Check in was seamless. Even before we arrived the messaging process was so quick and helpful. Our room offered free breakfast which was the classic Turkish breakfast and we never skipped it. We added on the VIP spa experience which started with a sauna, then a face mask, Turkish bath and hour long massage. I had never done a Turkish bath before and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend finding time for that. We didn’t have to leave the hotel to get a view of the balloons in the morning which was great because sunrise was 6am. We also were able to grab a drink and watch the sun begin to set on the terrace. Everything was in walking distance but not needing to leave the hotel for certain things was a huge bonus. The king suite was something out of a dream. I hope we can come back here

Great place to stay when visiting Cappadocia. Centrally located with a good view of the balloons. The cave suites were a unique stay with great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helped us book transfers to and from the hotel. We also received a complimentary room upgrade due to their spa being under going repairs in preparation for peak season!

Very unique experience staying in a cave hotel. The room was spacious but not a lot of natural light. The hotel is situated on the top of the hill near a viewpoint and it is quite hilly to walk to from the Goreme town centre. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The reception also helped with organizing the hot air balloon ride and an ATV sunset tour (very straightforward).

This is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen or stayed at. It is visually a masterpiece, built into the rock with so much detail that people off the street were coming in to take photos of it. There is also a lovely terrace overlooking the neighboring Goreme valley where you can listen to live music in the evening from a nearby restaurant.
The rooms are so cozy with a cabin like feel. Lights built into the ground and a bathroom with a very smart toilet and amazing bathtub. The pool is located down inside a cave with a huge chandelier and dimly lit for an incredibly peaceful ambience. The staff is amazing, especially the the front desk assistant/caretaker. He was always ready to help us whether it be carrying our luggage or running outside to hold umbrellas for us during the rain, or assisting us all the way down to another restaurant for dinner. Also Semih the evening front desk man was such a pleasure to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the hotel and Cappadocia. If I knew I would be staying in such an incredible hotel I would have booked more than 2 nights there. Thank you to everyone at the hotel from your Canadian friends! I don't think I'll ever be able to top this one :)

The staff at the property are exceptional. My friend and I were at the property early and had travelled overnight, the staff gave us a room early and we were able to shower and go about the day. Above and beyond service. The property is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is excellent (best coffee I had in the area), and the spa is truly a gem. This is an upscale hotel even for the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A shout out goes to all the staff from reception to the porter to the breakfast team - everyone went absolve and beyond and it shows. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

This is a very pretty hotel but the front desk staff are not very friendly/ welcoming. Also, you’re not allowed to use the hotel pool unless you wear western pool attire. I’m Muslim and wear burkini (modest version of bikini) and the staff at the pool told us we couldn’t be there bc our attire was against the hotel policy. I asked to speak with the manger and the staff member said taht I will be told the same thing and said the manger was not around. With the exception of housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff all other staff came off as super rude. There are other cave hotel around Imperial that are just as pretty and much fair priced I would encourage others to look there and would definitely not recommend this hotel. I will likely not return for any future visits.

Love this hotel. It has a spa and a pool which is nice on days you don't want to explore the city. However, it can be able of an uphill walk to the hotel and it can be tough with the uneven ground and your luggage.

Close to Goreme bus station and many other eateries and gift shops.

Has free access from their restaurant to the viewpoint of beautiful Capadoccia.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great choice in hotel. I am happy I stayed at this hotel. Semih gave us a great welcome and was able to get us bookings for the fantastic balloon ride next day. We appreciated that so much. Everyone was so kind, generous in spirit and welcoming in every way. We will definitely go back.

Great staff - friendly and flexible, and very welcoming. Very nice spa pool and hammam, restaurant a little restricted (breakfast/brunch only) as it was being re-fitted but that's not a permanent thing. Breakfast/brunch was generous and well-made, and again the kitchen was flexible about preparing off-menu items.

Lovely rooms, interesting and unique, and well-equipped.

Only downside is the door sealing is not great, letting in a little water during one torrential downpour. Also the nature of the rock in the area means heavy rain also brings down some grit. Something to bear in mind when you stay in a cave.

Overall - loved it, and will be back.

It was very close to the hotel which was convenient but crowded due to so many people and hotels that surrounded it. The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. We had a big group and 2 of our members were booked somewhere else due to the hotel being full weeks prior. They assisted with finding a new hotel much closer and that was also much cleaner than the hotel they booked. I didnt expect the staff to assist since it was our problem not there's but they helped willing and I really appreciate them for that. The restaurant staff was wonderful, everything was clean and I would love to go back to the hotel if i visit again.

This was an excellent hotel. Everything from the spacious rooms and bathrooms, to the pool, spa, and restaurant, were fantastic. I booked a room for my mother and sister, and another one for my fiancé and I. In a safe location. Walking distance to restaurant and a trail that takes you to the top of the ridge surrounding Cappadocia. Staff was friendly.

I booked and paid for the comfort suite with city view and I'm not sure which room I ended up in but it was not the one I booked. it did not have a city view and it was not nearly comparable to the comfort suite my friend got (there are only two and we each booked one. she got hers and I dont know what I got). otherwise it was a lovely stay.

We stayed in the sauna suite. Overall it was a good standard given that it is a cave hotel made into modern living. Ensuring a mould free bathroom would be miles better. Also a general refurbishment of the bathroom is in need. This property is in close proximity to the viewpoint and is useful for watching hot air balloons at dawn or viewing the sunset over the spectacular landscape in the evening. Expect to pay 6TL pp to access the site unless you're staying at one of the hotels on the slope.
Camille deserves a special mention. She has a lovely manner and is very efficient, booking all our trips.
The hotel is in close proximity to the town centre; a mere 3 minutes' walk downhill. Longer walking back uphill!

I only have cudos for this place.. But, let's start from the beginning.. From the minute I entered this incredibly beautiful hotel, I knew this will be an amazing experience for me. Their extremely friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make my stay, its little to say, perfect. The position of the hotel is perfect to visit Goreme Panorama (2-3 minutes of walk), as well as the rest of the city and Goreme Open Air Museum.

Our room was great, the breakfast was a lovely traditional Turkish breakfast every morning, and the hotel was close to the center of town, 5-10 min walk. The only con to the hotel was the WiFi did not connect once. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but I am an online college student and pick hotels that had WiFi so I could do my schooling at night. The four days I was there, we could not connect at all, I brought it up to the staff multiple times but it seemed like nothing could be done. Other than that it was a great stay. If you need to book at tour while in gorome look for bridge of the world travel.

The view from the hotel was amazing, especially in the morning with the hot air balloons. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

Ambiyans muhteşemdi, sıcak havuza doyamadık, odaya girer girmez gerçekten bir peri bacasında kaldığımızı hissettik. Banyo tavanından taşlar tozlar dökülüyordu başta temizlenmediğini zannettik sonrasında bunun devamlı döküldüğünü fark ettik. Oda çok romnatikti, kahvaltı salonu güzeldi kahvaltı yeterliydi. Çalışanlar isteklerimize sıcak bir biçimde yanıt verdiler hep. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Tüm çalışanlar son derece nazik ve yardımcı. Otelin konumu ve özellikle otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Kapadokya bölgesine bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı oteli tercih ederim ama oda olarak yoldan daha içeride olan bir odayı vermelerini isterim

Güleryüzlü ve iyi hizmet

Otele girişimiz ile karşılamadan çıkışa kadar tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Hakan bey her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı ekibi resepsiyon ekibi ve oda hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Hepsine özellikle Hakan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha gelirsek mutlaka bu otelde konaklayacağız.

Otel güzel, kahvaltı berbat

Konumu, odaları, ambiansı, çalışanların ilgisi, temizliği gayet güzeldi. Fakat böyle bir otele ve verilen ücrete vasat kahvaltı hiç yakışmadı. Dondurulmuş yiyecekler ile çok kötüydü. Otelin kendine ait otoparkının olması da bir avantajdır.

Girişte personel ilgili saygılı, standart bi oda,da kaldık girişte odayı havalandırma yapmamışlar kokuyordu , 2 gün yol kenarı standart bir odada kaldık yoldan gecen öksürse sanki odaya girmiş odanın içinde öksürüyormuş gibiydi sesten gece 12 gibi anca uyuyabiliyorsunuz bu sefer sabahta 6.30,da daha fazla insan ve araba sesi ile uyanıyorsunuz sanki odanın ortasından yol geciyor uyumak mümkün deyil 2 gün zor dayandık ilk gün kahvaltıya gittik oturacak yer yok oda sayısı 24, masa sayısı 14, birileri kalksada oturup kahvaltı yapsak diye bekledik, servis yapan arkadaşlar hızlı ama mutfak yavaş kahvaltı bitti yumurtayı yapıp getirdiler cevrede başka otellere göre fiyat yüksek oda kalitesi ve kahvaltı için bekleme yapıcaksak ozaman niye bukadar yüksek fiyat ödedim diye düşünüyor insan, biz kaldığımız odadan kesinlikle memnun kalmadık bu yol kenarı odanın pencereleri ve kapısına yalıtım yapılması gerekir

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The entire team was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, always ready to assist us throughout our visit. A special thanks to Semih Bey for his exceptional attention to detail—his recommendations truly helped us make the most of our experience.

The hotel itself was very clean and spacious, with a perfect blend of modern touches and local, ancient culture. I had heard that cave hotels can often feel humid or lack windows, but our room was remarkably well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
