Overall the rooms were in good condition and lots of space. I thought the breakfast was a little bit lacking in quality, more so on Monday than on the weekend. The views of the ocean are great from the balcony! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a suite and the room itself was fine. The food served poolside was horrible! The burger was not cooked well and had a strange taste. It was also served with simply the hamburger patty, no bun, and no option to put cheese on it. The seafood chifa left a lot to be desired as well. This food was overpriced for the quality and amount we received. Pool should also be heated for the somewhat cooler days and nights.

Dirty, mouldy and smelly rooms

This stay was a total disappointment. First of all, at check in, the receptionist refused to give me the 20% voucher for food that my status from this site allows, despite showing the proof of eligibility. This is the first time this has happened. Upon reaching out to this site's customer care, they eventually relented but we already felt awkward by then as we were sat in the restaurant.

Next, the rooms are SO DIRTY! Ours stank of old stale feet and the bathroom was mouldy (see photos) and the balcony chairs also dirty.

The hotel is far from the centre of town and as there isn't Uber it's costly (Peruvian standards) to get taxis to and from.

There is however a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel pool is great for summertime. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

It's just not a 4 star hotel by any means from our experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Casa Andina Select Paracas with my mom for Mother's Day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for—the entire atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and relaxing, which was exactly what we were hoping for.

A heartfelt thank you to Rafael, the manager, who made our farewell extra special by treating us to a beautiful breakfast on our last day. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel genuinely appreciated.

I also want to sincerely thank Abigail and Jesus M. for their consistent kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay.

Thank you to everyone at Casa Andina Paracas for making our Mother's Day getaway so special and memorable.

The property is located next to the shoreline and it has a great view of the Paracas Bay. The rooms were spacious, were well equiped and the bed had very comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was included in the hotel fare and all the personnel was very attentive and friendly. In general, I would go back to this hotel in the future. I had already been to another Casa Andina property in Arequipa and I already knew of the quality of their hotel services.

Casa Andina Came up Short

Traveling north returning to Lima, i searched for an overnight stay in Paracas. Parking was a priority due to having a rental car. Hotel rates were high, but opted for Casa Andina based on my past experiences. Arriving a bit late, pulled up in front to check in and drop my bag. Guy would not allow me one of the two open handicap parking places to a 63 year old guy with a bum leg. Rental car of course does not have adequate markings. So get sent over to the goat pasture lot. Make the long trek back with my remaining things. Guy wants to help me with my bag… that’s not what i needed. I needed one of the remaining parking spots. Not sure who those were saved for…? Next morning, i get a coffee from near the check in desk on way back to room from breakfast. Then come back a bit later, now 10:10am with my cup, and no coffee, ask about it. Pot is sitting nearby at the bar, “oh no with a smile, that’s over”. Ok, well thats an approach that can be taken, same as the parking. After paying a high premium price, I’m done, that’s for Casa Andina. I fly and travel a lot for business, 50-100 hotel rooms per year. Casa Andina has moved way down the list of preferred locations unfortunately. Especially due to the premium price paid.

Service was great, property clean and quiet. This was a gift for my brother and he was very pleased with the service and property. He did mentioned however, water temperature in the shower was not constant as it keeps getting very hot and cold during his showers. Besides that inconvenience, he did enjoy his time and will come back again.

A nice hotel for a short stay. Employees are very kind. Food is good although expensive and the service slow. There is private access to the beach but with rocks so almost not possible to swim. The facilities are very clean and the pool with the sea and sky view is very nice.

Hasta este momento no me han entregado mi factura contable. La he pedido en varias oportunidades y no logro me la hagan llegar. Comienzo a pensar que no me la van a entregar.

No tienen pack & play ni cunas en el Hotel, casi todas las familias tienen niños y es una vergüenza que un hotel tan grande tenga SÓLO UN PACK & PLAY.

En el comedor tienen muchas moscas, mala atención en el counter, pedí nos ayuden con las maletas y me dejaron en espera por media hora, tuvimos que hacer esa gestión sin ellos.

I waited two hours for my room, it was ok .

The staff seems to be trying but the amenities miss the mark. And I struggled more with the language barrier than other properties I stayed at in Peru. It is not walking distance to anything of interest but it’s a 10 min taxi ride to the little township. There’s a beautiful bar with high end coffee maker in lobby that is hardly ever staffed. The balcony of our room is a 3.5’ solid concrete wall with no chairs. And if you did sit you would no longer have a view of the ocean. No coffee maker in room. On weekends it seems that local families come here for vacation so you have to reserve your breakfast buffet time slot the night before as it can become a feeding frenzy. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but at dinner time it’s lit up like a high school cafeteria making for a harsh ambiance. We had dinner at the poolside grill instead. There’s a peaceful sandy area between the pool and beach. But if you want to get to the water you have cross the rocks which make up the actual beach. You can’t walk the beach here. Pluses: they offer kayaks and paddle boards. The pisco sours are delicious. The wood fire pizza oven at the pool grill is great. The beds are super comfortable. The property is clean.

The staff at the reception area was friendly but it took a long time to do the check in. I called the receptionist because the bathroom wasn’t clean but they never answered. The pool area wasn’t clean, ants all over my drink’s table. I was waiting for ever to get a towel for me and my family. The check out process was long, there were a lot of people. Very disappointed.

It's an excellent hotel with nice restaurant and very clean rooms. The pool is spectacular. It has access to the beach too. I wouldn't recommend this is a the sole destination (just because the surroundings are not exactly pleasant), but it was perfect as a stop on our Peru trip.

I love this hotel... I come here every chance I get. The service is great even though it is a new hotel and have some tiny kinks to work out. They do above and beyond what they can. My wife has a variety of food allergies they made sure she has fresh juice that would accommodate her needs eveymorning for breakfast.
Spent a birthday there and my honeymoon and each time to my surprise they left us a beautiful desert.

When checking in they were trying to charge sales tax for foreigners on the room rentals. when paying in USD they give you back your change of the USD in Peruvian Soles but at a ridiculous exchange rate.

The pool was nice but that was pretty much all they had to offer. The rooms were average and the bathrooms didn’t have a ventilation system. The Wednesday we arrived the fish meal factory had been operating and there was a nauseous odour all throughout the property. My main problem with this stay was their breakfast. I drank a papaya juice that ruined my stay. It gave me the worst stomach infection. My husband drank less of it given he noticed a strange sourness to it and also fell ill but not as bad. Our kids didn’t drink the juice and were fine.

Restaurant and Bar very slow. The facility is nice enough but too expansive for just a 1 night stay.

For that price and level hotel stay was bad. was a complete mess at breakfast. food choices weren't great, but the staff couldn't provide them. the table was not enough, we had to wait in line, later the outdoor terrace was opened, but there were no sunshades, we had to eat under a sun. the restaurant was forgotten about the order three times. forgot to clean the room, despite the fact that between 9:30 and 17:00 a card was hanging asking to clean the room. Not recomend hotel, until they would not organized good staff work.

We stayed with family and children for a night. While the hotel facilities are new and hence clean, there is lot of room for improvement in operations. There was considerable wait at the restaurants, both dinner and breakfast. The individual staff were very apologetic and tried to do their best, but as a team, they were unable to deliver. We specifically chose Radisson because of the brand, but the experience was not up to par.

Hotel was new, so things were clean. good condition. spacious rooms. reasonably priced.
Most of staff only spoke spanish so it was hard to communicate (when they ran out of beach/pool towels etc.)
Breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests and it felt like a zoo. food was mediocre, and sparse. wiped clean. service couldn't keep up. on the other hand, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. We had dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating to us. Also, this hotel is somewhat isolated. (there's no where to walk)

The property is excellent and is new. The lady at the desk was very kind and let us extend the checkout time to 3pm. We actually checked out by 3.30pm.

They’re is AC but no heat for the cold days. But Paracas may not need it. The room phone was a bit iffy when connected to the main desk. The pool is beautiful but not heated.

This hotel is located in closed complex, 5 minutes by car from Paracas tourist center. Right by the ocean,nearly brand new.8 of us were among few guests they had at the time of our stay.Hotel was extremely clean,with very,very friendly and helpful staff.We had a dinner at their restaurant, which was delicious. The only minor downside, in my opinion was breakfast. Very few choices. Other than that,highly recommended.

Winter time one night stay

We had an overall ok experience, it could have been better if the hot water didn't take too long to begin, and we had some issues with the A.C. since it wasn't heating for some reason. We said in RM 329. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests.
The breakfast was starting at 6:30 pm but the hot items didn't arrive until 6:50 am.

Zimmer und Dusche zufriedenstellend. Balkon sehr klein. Das Hotel ist sehr schmal und hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Sonnenschirme am Strand waren ausnahmslos kaputt. Diese Hotel verdient allerhöchstens 3 Sterne. Und im Verhältnis zum Hotel Aranwa ganz in der Nähe vielzu teuer. Enttäuschend!

The property was OK. The photos look better than the actual hotel. They ended up charging me extra for some local tax (almost 20%!) because I went with local residents which I thought was ridiculous since I am not a resident and I had already paid for the 2 rooms. Furthermore, they charged me for 2 extra breakfasts because according to them any children over 12 needs to pay for extra breakfast and this does not coincide with Expedia information. I think you should align better with these hotels that at the end want to make all these extra charges to customers that are not clear on the reservation.

Me estoy muvando a haytt por que su precio es mejor. El servio en el comedor en la cena fue bastante mediocre. Traian los platos a algunos de la familia y los otros tienen que esoerar mas 10 minutos. Tambien se olvidan de los pedidos

Estuvimos una noche en nuestro tour por todo el país. En Paracas hicimos el tour por las islas ballestas y el recorrido por la reserva nacional. Lugar hermoso para visitar. Respecto al hotel, una unas excelentes instalaciones y la atención del personal fue amigable y eficiente. Jotel recomendable.
