We had a nice ocean/pool side view. Property was excellent.
Only downside to our stay was they had a power outage an the air conditioner was not working in the room. But overall an excellent place with many things to keep busy.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean(stayed in 3), the amenities were very good. The restaurant would be the only place i would say needs some attention, the food was not what i expexted and the juices in the breakfast buffet were watered down and not good.

This hotel was good for a good night sleep. You’re paying to sleep comfortably.
Comfortable bed and very good cold a/c
I would say noise at times, early in the morning and late at night as well. Could get annoying at times. The room we had which was a “Deluxe king with sea view” had an extra door by the side of bed that leads to the room next door. Most of noise came from that door.
Amenities were ok, having 2 pools is always good. Food was ok
The ladies at front desk had a rude attitude, with emotionless answers and not costumers friendly at all.

We were disappointed in the quality of restaurants, for instance Brisas Nikkei served a dish with beef and langostinos with the sauce being very salty and excessive, almost a soup. Unhealthy amount of salt. Veranda listed in the dessert menu several options, most of them unavailable

Not sure if it’s because we came during off season, but the overall stay was not as great as we thought it would be. The area surrounding the hotel smells like sewage, and even our bathroom shower smelled like this too. It was so bad that we had to change rooms. Our shower had very low water pressure, and the shower head itself was old and rusty. The water calcium buildup was really bad and the shower sprayed from every which way, which was very unpleasant. The floor in our room was dirty and had footprints from either people who stayed before us or those who cleaned the room. There are a ton of birds on the property (mainly pigeons, sparrows and vultures), which would be fine if there wasn’t bird poop everywhere. Birds were in almost every facility and bird poop could be found on all seating areas (couches, chairs, tables, etc). The initial lobby staff are nice, but the rest of the staff we encountered throughout the resort seemed annoyed by us and didn’t seem happy to help or answer questions. The one amenity we loved about the resort was the spa. The facility was clean and the services offered were of great value. The restaurant provided pretty decent food. However, I wish I could say our stay was better than what it was. We were disappointed overall, especially because we were expecting resort-like vibes but we felt like we stayed at an average hotel.

For Americans/English speakers: the staff here are great. Most speak English and those who don’t are very patient and helpful. It seems to be mostly Peruvians who stay here, but they do have some stuff for Americans and other foreign tourists, like typical western breakfast foods. The property is well kept and the view across the bay is nice. We were out on the corner next to what seems to be an abandoned construction project next door, which wasn’t particularly nice. Dust seems to be challenge here and the floors had some on them, but there are slippers provided if that’s a problem. Overall, I would stay here again if I were to do it again.

I really liked for the staff and their pools. Besides, the size of the rooms and the clean's personal. However, in my room which was 204 there is some problem with the bathtub connection because when we taked a shower always appered a mini flood on the bath's door until the hall.

Aranwa is a beautiful property situated at the top end of Paracas. Only a ten minute walk along the beach back to the port and the main part of the town.

Rooms are well appointed. We had a large ground floor room with outside balcony. The hotel has multiple pools that are well maintained.

We only stayed one night and had to leave early for a tour. Breakfast which was included commenced st 7 and was plentiful and of a very good quality. If I visited Paracas I would definitely return.

Excellent staff and food in restaurant. Front desk staff for arrival and departure were unfriendly, and generally unhelpful. The one we dealt with should not be employed in any position interfacing with guests. The hotel was cheaply built and the tiles around the pool are lifting and are a tripping hazard. The beach front is disgustingly dirty with debris and pollution of the water. Probably nothing the hotel can do about the beach as the entire bay appears to be an environmental disaster. Definitely not a five star property, maybe a three. Would not stay there again.

It was a great experience to stay at Aranwa. I enjoyed the talk on Pisco and how to prepare a cocktail. I participated in a contest and won!! It was really exciting and I learnt something new.
The view of the hotel is spectacular! I had my usual jog by the colorful beach.
I was disappointed the disco closed at 12 am on a Saturday. We were on vacations and missed to enjoyed it more.
I would definitely return one day.

Also, workers were making noise at 2:00 am above my room, I called twice the front desk. The noise stop after 15 minutes . When I went to the front office in the morning To talk about what happened during the night, they didn’t know anything. No communication. The shower in my room had a leak

It was great!. The service is awesome. Everybody smiles. They facilitated many things for us and the food was really good. The waiter Josue was especially attentive and helpful. Beautiful, clean, awesome service and the sauna is the best thing they have. This is is the first time I come to this hotel but I know many hotels of the same level of the area and I should say this is the best spa I have tried. Just the spa is worth going.

Hotel property is nice but amenities suck. First of all pools are not headed so they are there purely for decoration. We then asked if there was a jacuzzi and they say yes but you have to make an appointment!!! Never had to make an appointment in my life to use a jacuzzi. Then we wanted to use the gym, it was closed because it was past 8! WiFi signal was very poor also and breakfast was basic.

The only positive thing was the staff, they were were friendly but will not stay here again.

I qas under the impression that they had no space for a family of 5, so booked 2 suites (because the was no more space) when I arrieved hotel was empty, not fully funtioning because of low occupancy and 1 room was enought, evendough I had to pay because paid a mon refundable tariff.
Very disappointed of expedia and Aranwa after this trip, my reltionship for my trips with is Expedia is over

This is a nice hotel to stay at. Good breakfast and staff. Only issue was the heat did not turn on and they could not provide a space heater. However they did provide two heavy duvet comforters which were sufficient in keeping us warm.

This was a bizarre hotel - honestly, it has no business pegging itself as a 4* resort or charging what it does per night. We arrived early, and asked to check in at noon. While I appreciate that the check in times are clearly stated, the hotel was pretty much empty so a slightly earlier check in around noon could have been facilitated but was not. The room was so basic - no fridge, no room service menus, no water. My partner was poorly and i had to ask 3 different people before we received a room service menu. Breakfast was terrible aside from the omelette bar, and the coffee was genuinely awful. We also tried to book a trip via the hotel to the islands but it was 3 times the prices we were quoted anywhere else. The beach attached to the hotel was always filthy. I would recommend staying at the SPG hotel up the road, don't bother with this place.

Nice hotel, attentive staff with abundant facilities. As we stayed during off peak season, in the hotel only few guests stayed, which was a bit sad but at least we did not queu for anything.
Main restaurant serves very delicious meals, one of the best in Peru we have tried in our 3-week journey through this pretty country.

It was our first time to Paracas, we are very happy with Aranwa over all, the room is spacious, staff very friendly, good restaurant. What we don't like is the beach in front of the hotel is full of trash, so not a very pleasant walk to the town's shopping/restaurant area.

The prices of food and drink are as high as the luxury Paracas Hotel, but the servings are small and, well, this is not a luxury hotel. Consequently we joined the rest of the guests eating and drinking elsewhere. That's a shame, as the installations are great, so we would have preferred to have been able to eat and drink and use the spa at the hotel. They could make a tonne of money by just increasing portions and maybe dropping a couple of silly charges.
It does not help when the check in staff don't automatically take credit card details for signing charges instead of paying cash. Also, waiters complain about having to share the tip I left, so I did not leave any more tips... Breakfast was the worst I've seen at a similar hotel. Go to the Hilton or Las Dunas instead.

Nice resort with all resort facilities but unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use them as we arrived late and had to leave early. It's a bit away from town center about 20mins walk as hotel does not provide transportation? Hotel is not 100% completed yet. Although this was meant to be a 5 star resort we were disappointed when we arrived as there was security and it took the guard a few minutes to contact reception before our booking was confirmed. When the booking was confirmed we were told to walk in to reception which was quite an uphill hike especially after a long and tiring bus trip. I would have expect a buggy would be sent to pick us up like in most 5 star resorts. When we enquired about transport to town the next morning we were told that there were none??! Gown was provided but too heavy and thick to use in that weather. Towels were not of 5 star standard - a bit sub standard for the type of hotel they want to project themselves to be. Food in restaurant was good and staff were friendly.

This resort was great to stay at. It was during the off season so we had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The facilities are great and it is close enough to downtown Paracas. I would stay here again.
