Place was kind of sketchy. Seemed more like a welfare motel. They require a $50 refundable deposit at check in. At check out, the desk clerk claimed that he was supposed to inspect the room. They had me staying all the way at the far end, which would've required a 20 minute walk (he had no car). My friend, who stayed at a nice motel, and I, at the budget motel, had somewhere to be, and couldn't wait. Got my deposit back anyway, I had put it on the credit card.

Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet.

Room was ice cold i checked in at 7 took til almost 3am with the heat on 84 for it to be comfortable. For such a poorly heated room would think they compensate with decent comforters for the bed… nope the towels were thicker than the blankets on the bed. The toilet had poop on it. The water pressure was awful. And the floor left my socks black. But for 66 bucks I guess I got what I paid for lol and it was a blessing there were no bed bugs.

This motel is a dump! Blood on the tub, pubic hair all over the inside of the bathtub. The fridge was dirty. There were stains on the sheets and only one pillow for two beds. We were desperate for a room because our original hotel was overbooked and we were already in Pittsburgh and had to find something last minute. If not for that we would of left. If you’re looking for a hotel to pay by the hour and have a hook up. This would be it. Sleazy nasty place.

Young man at front office at time of check in was pleasant. It was quiet. Water got hot very fast. Older building and our room needed a deep cleaning. Splatters on the wall should have been cleaned. There wasn't a complete set of bath towels. Floor was sticky and I ended up wearing my shoes because my feet were turning black. Didn't look like anyone had wiped down the fridge. There was no place to hang clothes/coats and nothing to set suitcase or bag on. The shower curtain was filthy and had mold at the bottom. When we left, somehow the deadbolt was closed and I couldn't open it to lock the room.

We found the room to be spacious and comfortable; actually, a bit nicer than what we'd expected for the price.

What I did not expect was that they required a $50 Incidental deposit on all reservations. their listing says \"Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges\" I assumed that this would be added to the card at checkout, but it was a separate transaction. I paid cash and had no problems getting it back upon checkout, but perhaps the listing should be more specific.
Whatever you do, don't smoke in a non-smoking room...

The rooms were filthy! The sheets are stained with cigarette burn holes. There was snot on the wall and the whole room smells horribly! There are bugs all over the room. Junk was kept in the drawers in the room, definitely not safe for kids to stay here! The surrounding grounds was littered with junk and stacks of dirty mattresses! The heat doesn’t work! I do not feel safe staying here and the front desk guy was super rude!

the room was absolutely disgusting, floor tiles missing, shower old and dirty, we got there late so we made do, got a few hours sleep on our own bedding and got the hell out of that dump. every hotel we stayed in on our trip that was indian owned was very displeasing, advertising \"continental breakfast\" that doesn't exsist. always read the reveiws, with these foreigners running these places you never know what you're walking into

Very cosy small and isolated hotel. Lovely and comfortable room. Bed was OK - not perfect, but good enough. Especially for the price paid.

But! Two towels only - both not very clean indeed. Shower curtain old and dirty. One of the bed-side lights and light next to the door did not work. Broken cloth stand.

We had to drive through a terrible storm to get there. As a result, we were late. The website says that check-in is available until 4 AM but the clerk was ticked off because we showed up before 3 AM. When we entered the room, there were stains on the sheets, damage to the tub, the desk, and every wall. The fridge in here don’t work.. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Worste hotel room i have ever seen. There was cockroachs, cigarette burns on the bed, stains on the bed and walls, cigarette ash on the table, the towel was damp and the floor was sticky. I left and didnt stay the night and was told i couldnt get a refund. Im not convinced they even changed the sheets or towels from the last guest.

No frills place only had 1 towel. Had to go get more and they could only find 1. The front office lady was very nice and helpful.
Room was recently sprayed for insects as there was dead ones everywhere. Beds aren’t the greatest. Room wasn’t bad just not that nice.

The room was very dirty, grocery sac on the smoke detector, walls covered in dog foot prints, room had odor, fruit flys infested the room, no remote to the tv, floors seemed dirty with filmy residue, mattresses were very thin and hard, pillows were very hard, window covered in dog nose prints and dried slobber.

Came for the nice pool that was advertised I have attached a picture. The place is a disgrace. The water just trickles out of the faucet the room is very odiferous with lots of shady people around all night. The latch on the door was broke to have a second lock the drapes, barely covered the window. The nice thing was the very nice young lady that checked me into the place, she was lovely, Please spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere safe and somewhere where there’s a pool if it’s advertised having a pool, it disappointed the family, but we had already paid through Hotels.com. We did leave early just didn’t feel safe.

Blood on the walls and mirror in bathroom. Filthy looking comforter on bed. Dirty floors. Wash cloth looked like someone had wiped their tires with it. I arrived late at night and went right to sleep so I noted none of this until the following morning. The desk staff seemed totally unbothered by all of this, merely stating he’d report it. I don’t expect a refund because I stayed the night—gotta pay for it. Would not ever recommend this place. Terrible.

Booked a non-smoking room 2 weeks in advance, turned up at to a smoking room that still had ash in the ash tray. The room was filthy, there was a cigarette in the shower. Called the front desk and sat in my car while they cleaned it, because they had no other rooms available. This was a busy festival weekend and there were no other hotels available for a 20 mile radius, and this was at 11.30pm. When I called the manager he was verbally abusive and told me 'This is a you problem and if you didn't like the room you could have left' and hung up on me. Called the umbrella company to arrange a refund, when they contacted the hotel he lied to them and told them it was a non smoking room that had been cleaned (see attached photos of ash tray and cigarette - the entire room stank of smoke).

I was assigned two rooms. The first room was okay. Adequate enough for an overnight stay. The second room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were burn holes in the covers and some black stains on the sheets. There were no towels in the second room. The facility was understaffed during check in so there was a 10 minute waiting to be checked in and another 10 minute wait in the lobby to get towels.

I was displaced with my dog. We stayed for 4 nights and while there she had to be put down. They were very welcoming with her and then so kind when she passed away. The room was clean and safe and the staff was very attentive. The only issues were the wi-fi was very slow and hard to log on and the pool is closed.

When driving onto property immediately notice that outside pool was under some type of construction - looked like it wasn't maintained for years. All access was shutdown to the pool. After checking in and going to room, found room very unclean. Bed sheets had burn marks, and bathroom looked like it belongs in an outhouse. This was false advertising as I had booked a non-smoking room, and obviously was assigned a smoking room. I went back to front office, and wanted to cancel my check-in as we could not stay in this dirty place. The clerk stated that Expedia would not let me cancel. Even so, my family would not stay here, and so we left the property. I left am filing a grievance on this and since I had travel protection on this I am putting in a filing to get my money back.

At peak check in time (3:00pm) no one was at the front desk, called a cell phone and after 25 minutes a manager arrived to check in. When I rejected the 1st room I was shown, I again had to call and wait 25 minutes for a manager. Rooms literally looked like detention cells or military barracks. Army green blanket with hole in it, tucked in around mattress with Box springs showing. Smelled like smoke. My \"king bed\" was a queen room with one of the beds taken out and a queen left in the furthest spot from door \"white\" wall cracked and dirty where other bed had been. Cigarette burns on floor. No built in for clothes. Its possible that room was in process of renovation but the manager did not mention this. When I rejected the 2nd room he offered me a deluxe handicapped room that looked essentially the same but did have a night stand on either side of the bed. Sign posted at front desk greets you with \"No refunds once checked in\", and \"address any issues with the room condition with in 15 minutes of check in\" . I did not feel safe enough to stay in room, but rather than wait another 30 minutes for the manager I left my key in my room and went to another hotel. The pictures on the website look nothing like the office or the rooms and should be changed. The only thing that looked like the website was the outdoor pool area which did look nice. Otherwise it looked as if the rooms would be rented by the hour.

To start off the door look like somebody had kicked it in and the lock was tampered with. The smell of the room smelled like cigarettes had been burning for days. The floor was visibly dirty. There was stains in the tub. The remote to the TV had dirt all around it and crumbs to the point the buttons were extremely stiff. There were flies and nets flying around. This property need to be inspected by the state department of health. Also, the safety of the property were a concern there were 2 men walking around the property constantly looking like they were preying on some one . You can see junkies walking from the back of the property being the my room was in the front closer to the welcome desk.
